I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors. So their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. In this case, wtprn by a satellite. like you're right there in the room with us many many systems work with this we're doing uh... friends doing a lot of research out there and they're finding that dot heck yes are these systems are working just fine and for that reason i say hi to our friends in utah and in uh... arizona at the same time in different parts of the country there they're listening by a bunch of really cool systems that are in place say thank you and again today is to make any other subjects it is the end One of the most important things to dwell on there is think about this guys The policemen got out of the tower because they had radio equipment that worked Of course my problem is they didn't tell the firemen while they were running by them that hey they just said evacuate the building because or at least they didn't make a too much of an effort to find all them because the firemen weren't trapped The firemen just weren't told why weren't they told? Well, if you've seen all the stuff on YouTube and a lot of the other pieces that have been brought up by individuals they unfortunately didn't have working what They didn't have properly working radios. So there is a use for radio communications for emergency operations, obviously. And when it comes to being able to talk to you, your wife, your family, your allies, there would be a need, especially for emergency mobilization orders or to route your people, if there's a situation, to have decent communications of some form. Now I will say this right off the bat. You can go out to your truck stop. You can buy a $29 CB. I just looked. Midland CB. $29. You can get a magnet mount antenna. You can get the raw cable, the raw connectors with the cigarette lighter right there off the shelf. Total cost about $46 at a truck stop right now. I just went out and checked. Two nights ago. They had them on sale. $29 for the radio itself. You put it all together in the parking lot with a little bit of electrical tape. By the way, you can buy a little cheap roll of electric tape there for a dollar. Actually, you get three or four for a dollar. And put it all together and lo and behold, you have communications car to car or even for some distance outside of your area of view. This is critical. That's why a CB radio is a must because they're so blasted cheap. They will become one of the other telephone systems in the future where there are power outages, where there's blackouts. There are many people who then will tell you, oh, I can tweak this or I can do that. Hey, whatever you guys choose to do to split the frequencies or to increase the range by tweaking the power output of the transmitter, that's up to you. You want to put a linear on it, that's more money. But again, the basic box, the Model T, is there on the shelf for everybody to grab and every car should have one. Now, the next wave or next option is marine channel radios. They make them the same size as all the CBs that you see. cost is as little as $29.95 for a radio. Oh, that's right. If you go look at some of these jobbers, you'll find them there. And what you do is plug them in. They have the same basic antenna system, though they have an antenna specific for marine channel. Now you have a second band for transmitting for local communications. It can be tactical communications or it can be mid strategic communications for talking across the whole of a state. That's just simple off-the-shelf stuff that can be done. I hear a voice in the earpiece here. Do we have a person on standby? Mike, you never hung me up. Oh, there we go. We got George still. Well, that's good, George. Did you have anything else? Go right ahead. Yes, I looked at an article on WorldNet daily. It was talking about Air Force Command. standing down on September 14th, that's this Friday. On the 14th, yeah. There's been a lot of discussion about that. Again, let's assume the worst and we won't be disappointed. It's not a big deal to have everything on standby because if everybody's doing what they're supposed to do, they don't have to run around like a chicken with their head cut off. Instead, this just means here's an opportunity to be prepared to use what you've been preparing. If there's going to be an incident and they're going to try and sacrifice a city or two or a few We've got to be ready for the probability of that happening because these characters are wicked. And it's not a problem. For me, this is just be, although I'm piled up with so many different things that have to be done that it's crazy, but the basic tools are here in force. Just there and many other, all over the country, like with you, George, and others. You just have to palletize everything and be ready to operate as you intended. Again, know where your family is. know where your wife is. Make sure that you've talked with your friends. It's this simple. George, bring everybody to the kitchen table. Have them sit down at the kitchen table. Talk to them about what ifs. In other words, here's what we're gonna do. If you guys are at this point, go to another location. You know, FEMA had to mimic what we've been talking about because we were bringing this up on the air that they aren't doing anything to help people. Oh, they did this little ad, well, you got to know where your family is. We already brought this up decades ago. We've been talking about this for years. These are things that you need to do. But, you know, for instance, you can buy these little handhelds, and I'm not talking the most expensive. I'm talking about the little cheaper handheld little walkie-talkie radios to give the munchkins something that they have with them. They're not toys, they're not telephones. But in the event there's a mobilization situation or a possible mobilization or a possible incident, they could be carrying the radios with them and they could leave them on. Okay, what's the price of a couple of batteries for security's sake? They could leave them on, leave them on low, and they could be used to talk everybody in the rest of the way if there are any problems. If they have to walk in or if they have to rally with you at a certain point or if you want them to stay to pick them up. These are things though that you can deal with without even radios by sitting down at the kitchen table and setting up simple, very, very simple standing orders. You can even write down a little card that they have to put in their little wallet or they can put in their little pack or whatever they've got so that it's with them all the time. And if something happens, you pull this card out and do this. It's that simple. In fact, you shouldn't have to use the radio to do it. It should be as easy as, if this happens, go here. If this is a problem, go here. Otherwise, stay at this point and give them a location, something that's easy. If they're all at home, then you should have a standard procedure if obviously something is starting to degrade. You need a standard operating procedure and everybody can help. All water containers should be filled right away, and I mean including buckets and pans. If you don't use it and everything is okay, dump it. Who cares? But as an insurance policy, everything that can hold water needs to be filled if you haven't lost power in water yet. Little things that you can have the children doing to keep them busy. Give them all the pots and pans that are in the house. Tell them all the buckets and all the two quart pop bottles and everything you've got. Say, hey, I need to have you do this. Go over to the bathtub, turn the bath, and we're going to turn the sink on. I want you two to take care of filling these water containers up now. Just keep stacking them over there in the corner. Just keep sitting them on the floor. See, honey, we did that with the two liter bottles of soda. That works, Ron. I'm just saying that, OK, when there's a crisis, every last ounce that you can pull, if something's going on and you know it's starting to develop, you can give the children this task, and it keeps them busy, and it keeps their mind on something, and they're doing something positive. This is in addition to your water storage. This is like last minute stuff before the feces hits the oscillating device. You see what I mean? There are last minute things that are like final checks. Example, if you had time and there's something like across the street or down the road where you can walk in with your credit card and buy say like at a feed mill or whatever, 400 pounds of rolled oats before the credit cards are no good. You give them the credit card, they swipe it, you fill the truck up with whatever and the credit cards are gone. Who cares? You got the rolled oats. Well, I found another barter item I got at dollars. store today. I bought like for like 50 cents they had like 10 pack of ramen noodles. Excellent yes. I bought a bunch of them so that's another barter item. More insurance policy. It's right and cheap food, cheap eating the idea is at the very least it's quick and easy. It's patrol food if all else fails too because remember you're gonna need stuff with flight. It's one of the things that I used to put in the in the children's backpacks when they were younger and I still have it in mind even now because it's just a quick easy food. You can take an MRE, have you got any mess kits? Okay, here's a quickie solution for cooking fast. Number one, if you're in the scouts or if you're in the military, you've got to use a minimal amount of heat. You take a heat tab, put it into your heater the way it's supposed to be, the little cooker. You open up your mess kit, okay, with a large pan down. The other one's going to work is your Dutch oven lid. You take the noodle and either break it in half or in quarters or just lay it in the pan. You take your main course of beef or whatever it is that you've got, stick that or open it up and spread it on top of the ramen noodle and add just about, oh say, a couple of canteen caps full of water. Then put the other part of the mess kit on the top of the bowl part like it's a lid. take the handle, hold it, light your little heat tab, put your little mess kit over top of that, sit it on the little cooker, and walk away. About a minute, two minutes later, actually, usually about a minute and a half to a minute and three quarters, you come back, and lo and behold, you have ramen noodle and beef, or ramen noodle and chicken, or ramen noodle and whatever. It's all cooked, it's already soft, it's ready to eat. Well, one thing good about my kids, they like raviolis and mini stuff. And they sell them too. And the thing is, it's more like when you're moving, I know our summers are going to shrink from when they're normal. Exactly. And that's one of the things you're counting on because progressively, yes, you're going to, like we said before, everything's going to tighten up. You're going to be losing calories. The baby fat's going to disappear real quick. You're gonna see all the other areas that where normally you know, you're everybody's got a concern. Don't worry anything gonna be around for long You're gonna learn real quick to eat less you're gonna have to and the raviolis of the zip cans if you can get them in their no-name brand They're cheap. Those are great travel rations and what I said before I said this in equipping Remember you want to pack foods that the kids are gonna be willing to eat when you're not there without wasting. So you got to make them understand this. They can't waste anything. There isn't going to be turning your nose up in anything and there isn't any, I can't eat it. You eat everything that's in that container if it's open. A little zip cam like that or something, it's so small, it's ridiculous. Eat it all. It may be the only meal you have. Plus, remember, you had to spend calories to carry it. So everybody's going to have to understand, Finicky doesn't exist after a while. uh... what's there is what you're going to eat and everybody has to be used to it the other thing is this we talk about food fatigue that discussion with people who've done storage for a long time that's why the barley's the ramen noodles the beans are all crucial things because you want to mix up your your meals you have low-point or just average meals and then you have high point meals which are like remember we used to have a call sunday dinner why was sunday dinner special Because it was all the cool good things you wanted at the end of the week that you didn't have all through the other six days. But the last couple days, I ran into somebody over at Myers. Well, yesterday, and what was interesting is they put, yeah, you told me about Ron Paul. Did you see those debates? Well, they really made a mistake there because it's obvious that they were ganging up on him. And even the announcers were stacking the comments and the words. And that's exactly the point. We got to remember that movie that's sitting there in front that's asking the questions. He has an earpiece. It's not, you're not listening to him. It's imagine, it's like a sack of meat. hand stuck up his rear end and the hand is being, you know, the fingers and the thumb are moving the mouth. That's what that little ear piece is doing. Oh yeah, these guys, they're really, it's really becoming apparent. I think everybody is starting to realize that even, like you say, these people that are, you know, still trying to wake up or still not sure what the deal is, they're starting to get a real dose of it now and they're not even subtle anymore. What happened with the 9-11 people and those people are all freedom fighters and a lot of the things that went on with them and a problem with our press right now. And people need to do, people that are listening right now are doing what's right. They're getting with the alternative where they can hear the truth, where they can get the facts. They do a great job. We were coming in here with the inevitable if that's what ends up happening. And of course we're short of that. If we can support Ron Paul and get him in there then we're going to have a different agenda to deal with hopefully. And I think we're all and wait and see what happens. You've got to go up there and make every effort you can because you're going to be standing up for your neighbors and people that don't know any better. But you've got to do it. And your children, you're helping your children's children. It's the only way to go. We've got to put every effort in now. We're coming right up to this presidential election. And they're doing everything they can. They're pulling out every stop to try and discredit this man. And Ron Paul has got a long record. People want to understand where he's coming from, what he's doing, that don't know him. And for all those people that do know him, we really have to get out there and contact people. run Paul, get into these conversations, don't be afraid to mention him. This guy is virtually flawless. I've been around politics for a few years and I'm looking at these different characters and I have no faith in anybody in the system. And then up pops this guy who we've fought for years. He's a strong, healthy man. He decided to take everyone on. And he's doing it for us. He's risking his life doing it. I think a lot of people understand how serious what he's doing is. And this is the kind of person we need leading us right now. People like you that are out there fighting for our rights understand that. And there are more and more people who don't know who are starting to wake up to that. And we need to all stand together and work every day for this guy. Well, the one interesting thing about it is that when they started using certain verbiage, and it was obvious that everybody was, well, hack him. The thing is, you got, like I said, you've got the multiple losers or boobies up there. You've got the one person who's actually speaking honestly. and the others were all terrified i watch now they were trying everything they could put julian in the picture no matter who was speaking but especially when we were attacking ron paul and when he made the comment and this was perfect when he made the comment that the the conservative uh... uh... movement and the people in the republican party have been hijacked by the neo-cons Giuliani, watch that video when you see it, because there's some people who did some excellent jobs of editing the Ron Paul debate there, Ron Paul's response from the debate. Watch Giuliani's face, because he did not control his reaction. Not doing the cat smile, the Cheshire cat smile, or the mouth open with the quasi-wicked smile, or the criminal stuff. Instead, he went, you could just see it was like he was punched. to gang up. Like you say, they've got an agenda and they've got the thing set up in a certain way. These guys come in there with these kind of attitudes like Giuliani and the McCains and these kind of people. These are long-term participants in this stuff. These guys, they walk goose stuff. It's a damn shame that we're facing that right now in our country, but we are. Forgot a patriot like Ron Paul who's available to us. This is really a call to arms. People that are aware and listen to you are well under the circumstances we're facing. So it is a fight and we're into it and it becomes more and more obvious. I think, like you said, I think that's exactly the point that they're getting to a point where they're trying to pull out every stop and they want to win it. They want to present an image to the election day and still try and maintain that image that these guys are legitimate and they're really not. Listen, no, it's very apparent and we've got out there is a completely legitimate candidate. Now that he is the only candidate who's a patriot, the rest of them, you know, I put on the other side with the big capital T. the democrats are any better and uh... you know we get into like just even like las vegas odd you know they didn't give us a chance another coming down to the five to one and he's the only one that can uh... defeated a democrat ron paul is the guy and uh... people up to that we've got forty thousand people know the meet-up groups and uh... that's a lot of people that are are get mine ron paul is all over the internet he's he's won virtually every uh... debate and you know there's shenanigans here and there where you know with Fox News where all of a sudden they shut the polls down he comes in second. You see that once in a while but it's a legitimate look that you look at all these other debates and see that he is coming in in straw polls winning debate. He is all over the place and they're not the mainstream presented that way or not the public is starting to catch on and even the zombies in front of that television set are starting to going on the program he just doesn't seem right anymore and they're starting to question it so I think it's a good thing and raise money people that want to money to Ron Paul, they can go to RonPaul2008.com and get on there. They're constantly trying to erode these laws, whether it's freedom of speech. And just arrested a bunch of people in New York and annihilated their freedom of speech. And they're going out just saying that you can have cameras and you have to have permits. And all these things are going on. These people are desperate to try and maintain some kind of control. They understand there's a crack in what they built. They're under the gap and they're starting to see what's going on. And they're starting to with other patriots the right things and the the best way information have been key and vital to people staying on top of the real information of what's true we've just lost completely any kind of control over the mainstream media's news services and all these things have an agenda good example just a sub note on that you know do you think about it like with the film the cameras and if somebody wants to surreptitiously film something There are so many cameras out there that that's totally irrelevant. Okay, what that purely is a control freak mindset, number one. But number two, for all of our listeners, think about this. 9-11, how many pieces of film have preserved the evidence because a hundred thousand or a million people had cameras in their hands at that moment? Think of how many films you've seen because somebody had a camera and wasn't terrified of the man or anybody to take your pick of whatever term you want to use, big brother. I can't have that camera, that's a felony. or that's a misdemeanor or that's a crime like a rescue number or ashil on that and hurt you you know instead at that moment in time virtually view upon view upon view of that criminal act by a combination of foreign perpetrators the most odd i think the british retired in at least elements again elements of the massage and elements of our own intelligence mechanism key personnel not all on everybody but critical people in key places which are all CFR members, that's what the CFR specializes in. Were it not for all of these other men and women who had cameras at that moment, we would not have caught that on tape and on video in so many ways. Think about it. So this is a counter showing you what their actual fear is that people will see the truth. That's really what they're worried about. Ron, it's the same thing like with Ron Paul. Anyway, just I want to bring it up because that's something that when everybody talks about that, they go, oh, well, what do we, why, oh, my goodness, it's our rights. It's more than that. It's them doing damage control after the fact, understanding that if they're going to create another crisis somewhere, they only want people to see their image and they don't want anybody to follow up and pick apart the fact that the whole thing is a lie. That's what they're terrified of. Exactly. Their propaganda machine is the, the want that to be the only choice that you have. And so when you see these candidates come up there, you know, an entire system skewed against one guy, you can understand what's going on. And it is, well, you know, these are the same guys. Isn't this Bernays work? Isn't this all the way back through Nazi Germany? And these are the same systems that they use to control people. And it's a matter of telling people enough time something that may not be true but if they hear enough and that's all they hear and there's nothing to counter it will start to believe it and it's a sense it's a very simple thing to understand that way and it's much more complex than that but essentially how can you stop out people and not give them the opportunity to speak to try in the united states of america here we are in a country where we will have individual choices to say what they believe in fight for what they believe Here the government is restricting what you can say. That's got to be a wake up call for a lot of people. These things, when they start coming out on the streets restricting your writing, you're getting pretty tough out there for us. And get those people who sit down on the couch and say, well, it doesn't affect me and the ball games on today. And I got a six pack and that's all it takes. Those kind of people are not going to have the leisure to sit and watch a ball game and drink beer. And everybody's getting lined up and we're all getting our numbers and we're all going to be on a good basis. from what our Constitution and our Bill of Rights gives us. It's happened over and over again in history. We've seen it many, many times. There's nothing new. Propagandas that were used over the years restrict what you know, and it comes back to how you control people. The basic steps of controlling people is the first thing is limit the information they have so they can't make a choice based on all the facts. And the second one is to provide people the idea that they have a choice, the illusion of choice. And we've had politics that Republicans and Democrats have blended in so much together now. that overall the congress has a lowest approval rating ever you've got a president with a low approval rating and people in general understand there's something really wrong with the system and some of them just need to be guided into the right spot you know understand what it is it's all about constitutional values our founding fathers went through this they understood what it was they wrote about it they told us about it they warned us about it well they're basically what you're seeing with the politicians are what we call mush i mean there really isn't any there there's nothing that anyone will stand for because they're fearful of the idea that they'll offend somebody else And in reality, that's where the problem, that's where this fog develops. Another thing real quick before we go any farther. Hey guys, everybody out there listening? All the truckers just got their weenie stepped on. Now, let me ask you all a question. If Ron Paul were president, would he have allowed this truck situation to develop with Mexico? No. Not a chance. Not a chance. Would Ron Paul be protecting our commerce and our trade? Yes, he would. Because in the Constitution, it's one of the things that the government is supposed to protect. It's the only thing, it's really one of the few things they're allowed to be involved in was to protect our artisans and craftsmen by protecting our border, by monitoring the border, making sure it's secure. And that's one of the things that Ron Paul was arguing. You know when they said, well, when they talked about putting National Guardsmen on the border, Ron Paul was against that only because he wanted to increase the Border Patrol. He didn't say he would even fight putting the guard on the border. The big thing was worrying about making sure the Border Patrol did their job because they are constitutional. That's right, empowering them to do what they're supposed to do. And Ron Paul, once again, always bases his decisions on what the Constitution allows. And for him to be a little bit flexible on it, National Guard was one thing. But obviously what he was telling you was, look, we do not need the military to act as a police force in this country. That is a violation. And that is not what the founding fathers would have preferred. And so he's standing up for the Constitution. And of course, The border control can do the job. There's no doubt about it. But they can't do the job if they're told that they can't look in one direction or if they're shipped off to Afghanistan. And the idea that they were increasing the border patrol, that they were putting a fence up, once again the propaganda machine kicked in. People thought somebody was taking action. They believed that somehow people in government were arguing about the best way to do it and that there was going to be a resolution. And here we are today, wide open border. Millions of people come across every year. We can't control any of it. The border not do the job when the Minutemen went down. Nobody crossed. People just knew they understood, well, we're not going to be able to get over there. It's too dangerous to try. They lose their money in the process was a big thing because when you're having to pay a coyote $3,000 to $5,000 and you know there's a probability that somebody's going to intercept you, then you're not going to waste the $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 because it's just money spent. Real quick notice, if you have a civil defense site in your area, and now I'll tell you what, it'll be under the bleachers and the old cement bleachers like at the high school. It could be a bunker complex or it can be a basement complex somewhere in town where they've had the stuff stored there for a long, long time and they're talking about clearing it out. Usually they'll do a word of mouth thing and open up the doors and anything you want to take out of there you can after they've taken key components out. We've gotten tons of free gas masks. Nothing wrong with them. Long-term storage. They've been in dry. They've been in dark places. But there's a lot of other cool things that are in there, and one of them you want to watch for. The Civil Defense System made an AM and shortwave radio. You used to be there was no FM in the 60s and 50s, guys, remember? These were plastic, general electric radios. They're a Savannah tan or an earth brown color. And anyway, these units usually are in a oil foil pack, which is a poly foil pack that is about 18 inches long, about 4.5 inches thick, and about 8 inches tall. There will be boxes of them, usually anywhere from 24 to 48 packed in a box, depending on what period, sometimes only 44 in a box. but uh... they'll find their in the civil defense story site what these are these were the radios to be handed out and to be used uh... for a civil defense deployment everyone of these that we've seen most recently by and by the way usually is a hospital unit there to with medical surgical tables medical instrument tables waiting usually get it all for free uh... they were clearing out sites in ohio around columbus and our people drove away with truckloads we have built whole militia standby everything was checked everything was cleaned up anything need to be repacked was anything that was still usable was put into reserve there's stuff out there like that you need to pay attention when they say hey we're opening up the civil defense bunker and you can have anything you want and get it. Stretchers 6 to a rack they're usually steel bound together in the crates brand new never issued steeled in their own containers of six stretchers for free. medical support items, field support items, foot lockers, trunks, boxes, cases, water storage. Go and check it out. But the one thing to watch for are these foil packs. Don't rip every one of them open. Just check out one if you want to. And remember that all the others look the same. They're all the same radio. Look at the nomenclature on the outside. And they're sealed for time. These radios will sit anywhere and will not be affected by the elements when they're in those packages. So all you've got to do is transfer them. Now they use a D-cell battery so you can get D-cell rechargeables so you have them for these radios. They were made by General Electric. They were a standard Civil Defense contract and they are out there. You'll find them in caches all over the place. North, south, east, and west. So keep an eyeball out for them. If somebody gets hold of them, you'll also see them where somebody got them and they put them in resale shops sometimes or flea markets. Well, that's where they got them from. They got them from the Civil Defense bunkers. There are small radio, little handheld unit, you know, and you should have a little hand carrying handle on the top. One single rabbit ear, okay, that comes out. And extendable antenna, very user friendly, very simple dial front analog system ready to use. And for shortwave, there, so take advantage of them. If you can get hold of one, you got a great radio. Also, watch the yard sales. Transoceanic, so I just got one for $3 this last weekend. I got one of the Transoceanic competitors with nice little radio stands about, let's see what, I'm gonna measure here, about 12 inches, about a foot tall, and about eight inches wide, about four inches deep, nice little unit, and these are a few little parts on the outside fixed, very clean on the inside, battery pack's ready to go, again, D-cell batteries. Come up with solutions people don't just look at the problem go on anything man It is not that hard or difficult to deal with and there are a lot of resources laying around You just need to focus a little bit looks like George down in Florida Look at all the cool stuff that he's found and the reason I just bring it up is because it's not that it isn't there It's that some of you just aren't looking. Okay, turn around look behind you look around keep your ear poised Every once in a while, there's an announcement that comes up here and there that might be very valuable to you. Check to see what it is that you have and the way of things being cast out that might be useful. And I'm saying this for the people who don't have a lot, but they are interested, or they have a great need to prepare, but they don't have the resources as in cash. Find other solutions. Build up to a certain level for preparedness, and then get to that level. And if you can improve in certain areas with whatever budget you have, do it. Just continue to move forward. Have a positive outlook on this because that's how we're going to operate when things break loose. We're going to have to deal with the problems as they arise. We're going to come up with solutions. We're going to get to the other side. We're going to win. That is the only option you have. Losing is not an option. Failure is not an option.
