I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat. And speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. in home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free, in home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors. So they're children, old people. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic in each God-given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. Every person listening to the chat room, every person listening on the site, everybody listening on the FM's, everybody listening across on this network right now in one form or another, is a finite amount of resource. You all have to pay for your house or you have to pay rent. You all have to buy gas. You all have to eat. There's a limited amount of resource that we have and government calculates are victimizing us with tickets. Nowadays they call it revenueing more so than ever before. Before they tried to veil it with whatever nonsense they pull out of their hind end that, oh, you know, we had to protect the fill in the blank. Now they don't even do that. When they talk in behind, even in open chambers, they refer to everything as revenue, revenueing, revenueing, revenueing, not to protect or help the people. but because the shysters who are sitting in the committees and the shysters who are in those administrative positions are making five and six digit salaries. And when I say five, I'm only saying low, low like 90. Okay, 90,000, 95,000, a little under 100,000, but otherwise they're looking at the headhunter who looks for the federal grant monies is typically making about 105 to 107,000 a year. Now, there's a little lower as an opening post position, but you got to remember, they got all kinds of perks and because they're head hunters, they're looking for tits to suck off right away, and they do. So these people, once they get in these positions, are doing nothing but revenue enhancement. Now, at the state end and at the local end, what happened, and at the counties, is these poor fools bought into this whole nonsense that the money was just going to flow forever. and the feds and the internationalists understood that this was not the case. Talked as if this were going to happen. So then what takes place? Well, all of a sudden that upper tip gets cut off. And now the only place they have to turn is to victimize the general population. And that's what's happened with you. That's what's happening with all these other people that are affected. This is a victimization for the sake of desperation revenue by scurrilous lowlights. who have gravitated to government positions who should never have had those positions in the first place. And they're criminal in mind. They're used to stealing at a certain level. This is really the problem. They are used to thieving by rolling money out the back door at a certain tier, a certain level, a certain quantity. And now these pea brains, it's like, you know, they're like the unweaned puppy. around, that's empty, now they gotta go somewhere else. Oh there's one, there's two, oh there's a whole bunch of them, but wait I'll have to, oh I might have to kill the other puppies. Oh that's okay, they don't care. You see that's their mindset. And it's sick, I don't care, just look at them as sick creatures. When you look at them, don't say, wow, man, there's something wrong with... No, these are sick creatures. They need to be voted out of office. We need to crank back the system. We need to look at where the money went, because here's the problem, is lack of accountability. And I'll give you an example, Greg. Up here, a few years back, when all this bucket money was sailing around, somebody actually did ask for an accounting of the books with one of the counties here in Michigan for the townships. and what happened is it turned out there was hundreds of thousands of dollars missing hundreds of them to turn out it was millions not lying about this i have to pull the article i need to post this one they actually on the money in the township building in the washing machine in cash We found the money, it was in the laundry machine, it must have been laundered money. Oops, pardon the pun. But they actually did this. They said they found, oh we found the cash, we found cash. It was just there. It wasn't there before when they were doing the laundry, but it was found in the laundry machine. And so all of a sudden, everything was okay. Don't worry about looking for any more money. We found this money so everything's fine. Now, Greg, if you had done this, they'd put you in jail. If anybody else listening out there had done this, they would find a reason to put you in jail. But these shysters figured, uh-oh, while they found out about us, let's just throw the cash back in somebody's lap and run like hell. And that's what they did. But there was still more money as they did the investigation. They found out, wait a minute, if this money's missing and all of a sudden turned up out of the blue, there's probably other money missing. And lo and behold, that's exactly what the case was. So that's what I think, that's one of the things we need to look at and the biggest problem there too is which scallywags are we watching, which scallywags? One of our chatroom people pointed out that yeah, they get money, the judges get cash as part of, and the way they do this, people go, oh, do you mean they get a check in the mail? No, here's how they do it. The money goes into the judges retirement fund in most states and they get a percentage off every one of your children because they become property of the state. Once they become and you know what we're talking about Greg once they become the wards in reality forget all those technical wards It's property they latch onto them as property and every one of these blood suckers gets a percentage of a handful of shekels That they get thrown for every one of these cases they're involved in so what if you got one of these horror judges? Who's out there scamming and just like you had this this this prostitute who was working as a government worker? who's of course lying tooth and nail and you know, lying until there's no end to it about accounts and information so she can stack and rack the money she makes. What if you got a judge in a Black Robed Demons outfit doing the same thing? Now how many would be doing this? How many are scurrilous creatures who have no interest in honesty but are simply profiteers? And because they're not policing themselves because they all are in on the same suck up scam, lo and behold they're getting away with the murder of the minds of how many children well you describe it to a key i mean we hired an attorney eight thousand five hundred dollars this making the gallup judge mario flimming when people watch the web children dot com you'll see her name come up from the different people are just as i'm interviewing amount from the courthouse you listen to how this comes out it's just what what you just see i mean when the judge would not allow you to present any evidence of facts into the re were at the first hearing and the attorney says, we'd like to present some facts and evidence. Just as, oh, well, we're not going to look at them. And he says, excuse me? And so from that point on, the attorney just played right along with her. After she took control, no, we're not going to look at any facts. I find probable cause support. Support would take these children with no testimony, no evidence. Otherwise, one of our kids. But a judge wouldn't hear anything. All she would hear is what the state had to say. Tell what happened. She had our kids for three Our kids had any cavities. They brought us our kids with, my son has six cavities now. They bring us our kids with a lice in their hair, a ringworm in their face. We see them two hours a month. They're in a daycare service where they're in the daycare service a day. This has gone on for three years. Kids have been so battered and beat up. They've been to the doctors. I mean, over a hundred times, can you imagine, they put me and my wife in a parenting class where they told us we have to teach our kids about being homosexual, lesbian, gay, and bisexual at the age of five and six years old. that at the age of five, we want to teach them how to touch your sexual organs for pleasure and demonstrate it to the case manager who's going to report back to the judge that this is what we're teaching her kids. This is in Pinellas County where Terry Shiver was starved to death. This court thinks they're above the law and they can do whatever they want and once you see what they're doing, it's just like today as I was out in front of the courthouse preaching, I have a newspaper article where it shows we have a former city prosecutor who commits the same crime as a young black Afro-American young boy. The young boy Afro-American boy gets 20 years while the former city prosecutor gives a one month probation and they both commit the same crime and it says it puts on the paper a raw deal for black boy. And see so what they're picking on, they're picking on the poor, the fatherless, uh... those who can't defend themselves against them people don't have the power and the money well i think you're doing i would try one more thing here that the uh... all the facilities that are being your children being abused in or being abused through that they're tied into monetarily through business accounts including that judge uh... on the note they got what we call cooperative agreement and um... they have contract which are called cooperative agreements between the sheriff's department and the court system in order to take people's gifts. And I presented these in the court at a termination hearing and I asked for an independent judge and they had to stop the termination hearing in order to give me an independent judge because these judges are being paid in order to come up with a decision before the case is even heard. File specific complaints against the individuals institutions through federal administration use the system on the system specific complaints of neglect and malfeasance against the judge and specifically criminal collusion up to an including probable criminal conspiracy uh... and the motivation which is the motivation behind them now how some people are going all mark them in a good effort doesn't make a difference start filing complaints immediately against every named party don't just generalize it either Don't ever make the mistake. Somebody will go, oh, you got to do this job. No. You name the parties. You specifically point out. Now here's the other thing. Don't assume anything. The information you have on the criminal activity of this person who is involved with your children, take all of that and send it with the complaint to the federal agencies. You know, you can go right down through the battery of those who are supposed to be the overseeing mechanism. Well, you're going to complain specifically about them, specifically about the judge, and specifically that the judge has full working knowledge of the criminal activity of this party and has failed to proceed, has failed to correct the issue, which means that every action that that party has come in contact with must now be put into question and that they have failed to do so. You don't do all the work or pay anybody to do this those dirty buggers that are and I could use another term But those buggers who are in government are supposed to be doing their job at the federal end and they're sitting on their laurels to and Kissing each other's rumpus because most of them are as clear as a three dollar bill Bottom line. Well, would that be in the case? We got to fix this so throw every piece of flack out that you can start dumping rounds in all directions so to speak Okay, try just to stay in one path. Lawyers do this. Oh, you know, you gotta do that. They're bar members. They're in business with each other. Right. While they're busy supposedly fighting tooth and nail. Okay, and now that's not everyone, but I'm just saying there's a lot of them. They're fighting tooth and nail. They're gonna go play golf with the same character like that, you know, that character that's on the bench in the afternoon when they're done sitting in the courtroom. Okay, this happens a lot. Doesn't happen every time, but it happens a lot. And especially when they're in business together. Okay. So you have to keep that in mind. Again, there are different ways, but in this case, you're talking about your children. If it's something else that, you know, it's, you know, not breathing, not living, you got time, okay? But you don't have time with this. Right. Well, I mean, I mean, we've had our kids now for three years. I've been suffering from life for a month, for a year and six months, while she's hiding because we had another baby. Okay. Don't, we understand that part. Don't say anymore there because you don't know where she is. Okay. I understand that part. You don't know where she is. But because of that, the safety of your other child, because you fear for the physical safety and well-being of that infant, you don't have any working knowledge about where she is or where the infant is. But you agree with protecting that child's safety because of the malfeasance, incompetence, and intentional criminal action on the part of government entities at the local level that have failed your family. That's how you got to stay focused on that. stay focused and hammer that constantly. Now what we're going to do, I'm going to let you go. Okay, but I appreciate you bringing this up and I'd like to have you come up again. In fact, I want to have Nancy up with a kitchen militia program here on with her doing her program with us, you know, on a regular basis. And this is a subject that we want to touch on and talk about constantly because this kind of abuse is going to become more rampant and rabid as this system fails. Because think about it, Greg, where are they going to go other than to the government tits when they've run all the companies out of the US, when they've run all of the institutions into the ground, and when only the criminals are in those black robes or involving government where they're headed. Can Greg pound? attach a bond to the sheriff to everybody selected that's involved. Now that's a, okay go ahead, your second question, go ahead and jump in there please. Yeah, and how would you go about, how would we go about convening, calling for a grand jury? How could a citizen call for a grand jury? Now that's as likely as not, of the two, the faster of the two would be to demand a grand jury, but I would do it like I said, first of all filing federal complaints as individuals, against them as individuals. These people are involved in obviously what has been demonstrated to be a criminal action. We now have that with the sightings against the first party. All of the other individuals who are participant in that mechanism are fully cognizant of the failings of that individual. That should be the first focus and if they will not proceed to correct the path, and you have no reason to wait because you're looking at the lives, the lives of the children are at risk. Due to them, what they always do to us, you have no time to wait for the lives of these children are at risk because of a malfeasance on the part of the caseworker who is involved in criminal activity. And because of the malfeasance and failure of the judge to properly remedy the situation in a timely fashion, now having full knowledge of the criminal mindset of that government agent who was reprimanded and dead, we have 27 counts plus and it must be emphasized, I cannot stress this enough when filing this paperwork. Always incorporate the multiple numbers and reinforce it, reinforce it, reinforce it. Why? because that way the government stooges at whatever level can't try to feign ignorance. Do not assume any filing complaints. Provide both the public record information. A newspaper is what's considered an instrument of public record. Take the information with the information about public record, combine it with the actual court case information, enter it as a specific complaint, and file it at the state level. file it at the federal level and when you file, try to file simultaneously and state that not only have you filed at the state level but you're filing at the federal level. When you file at the federal level, tell them not only are you filing at the federal level but you're registering complaints with both the governor's office, the courts, etc. In other words, go right down the Peking order, the whole list. I would shotgun this in every direction simultaneously so that nobody can do the, well, if I had known I'd have done, no, it doesn't work that way. You are all culpable in government because you are all made knowledgeable of the situation at the same time. Even like the district prosecutor, the DA, i don't trust the district prostitutes but i would file with the many way the number one is those horse typically are are are bought into the mechanism and i am and notice i'm not holding anything back on a million there are prostitutes who are bought and paid for by different elements of some other part of the of the government i'm typically at the local level so i i would like that well let me tell you about how the uh... prosecutor h r i had a feed off people ten years ago uh... a woman an old lady uh... had a home invader and a home invader beat up the burglar with one of her husband's golf clubs. It really done a hurting on him, cracked his skull and everything. I don't know if it was an iron or a wood. But anyway, when all said and done, the burglar only got six months misdemeanor probation. We had the old lady who beat the burglar up. She got a year probation. She had to pay a thousand dollar fine and take anger management courses. Now, my problem is, did this go before a jury or a judge? A judge. See, I would have taken a jury, I mean, personally on a case like that, but to let a judge, a black-robed demon who was involved in the business of creating crime, I would never have brought that before them like that because, I mean, my problem is, in the past, maybe, but I would put it before a jury and then appeal it if they continue to proceed because there's no excuse if you have an intruder. A man or a woman's home is their castle, period. It's that simple. And anybody with any common sense would have... I mean, the judge doesn't have any common sense in many cases because they have their own profit margin in mind. That was a win-win for him because there are fine fees and there's also weekly and monthly fees that the judges make off servicing And so that goes into their retirement account. The prostitute gets a percentage. Also, people don't understand this. There's a percentage divvied up between the judge and the prosecutor's office. It goes into retirement funding and it goes into other funding that they're able to milk off from either immediately or that they progressively will profit off from, which is why they do volumes of work. While the more people see that's why it's the court's time. They don't care about justice. The court's time is purely a matter of how much money can they make off us as a corpse. period. I mean, the corpse isn't a whole of the American people in the shortest possible time. So think about it. When you make a deal, that's why they like deals because they can throw another body in there and they can cha-ching hit the cash register one more time. Now, let's go back to something else you asked about real quick. With regard to filing a lien against them, now, until or before, and you can talk about this with the Emerson Review, I would recommend this. We gave the numbers out. In the case of the woman who was charged and was on one year's probation, I would go into, you could go back into the court, now this is for our friends listening, Greg and George, if they know who this woman is, based upon the change of the law, but also because issues were not properly brought forward, an appeal could be generated even though it has been a number of years. because this, of course, affects the woman. Now, if she's passed away, it wouldn't make any difference. But because of the nature of the affront to justice, this could be appealed because it was a judge's ruling effectively and be effectively turned over probably with the first appeal. So that is something that should be considered. Now, there are a number of different appeals that you are allowed even though the clock has expired, on the regular appeal process. Most people don't realize they're actually at the three different appeals that can be done separate from that can be taken right into the federal court. Again, you have to investigate with your respective state rules first with regard to how the court operates. You may have to still file at the state supreme court level, but you can bring this very quickly into the federal court and overturn a situation like that. uh... especially where there's a flagrant violation and again it's ludicrous with regard to the argument there's a matter of nothing you can come up with especially with a property intruder uh... and again reinforcing this would be the new state laws and that are at the at the uh... in florida itself at the state level anyway real quick here before going farther one more time you know what we got in the so many things uh... the hundred sixty second uh... militia only guns show this is the central ohio The 162nd militia only gun show the location has been changed to the B facility. Repeat, the location has been changed to the B facility. There was such a big response with the militia units involved that they had to go to a larger site. Your young lieutenants, your young officers are going to have to do their job. It isn't just a rank, it's a job. Okay, it's work. W-O-R-K. The one four-letter word that everybody hates in the English language. W-O-R-K. So, I cannot stress enough. These guys did a great job organizing this meeting. The 162nd, actually the next one after this is supposed to be in Mississippi. I'll have more on that. And the guys that have been organizing this, hey, they're doing their own thing, that's not my job. But I'd want to make sure the B facility for the 162nd is where you're headed, not to the original announced facility. Whatever that is. I actually got an idea. But we've got Andrew in Ohio. And new accusation about GOA, they say that to be able to shoot it down. and Even the anti-gun people said they could not have gotten anything passed and now they're bragging about it that the NRA helped them to get this anti-gun legislation through the House and now the NRA is trying to do the double track like they did with remember when they first started going door to door to confiscate the guns down in New Orleans the management La Payer and all these others all were going rah rah rah until the rank and file said you know what they're doing down there? And it was only within the first 24 hours that they did their double flip and said, oh, oh, oh, we're against that. Now, you know, it was really funny. Right up until where they thought they were snuggling to bed with the right people. Well, wait a minute. They didn't think we were going to find out about this. When I see them beat grandma to the ground, those proud regional police from California, and by the way, those are people we warned everybody about how many years ago, Andrew, the regional police. Well, they were down there, they grabbed Granny, Grandma picked her right up and body slammed her down, busted her up real good. They should be a real proud, taking an 80 pound woman who was in her own home with her food, with her water, with neighbors who were all safe and secure. And those scum. Went in there and just beat the Jesus out of her because she had a pistol, you know Yeah, I have that my video library. Yeah, I just after that NRA and I went along with that initially then now that the membership See, that's the thing. I'm not talking about the membership. The membership needs to clean house the all these these life members that are listening right now and And Andrew you got life members you're involved with you and everybody does I know that doesn't like members I could reach right now within walking distance where I'm sitting walking distance not running walking Anyway, the thing is that they need to get together and they need to vote out these characters out of the NRA that are with the anti-gun people because that's the problem. They've infiltrated, they've come in, they've swapped spit with the bad guys, they sleep with the bad guys, they go play golf with the bad guys, and then they turn around and figure that we peasants aren't going to know who they're hobnobbing with. and that's that needs to change period now let's put this way you know what there's other pro firearms organizations out there but gun owners of america has never changed direction now i would say i'll be a heartbeat and i will tell you this right now if i found out there's anything scurrilous going on that we know all of a sudden it's and again i'd verify it first this thing we're talking about with the NRA guys there's no way they can they can get around it because it's right there in your face Now, if Gun Owners America tries the same thing, you better believe, Andrew, in a heartbeat. I'm going to tell you anything and everything that's going on because there ain't going to be behind the scenes nonsense with this. What we need right now, what we have the opportunity to do is for everybody out there in these grassroots organizations to flex their muscles and show their strength. The NRA has all these people and they're squandering the resource because they're sleeping in bed with the devil. And what they're going to do is, and what gets me about this is, they did this with a Republican in place. Now Andrew, what do you think is going to happen with East Girl with Swine when all of a sudden the power shift changes? And let's say that they doctor the vote and Hillary Clinton gets in. This is a person who everybody behind the scenes says actually is the one who pushed for the burning at Waco. Now, this is a person who said back in 1993 and 1994 and 1995 and 1996 that they were going to get all of the guns. Now, which, who's out there is so stupid as to believe that now with all this supplemental legislation that they're getting through without them in power, that they aren't going to go for the rest as quickly as they take power. Now what's the NRA gonna do then? What deal are they gonna cut? I'd like to see this. I really like to hear their argument for this. Because the water was calm. There was no smoke. There was no fire. There's no way they could claim panic. They sold us. They made a deal for their golf course, their glass palace, and because they want to snuggle up with the enemy and be in place before the power shift. That's their mindset. They're gonna make a deal with the devil and leave us out in the cold. That's what they think they're gonna do. We got about a year and a half to two there for either Clinton or Giuliani being in there. Worst case scenario is that's the most time you have right there. We've been saying you've got two clocks running. A, the nutcase we have, the bobblehead in Washington decides he wants to be Emperor for life. That's the bad one.
