The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth per paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Well, ladies and gentlemen, it is weapons Wednesday. We've given out a number of contact points, as we always do. And this hour, we're going to, we're not switching direction, but we're going to be going to the hands that handle the rifle. And in fact, we're going to be talking with, and we have a guest, we've got Clint Derr, commander of the Michigan militia, Wolverine Corps. And he's going to be right here with us in a second. In fact, let's bring him up right now. Clint, are you there? Oh, very good, sir. It's good to hear your voice. It has been a pretty busy week already, but we have informed everyone of the Mobilization Warning Order for 45 days out for border operations. We have had an excellent response from many of our friends around the country, and of course we talked about this this weekend and where we were going with it. We've also got a lot of activity going on here in the state of Michigan, don't we? Yes, we do. Now you are presently working as the interim state commander of the Michigan militia corps of wolverines and of course you've been serving with the wolverines for quite some time we were there when they were organized and of course have gone work through the system give everybody a history of what you've been doing with the Wolverine militia. When I first started out I didn't even know what the word militia meant. I knew that there was a constitution I didn't know what it said I didn't know anything about what it read. And I'm not going to give you a 20 minute expectation on how I did decide to read at a time or two. I was the things weren't going the way she states speaking out and people started telling me that I sounded like militia chaplain of the division Michigan shortly thereafter I'm the brigade commander. The Corps of Wolverines an official election involving foreign election. The militia Corps of Wolverines folks want to notify the war saw. now interestingly enough and again this is this is most critical that we've had a uh... a large number of people asking questions i've even had people have been in casual conversation with all by the way what's happening with the uh... you know with the wolverines with michigan wolverine and uh... most important here is that uh... it's not that you have been holding the reins of power tight or anything like that. It's just that everybody has been comfortable and is not called a state meeting. Now that doesn't mean that there isn't going to be one, there will be. And this is tied into the whole issue of how you manage the operation. Absolutely. There's a constitutional by-law mechanism set up. uh... normally be every six months but again if there's no need for a change in course it's at the option of the uh... speed brigade commanders in the division commanders as to and whether or not they're going to be all form up and actually bring the state together now where for a a special meeting or say a an election uh... the interest interesting thing here is we must also stress that it is normal for elections and to take place This is not something that's unusual, and it is in the nature of the militia and how the command structure is chosen. Now there's a philosophy behind that too, isn't there, Clint? It is a grassroots organization. It is made up of the citizen. It is not a military, nor is it by a democratic process. The reason why I say that, and I want to be very clear, because it is a ground-off-to-be foot soldier in the militia, is actually the man with the power. And the man who calls him the commander is the man who is basic and a change of the guard so he is there to serve. And I think that's one of the most common mistakes made, the difference between regular army forces and the whole concept. Individuals will step forward as unit commanders. In some cases they may do it because there is a need, but at a given point if they step back down away from that position, There's no disrespect intended. It's basically, again, a normal procedure. There's a choice by the command, you know, by the people who are involved, both the brigades and with the division commanders who are representing the membership, that if need be, there will be a change in command, or they may wish to give somebody else an opportunity to move into that position. One of the big advantages that we have is that we're able to rotate personnel into key slots, give them the job, let them run with the ball, and then over a period of time shift another person in that position so that they gain experience and we improve the quality of the cadre of people that are available, correct? Absolutely. It's not really a problem. One of the downfalls of that is that the militia is actually a group of leaders. And that is how people usually wind up being in the militia, because they are a leader. and they feel that something has to be done. And therefore, then you have a room full of leaders elected as the one who makes the decisions and suggests... Now, originally when the Wolverines were put together, there was a constitutional mechanism put into place. And again, as we mentioned before, there are bylaws for operation. The command staff is not all powerful, all omnipresent, but rather have specific limitations. uh... and again also specific responsibilities of the most important thing is that yes we have to have a management structure in place uh... we are a militia and and there is no such thing as a difference between a militia and eight gun militia that's the bad guys especially the control press trying to create division if you're going to call yourself a militia or guys you're going to be handling firearms probably because that's the malicious mission but the militia has a number of different uh... elements within it, just as with any military force, where you have a quartermaster, you have, like you said, chaplains, you have regular supply and support procurement from another direction, which is kind of a subroutine with a quartermaster. You've got armors, we have ordnance personnel. We have all of the special skills that you have in the regular army, but truly this is made up of the whole of the people. So you got doctors standing right next to machinists, standing right next to people who work in pretty much any trade out there, correct? Well, absolutely. That's what happened at Concord, which by the way, it is historical. Even the commemorative quarters that this albut is printed out in our tin and our inner ingredients like the contents of the Cornflakes you eat, it is a historic with a tri-cornered hat being a gun that is our culture, that is our history, that is what we are. It's freedom. Freedom without the act of carrying. And I think that's one of the biggest things that is rather comical. It's the old cat on the roof trying to catch in somehow with a fingernail someplace. The other side knows that they're a lose-lose situation, so of course any desperate attempt on their part to create this kind of nonsense by dictating the vocabulary or creating a subcategory where none exists. Where it never has traditionally and they're pulling these things out of their rear end is the only way to describe it. And trying to come up with some of their fiction to suit their needs that we're somehow going to be placated by or that someone's going to buy in so that they make, that they hope that their enemy will feel good about them. Throw that tripe out the door. Number one, the character that's trying to create that condition, the character that's trying to manipulate the vocabulary hates all of us. Those who think that somehow, oh, I'm not with them, or I'm a different kind of... They ain't gonna work, people, because all they're trying to do is divide and conquer. It's that simple. As long as you understand that and you understand the real English language, as opposed to the quasi-politically correct muftham that we're seeing that's been generated, especially in the last several years, where there's stuff they've absolutely just... The only way to describe it is it's right out of George Orwell's 1984. Well, we're dealing with that. And what's most important is that the Wolverines, of course, have been moving ahead. We are working with a number of other formations. The Wolverines are working with many formations, but we're working with others around the country. And between all of the different militia elements, we're going to see a great deal of intercooperation. You guys are going to be helping us with the border operations it develops, correct? And so we'll be seeing expansion there, which is most important. Now, we're looking at a window for the state meeting, but of course I know nothing's been set, but we'll look probably in the next couple months. That's the goal. I've spoken to very few people, and what I've done is I'm not worried about giving away my tough down to people, main out and disseminated. But of course, it's already in motion, and it's going to take a little bit of time, but it won't be very long. Now, of course, we're going to be overlapping with this window of opportunity. We've got our first break coming up, but we've got our overlapping little window of opportunity down on the border. 45 days out is what the warning order is for, 30-day deployment. So we have to maintain our operations here in Michigan. Stuff like that. Well, they may try. Remember, we'll keep any of them that they send. I just want to let you know, a great group came up here to Michigan. They were coming. A lot of people that they were going to be there. And we didn't have a big turn or something. We've got to give them kudos. It's not popular to go out and sing about things they sing about and do the things they do. I know each one of them gentlemen personally. They are good people. And they've done an excellent job. They've stayed the course. They stuck to their project that they originally proposed. We have how many counties total in the state of Maine? 83 counties. 83 grand counties. Yeah. I knew that, but I was going to make sure. People understand we're not a small state and we do require a command structure of the type that's set up. Now go and explain to everybody because a lot of people have heard, but they don't understand how, I mean they've heard about it, but they don't picture how it is that we've set up the structure, how the Wolverines, for instance, are set up and different from the Colonial Marines or different from militia at large, but the Wolverines have their own command structure and their own organization. Explain to everybody how that works. Well, different groups around the state, I won't use their name just for sake of, if I forget anyone, I don't want to accidentally forget someone and give light on someone. Also, I might put light on someone who may want to be known as dead and gone and might still be there. So, groups that are out there and they come from all over the state. Graphically, you know, copacetic. They're close to one another, but not always. They train, rally points, they have... And again, we're looking at... We're looking at brigades at the county level. Now we're looking at the Michigan Militia Corps of Wolverine. Now the Wolverines is, practically they live in that county. They live in a brigade. That brigade is coupled and teamed up with other brigades, even as many as I think seven, nine. I'm not sure how many there are. They couple up and they become what we call in particular brigades, have a brigade commander, and that division commander are elected by the brigade commanders of that particular. Again, this basic structure has been in place since the bylaws were developed. The division commanders were a slightly later addition because of the need for middle management at the, with the number of counties that we have so that there wouldn't be any hesitation if there was a need to mobilize. This system has worked fairly well so that everybody is able to stay in touch. The units are able to organize effectively within geographic boundaries. And you still have some, for instance, some counties that have more than one brigade, correct? Yes, absolutely. In other words, as they've grown, there might be a need, or because of the size of the county and the population density, we actually see one, two, or three brigades or brigade elements that are in place that are separately managed, just for that reason, because of the quantity of people involved and the size of the formations. always necessarily that same number brigade, all third brigades. What I mean by that is this brigade, second brigade, third brigade, then things get real confusing and crazy. There are sub elements of the individual brigades. And again, people would say, it depends on the environment because we have urban and we have rural and there's a great difference in how you have to organize or how you're able to organize because of geographic issues again. So that's one of the reasons. In going and outgoing exactly. Well, now there again, we've got a wide range of people, both that are overtly active and then have been working in many, many different venues for us too, and helping us to keep an eye on the bad guys on the other side. And that's one of the things that has made a big difference too. People don't realize sometimes just how deep And, in fact, how deeply we go into the bad guy's realm sometimes, and the lions then, are effectively able to turn around and deal with these problems that have been arriving, or I should say, rising and showing up on our doorstep. So, for all of you out there that are listening right now, there's a lot of people that are listening to ACAS Hole. I know Clint passed a word on. We want to thank those men and women who have been doing the job for us and helping us. Also, I want to remind everybody that we've got a lot of work ahead, a lot of things that can still be done. And especially since we've got both this deployment on the border and other missions coming up. We're going to be working there. And, Clint, we've got Colonial Marine militia at large. We've got, of course, Wolverine militia, many independent militia formations. We pretty well cover the whole of the state right now, don't we? I believe we do. I can't emphatically 100% say that we have our whole state. There might be a few corners we're not sure of, but those corners we can cover with the rest of the paint. We've got to go back. Yeah, ripped off at Subway, man. Anyway, you know, that's life. That's the way things happen sometimes. I'm sure they'll take care of the problem. Conscientious people, sensitive about services, a friend of the court, the district court, the sheriff's departments, the police forces, administrative levels at these places, in the state. of this, a lot of what they've been trying to pull at different times has literally been handed over to us on nice 8-1 by 11 format sheets of paper to include the next up and coming event. I would tie that in with something that happened back in 1995. In the months before the Oklahoma City bombing, starting in November and then December. And in fact, I was just reviewing all of the information on this, including videotape that we have, which we're going to probably put some of this back up on YouTube, since most people need to have their memory jogged. But it's because people came forward and said, hey, they're planning something for the March, the late or middle March window to attack the militias, as far as trying to do a series of multi raids back in 1995. Now, Many of us went to senators throughout the con, you know, in the Congress, both in the Senate and the House, went to senators and representatives, and we told them, hey, we want to know right now, do you think you're going to be stupid enough to try something like this? And of course, what they did is they actually did generate letters and demanded the information from the FBI and from other agencies who then turned around and refused to respond. Now a refusal to response tells me that they absolutely planned on trying to get away with it. What happened? A lot of good people, just like Clint's talking about, walked right over to us and handed us virtually packets or reams of material that were supposed to be for their closed door sessions of their big plans for their attacks. In other words, they were going to the local police departments, county departments, even state police, of course, they expected you, state police. And a lot of the people who were sitting there listening to these briefings turned right around with whatever they could find or get their hands on. In some cases they had what were called no note brief. They were not allowed to take any of the literature or write any notes down. And they did anyway. And the window of opportunity, we were absolutely correct about the time. We had verification because we knew about manpower allocations, fuel allocations, vehicle signouts, the whole nine yards. We had everything pretty well pegged across the country for their grand slam. And it's because of people, people all through the system, right, Clint? Well, that's an operation. In other words, you have to plan something like that. It isn't beyond the lookout for... That's right. someone tries to pull this, it's not called preparedness. This is called for preemptive strike. Why would they want to take people like us out of the way? They were the only ones that are going to shake our fists in their face and say, my porch. Of course, now again, my argument here with this was that, again, we knew this in advance going back to December of 1994. for nineteen ninety five and going up through to the months before the oklahoma city bombing we also had reports and vast amounts of information handed over to us by people who were all through the system people that we had either trained or people we had served with or other people who were very cognizant of a lot of skullduggery that was going on and that's why the oklahoma city bombing itself They failed despite everybody goes, well, they did this and that and the other, all the mol... I'll tell you what, let me point something out. The Knob Creek resolution was printed one year after the Oklahoma City bombing. And it was an agreement by all militia commands across the country to stand together and resist the tyrant's fist. Period. A year after the Oklahoma City bombing. So to say that, oh, it's beautiful, resist, you'll be as are really. Well, you better start thinking about all of the successes we have had as opposed to the minor setbacks by comparison. We have had tremendous success. We have made great inroads. And there are many, many good Americans out there who are willing to step forward. They're just tired to get there, getting more and more tired now because they can see the writing on the wall. And I've asked everybody the basic question. What could be more serious than these traitorous buggers proposing to drop the border of the United States. That is the destruction of the United States and our Constitution and Bill of Rights. And all I got to say to everybody out there is I told you so. And Clint, same thing. We all know this. We can tell everybody the same thing. We told you so. There's no way to get around it. We've been saying it all along. And we'll keep saying it. And we'll keep saying it. Pooh-pooh'd or whatever you want to call it. They've just basically kind of dismissed any idea that there is a quote-unquote conspiracy against the freedom and liberties that are set up in the Constitution. Come lie here.
