I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walking through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and, speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright as Iowoki vanished in the midst for whence he came. When I go to yard sales, nobody's thinking about the cold weather gear. I get all the cool stuff. I get my extra field jackets, I get my field jacket liners, I get my mittens, I get extra gloves. I get even Mickey Mouse boots because nobody, A, knows what they are sometimes. And B, they're not thinking about them. Oh, I'll get those when the season comes. Well, instead, when you're at the yard sales and you see some of this cold weather gear, like the nice black, you know, cold weather boots or the camouflage boots or any of the other good stuff like that, maybe it'd be a good idea to buy it now when it's only a nickel an item or 50 cents an item or a dollar an item. You can buy those 50 and 100 dollar Mickey Mouse boots for like, say, $5 at the yard sale. Yeah, that'd be a good idea right now. Not everybody has to worry about that, but... Cold weather equipment is crucial. We live in a temperate environment. We are not in the desert now I still get cold in the desert at night too Does any of these veterans are going to be telling you it gets pretty impressive out there when there's no vegetation around? We are in a temperate environment most of the states of these United States prepare any real simple solution I hate doing this, but if you got a junked out uh... will blanket with a old army blanket a navy blanket uh... just plain old blanket or you got a little blanket from one of these yard sales that have a gap in the side of the chunk or a hole in one spot that you know what kind of rough wealthy what you do you can have some fun here you take that blanket and measure out about all six inches in height of the width of the blanket and you cut that strip that six-inch trip and you make it so that you uh... can wrap it around your body And over six inches tall, the width of the blanket. Okay, the narrow width. Now, unless you're really, really, really big, that should be more than enough to wrap around your person. There are two techniques, actually. The one technique, as I mentioned, the Germans, they make them. I've got hundreds of them, by the way. I bought them when they were a quarter a piece, brand new surplus. It's harder than heck to find them now. The Germans aren't letting go of any, or we haven't seen any through the system. But these kidney belts are made of bleached wool. and they have little tie straps and everything, you just put them all over top of your t-shirt or you can put them underneath, but ideally put them over top of your t-shirt before you put all your other clothes on, tie it into place, put your shirt on, you're done. And what this does is it protects the kidneys, offers and preserves the heat and calories in that area, and amazingly enough, your feet stay warm. Ain't that strange and fun? Well, it's especially important when you're worried about whether or not you might lose those toes because they turn black and drop off when they get too cold. Now, I just told you how to cut the wool blanket. You just use your imagination and the same process applies except you're going to have to probably find a few safety pins or you can come up with a way to actually tuck a wool blanket inside itself, the wool blank strip, and it goes over the kidneys, around the front, and gets locked into place or pinned into place. Put your uniform shirt or your blouse on over top of that, your battle blouse, and you're set to go. Now, if you do use the, and this is one thing that was interesting, I understand why they took the kidney pads away, the kidney belts away, when they got the Mickey Mouse boots. The Mickey Mouse boots are such a quality shoe, a footwear, not shoe, they're a boot, that I typically wear dress socks or light, light cotton socks. or silk if I can get them, or if I can get silk socks, inside the Mickey Mouse boots and nothing else. Unless it is absolute minus 60 or 70 degrees out, you're going to be more than toasty warm moving around just with those socks on a pair of Mickey Mouse boots. So you don't need to have the kidney warm where you keep the feet warm. These are little tricks, but again if you use one, you don't have to use the other. If you don't have the Mickey Mouse boots and you're stuck in a situation, The first thing you want to do is improvise a kidney warmer to keep you from losing your feet in your hands. If your feet go, everything else follows. It's that simple. Anyway, cold weather information in the middle of summer on the 5th of July. Well, there's a reason, because we're thinking ahead, okay? I posted on our site, this is halfway through the year, people. We got halfway through the year. The new world order click definitely probably wanted to nuke a city. I don't see probably will say they wanted to nuke a city on the east coast. They wanted to create a crisis. I think too many people are awake and I believe as we've said that we've done a good job of the Patriot effort of keeping people on their toes. And that has made a big difference because the next crisis we're going to know is fabricated. Now does that mean America doesn't have enemies? Wrong. There are enemies out there. There are people that hate us. But they're also in our government and they hate our, they hate our liberty, they hate our freedom. Who would like to hold the click from outside and their wannabes on the inside, especially in Guberman right now, are trying to figure out, like the old Wicked Witch of the West, how to take our liberty. So what are we gonna do? Well, we're gonna continue to educate people. That's the first rule. And we're gonna continue to get motivated. We got Ron Paul for president coming up here. We're halfway through the year. It's obvious he's drilled the right cavity because they're trying everything they can to avoid that. So that means that we have to, as I said in Star Wars, remember when the base commander, of course, is talking to Darth Vader? And he goes, well, he sets impossible goals. Well, then you can inform the Emperor yourself. And he goes, the Emperor coming here? we double our efforts. Well, we don't have to threaten you. The bottom line is I'm hoping to pump you up and motivate you to the fact that, guys, look at all the young people, look at all the old people, look at all the people in between who got Ron Paul out there. People, get him up everywhere that you can. Every chance that you can right now. The primaries are coming up here. We want to put Ron Paul on the map. The way to do that is you're going to have to get a fire in your belly and get motivated across the board. We're halfway through the year of 2007 and most people didn't think we would make it this far. We have a force out there to be reckoned with. The Patriot Movement, the militia effort, the people who are out there awake with the 9-11 movement with what's happened are now connecting and realizing, wait a minute, and this is not what you've got to stuff, you've got to stuff this in people's ears. You know, you talk to people and say, well, I believe in the 9-11 movement. Yeah, I believe the government has something to do with it. Okay, if you believe that, then how is it you have a problem with what everything else we're talking about? In fact, here's the thing. You understand that part of the situation now, because it's right in your face. Now, here's the rest of the deal if you want to understand what's really going on. That's how you got to treat it. We have the ears and we have the eyes of tens of millions more people. We already have tens of millions of people that are with us. We have tens of millions more who now realize something is definitely askew. And here's the thing. All of you are on the platter for sacrifice. If that doesn't get you motivated, I don't know what will, but all of you are on the platter waiting to be sacrificed if the New World Order click has its way in its Russian roulette with a nuclear device for the bad guys. Oh. I really interviewed people at will, too. But where do I get those stuff? As a matter of fact, this is something that had been worked out. It's been for generationally worked out, where we did this here in Michigan. And I guess I will dwell on it for a little longer now. We've got time. Here in Michigan, utilizing our pro se efforts in other words we file ourselves uh... each political officer in every post from your local dog catcher all the way up to the president united states must swear and affirm an oath of allegiance to the united states constitution bill of rights and their respective state constitution depending on what that all the next well here's the thing for the mistakes is being made is trying to go at this from the conventional corporation you know with the prostitute Remember that these are con- okay, what they've done is mixed ambles and oranges. You have a corporate mechanism that now has private interest that has been brought into the public realm. All of them are now liable under contractual issues because, first of all, they swore an oath of allegiance to a specific contract. And this means that there are no emoluments that can be accepted. I'm going to go right in the body of the Constitution. That they are not nobility. There are specific obligations that they have to conform to. If they fail to in any way, shape, or form, we use the Seventh Amendment and litigation, but in the common law form, okay, to go after the bond. Not after the person. You attack the bond to latch the bond and lean it immediately. Actually, it's in written form here, but one of the groups of people is the Save a Patriot, oh you've got me working down here, is the Save a Patriot Foundation on the east coast, just familiar with most of this. While we're talking, I'm trying, Mark's trying to make it sound like he's paying attention. I'm looking to see if I can find an address for you in contact, and if I don't have it right here, I'm going to find it with several different contacts, not just one. and it will at the state and especially here's the thing i'm the state of texas for instance you guys have a situation with the highway the highway issue that support some direct violation of your state law despite what they say they these people have become agents of a foreign power operating in a position of authority where they're violating their own Each one of them, not just a group, don't do this as a group. In fact, don't even go after them as a group. They, each one of them needs to be latched specifically. They need to have a levy put against the bond, challenging that they are now directly in violation of their oath of office. Now here's the first part. Step one, I guarantee you this 60, but we found this to be the fact in Michigan. 60% of them didn't bother to file their oath. Now here's the thing. Oh no, none of them did down here. Under the state law, that in and of itself is a direct violation. That's a contract. That is why you go after them. You're the other part of the contract. Everybody forgets this. We're the party in the contract. If they failed, every one of us out there listening, every one of you out there listening, myself included, have the obligation to go after them and to challenge and first of all we don't strip their bond from them. Go after the bond and lean the bond because now they've done damages to us and they're innumerable. We cannot even guesstimate yet what the level of financial damage is both to our person and to our state. Well our state is we the people, it's you and me, it's us. And that's the direction you have to start thinking with everything that they're doing. Now in the past they could have had some protection. but they've become corporate all of them have become corporate they've all gone into this admiralty nonsense of all gone into this you know we're gonna buy in his business or now they're wide open because that's complete conflict with with their for their public post in their public office here in michigan We filed the paperwork and we recovered it from their trash barrels, by the way. We have our people watching constantly. And we got a letter, we have one letter, I'm going to dig it out, it's in the file right here, a green file. To my right, second door down, I know approximately where it is. I'll post on the website as soon as I dig out another copy of it. But it flat out said it was a correspondence between the prostitute's office and one of the judges. where they talk about the good law. I heard you say that. And they say there's good law. Now this means that what you have are criminals. They know that they're involved now in criminal action and they're trying to conceal their criminal action. Those documents could be used against them because of basically... And now they're involved in conspiracy to defraud the American people. Right. Now, and two rules at the federal level. Now we know here's another problem with this. topsy turvy. They're doing everything they can not to enforce our American jurisprudence or our documents. The two charges, the only two charges at the federal level that traditionally had the death penalty were a murder. What was the other one? Well, treason slash fraud. Defaming or fraud in this form actually because it was the destruction of the trust of the people. That's interesting because we don't, of course, we try not to focus. So, of course, the first few words I'll tell you not to focus on that are the people who want to commit the fraud. So, actually, you know, the treason. So, in this case, because of the destruction of the trust of the people, which undermines the sovereignty of the nation, it undermines the mechanisms whereby good commerce, good government function. What's interesting about this is fraud also has no date of departure or no a date of exclusion. It is a crime from the date of action, not to the date of discovery. This is another mistake that's made. So in other words, this crime is imperpetuum, fraud. When they're involved in this type of fraud, it goes back to the date when it was accepted, when it took place, when it was acted. And that's what we have to do is go after them from that direction. But here's the thing, go to the Seventh Amendment and read it through. That is the authority and power that we have to go after these people for their actions. Because now you've got county commissioners, you've got shysters and the state governments who are now being bought and paid for. They are receiving emoluments, they are receiving compensation, they are profiteering from the public, from violating the public trust, and that truly is treason. The very first thing that taking their oath of office... Right, if they perform, then they're obviously in violation if they do have it. Now here's the other thing. Either way, they're supposed to have it in place. A, you want to find out if they do for sure anyway. If they don't, then you challenge them on that and break their authority. If it's in place or they say, oh no, we have it. Now this happens several times, by the way. Doug, this is fun. They would sign an oath of allegiance, OK, and then slide it into the file undated. And oh yeah, I got one, it's right here. Look, we have it, it was in the county commissioner's office or in the county clerk's office. Well, it turns out that even the clerk admitted, well, yeah, you know, they kind of did this against the law, they slid in afterwards. Yeah, we always go over and get a go, and do the search. And this again, with what we're seeing right now, especially going after this road situation, stop them in their tracks, okay? Number one, everybody file locally. Everybody file at the state level. Everybody, not one or two. Every person listening from Texas out there is being violated right now. I know. We gotta go after them one at a time because they're afraid when you attack them one at a time as opposed to a whole group of them. You eat out their substance for a change. Here's the problem they have with this. Now, I'd love to see this. They lie about having the oath of office in place. Oh yeah, I put my oath of office in place, Paul. But, okay, you did. Well, here's the paperwork. Congratulations, I just slapped you. And by the way, this is filed with the county clerk. And we're going after the bond. We're leaning your bond. You're out of service. By going after the bond, which they have put now, keep in mind, originally the bond was a by the individual. I've said this many times on the air. This is an example of how scurrilous these dogs are. Originally, a bond was against your person, your personal property. If you fail to serve the people properly, that bond is surrendered, which is basically your livelihood. So it motivates you to be a good person in politics. It motivates you to be an honest person. It was because people will be thieves given the opportunity, you know, if they're from the dark side of the forest. Well, the dark side of the force people first changed this, of course, my favorite. Bonds now are typically paid for by the people that they're being insured for. In other words, the people cover the bond for these public offices. Now, here's a mistake I have seen made, and I will swear to God, don't ever do this again. When you have them by the short hairs, and you have them up against the wall, and you have their bond, and you have all their bonds in control and they're guilty as sin, Push them to the wall and keep them there. Take the bond money and pull everything away from you can to get them out of office. Or don't give them any grounds to breathe. And I'll tell you why. In abbreviating this, John Trockman, very good man, militia Montana, went through the whole process of, and this had to do with the conventional litigation. He had them. Okay, now I'll just, let's put it this way. They abused, they physically abused him. It was all wrong. They went to court. He won. As a sovereign, his argument was, my mission was not to hurt the people, so I will only charge a dollar in damages. He could have taken a lot from them. And because he said, well, it's these public officials that did this, they were found guilty, I'm only charged a dollar, and I'm in the right. They turned right around within a year and a half and were attacking him in some other way because they had the resources to do it. Now my point is, don't, you know, Daddy didn't train no fool. Watch for mistakes like that that are made. Next time, right to the wall. All of you out there listening, if you give these snakes a chance, they will bite. So what you gotta do is when you start stomping them, you want to, first of all, if they were this criminal that they have violated your trust, why do you want them in office anyway? If you get their bond, run the buggers down the road. If that's sort of a, you know what? was so distrustful. In some, because of the size of Texas, it'll only be one or two. You see how that works? I mean, think about it. They get a percentage. The judge gets a percentage of every case, all the money that comes through with that action. And this whole thing is about greed, period. Yeah, it's greed. Now they've turned around and their logic is that now they're going to join, all of them are joining, with an alien creature who is invading from outside the United States. This is the very treason that our founding fathers warned about. over and over again. This is absolute treason. There's no other way to describe that. And for Texas, you know what? Texas has a proud history. I've always been impressed. I mean, and I know there's all kinds of jokes back and forth, but the bottom line is Texas was a freestanding nation, came into enjoying the Republic, has been a strong nation. They're strong Americans. I cannot see how those strong Americans are putting up with this. In fact, you got a shyster down, well of course we got him as president right now, but that shyster that is down there is the one who's helped to create this. He's not even from Texas, he's from the east coast faking via Texan. We lose Doug? When you go into these centralized mechanisms, then the other side need only buy one or two people, and guess what? The rest is history. See how that works? So the grassroots operations.
