The Slinkers are gonna step off in the shadows and point at a few Stooges who are gonna be the hit pieces who are gonna be blamed for everything. We'll wait, there'll be lots of turmoil, there needs to be an investigative committee. The committee gets in place, and they'll drag it out for a week, and then two weeks, and then next month, And by the way, they'll be pulling funding from the reserves that normally would be used for other things. And they will set up this committee and run it into the ground ad nauseam. And next year, they might find a solution to what happened. And maybe the next year after. See, where have I seen this? Well, how about all you guys with Agent Orange? What happened to the men there? What about Gulf War illness? Gulf War illness and Agent Orange and all these other issues, when the grassroots people stay focused and stay on course, They're doing fine when they let any of these characters, these institutions, all of a sudden supposedly, yeah, let us step in. All that means is that year after year after year, they're going to soak up the gravy and drag it out. To eliminate the problem, people, we know the NRA has got a big, you know, that has got a problem internal. Try to fix it. Try to twist them out of there, squeeze them out like, you know, old juice out of a lemon. But I'll tell you what, that lemon may still not really taste quite right, a little funky, been sitting in the shelf too long. So if need be, we gotta be ready to rip up the card and walk over to GOA or JPFO and join them. Now Gunners of America is big and we want to make it bigger, bigger, bigger still, okay? We will not compromise and the next step is exactly what Ron Paul did. We don't need to be defending constantly. The enemy will laugh at that. That's not our mission. Our purpose should be to turn around and strike them in different ways to include the fact that we have legislative capability to overturn the core of all of these theses that have been put in place. The Gun Control Act of 1968 needs to be absolutely repealed. Anything else is an unacceptable compromise. We might fight our way to this. This should be our, but this has to be our goal. Step by step by step we need to overturn the Gun Control Act of 1968 and that's the core issue. Throw it, get rid of that, you eliminated 99 percent, well no, 82 percent of what we have in the way of a problem. The other is the Gun Control Act of 1933. Both of them are illegal, illegitimate, and unconstitutional, period. They're part of the Admiralty Law and the Commerce Activity. We need to throw them out. We're going to bring Dave up. The judge forced a public pretender on me over my objections and taking exceptions to the rule. The public pretender decided after talking to me for a little bit, she was going to sit back and let me handle my case. And 15 minutes into the case, The public defender stood up and said, I am out of here. I am not going to have any part in this kangaroo proceeding whatsoever. You guys are breaking the law. And she walked out. And this was the first trial or attempt on this. People were working with veterans. How much longer did the proceedings go on? 15 more minutes and by law they were required to have two shrinks in there To declare that I was not mentally stable And they could not prescribe any medication without that only one ever showed up They had a special Did I get cut? No, you're doing fine. Keep going. They had a special prosecutor that they brought in. The judge was somewhat confused what was going on himself. He could not believe that if I was nuts, why was I being able to present the presidings and bring the legal argument step by step in regards to Dusky as well as Ferretta versus California, Dusky versus U.S. And the judge kept looking at me and saying, huh? uh... you know if i was what the psych was claiming then it was not possible for me to be able to do what was doing and that's what the public pretender also decided that hey this guy crazy at all these guys are railroading him and uh... they did it to force me in order to take the right to keep their arms that was the pretense in which it was being done as a militia commander they thought they could subterfuge the actual laws however as a commander or member of a Milit-Minuteman militia unit, no laws apply to you whatsoever if you go back and look at federal and state constitutions and statutes that are covered under militia. Once you're a member of those, then all gun laws are null and void and have no effect. It's just as if you were a member of the National Guard. but but those are the law and they will do it everything they cannot charlie pocket and i we're trying to challenge the laws in regards to felony conviction work charlie had been convicted some 40 years ago of a minor felony and they'd end up throwing Charlie in jail down in Kentucky there. What, four years ago I think it's now, Ben? Right, and most important member is that the action that he did, the charge was while he was a minor, not while he was an adult. Right, he was only... It was, we're talking something that was not a felony at the time. What they did is they changed the laws And so that was the gray, that wasn't even gray, it was black and white. They were violating along the first place because it was ex post facto. Correct. And Charlie and I were going to challenge it. The BATF knew that we were going to challenge it. Once they got him in a jail, they threatened Charlie to no end that if we so much as brought that argument in regards to the right to keep and bear arms, cannot be infringed, and I had all the court cases and everything on it, we'd done a tremendous study Charlie and I did with behind this thing, and he was going to become the test case. The BATF came back and threatened him that if he so much as brought that argument, that they would arrest his wife and son, and then they'd have to fight them out and get them out of jail as well. The general public here doesn't realize, but so that they know, Bill Cooper was a United States Navy Captain Intelligence officer, and they shot him in the back for running a radio station that they said was a pirate. The thing, why are these companies- The other thing about it with all these situations, the bottom line is, is that for, in most, in fact, not most, in every case, petty actions, it's been petty nonsense, it's been generated. What's interesting is to watch people who have stolen virtually billions of people's retirement money. McLean? Now with that being the case, you tell me what the agenda is here because again, the, well even the Davidians, the Davidians had nothing illegal. One of the biggest problems is that the Davidians themselves, everybody knew this, the Davidians had handed over their weapons twice to the sheriff's office. In inspection, they gave them back. That's right. They also traded at the gun show. That's right. And the one of the men who was charged wasn't even at the, he was the FFL dealer at a gun show across the state of Texas. Give you an idea of how low these creatures are and why it is we really shouldn't be dealing with them at all anymore. Is this man was charged as if he were at the Davidian church and home. And a real quick subnote, by the way, before you guys hit the right cavity here. On our website, should be posted today, if not, it'll be posted tonight, but I think Ed may have gotten it up today, is one of the pictures. I've told people for years about the moving van, and it's because of a man who was brave enough to bring the pictures forward. The picture of the moving van that stole the front doors out of the wreckage, and also move the bodies of the shooters that infiltrated in during the burning of the Davidian Church. That picture is on our website right now. It is a first generation copy of the original picture blown up. There are three things that this picture shows. It shows the lake in the left foreground that we try to tell everybody about. They say, I didn't see it in the picture. It shows the fire trucks pulling water with their snorkels in the foreground. In the middle ground is the van with the Batfaggots and other federal agents, probably US military by the way, who are collecting the two doors to put in the van and they went into the steaming wreckage to find the bodies, put them in body bags and get them off site as quickly as possible. But they knew approximately where they were, which should tell you that they were in radio communications with these shooters that went in to kill the Davidians to include the women and children. Now they pulled the bodies out put them in that van they were shipped to another location the bodies the death of these special warfare troops or Foreigners was covered by a helicopter supposed all-burner helicopter crash that took place only a few days later near Fort Hood But that picture also shows you. Now, to give you an idea of how fresh that is, if you look in the picture, there are four of the CEVs still in place that were used to crush the walls, destroy the stairways, insert the gas. In the background, through all of the wreckage, you can see the firemen still spraying the wreckage, trying to keep the fire down. Of course, after the place has already been burned to the ground, by the way. Yeah, Mark, on this issue here before we run out of time, it's not only what the NRA is doing, it's what the VA has been doing for the last four or five years. The NRA is basically working with the VA. The VA has been trying to take away all these veterans' rights away from them. Any veteran who has received any psychotropic drug anti-depressant medication or anything involving with post-traumatic stress disorder or some other nonsense, they have tried to confiscate guns. I've had one soldier that they locked up in the VA, said he was nuts, and within less than four months they murdered him. They gave him an overdose. His wife is right now suing them. She was also a veteran of Desert Dutch. They are now trying to declare her nuts. They've even sent police to her house to try to have her arrested because her so-called public pretender told them that she was crazy. She fired him and now hired another attorney and is suing the VA. One of the other ones we've helped before from court drama. They are also under the same thing. They've been declared under postmatic distress and they're trying to confiscate their weapon, which they have under a pistol permit, and it's just been one soldier after another. I know a soldier in Puerto Rico I've been helping. Oh. for about seven years over the same thing and they won't even give him a hearing in federal court and he was finally scheduled to have a hearing and they scheduled it i think it was that somewhere's in kansas he lives in porter rico how can he even attend the hearing they don't want the issue come on the arbitrarily taking soldiers right to keep and bear arms under these stupid medical laws and where in the second amendment cost of the constitution for the united states that it's state uh... that there's an exception to chow not and french there are no exceptions stop right there let's back up and more importantly let's look at the declaration of independence in the very description of what you just did dave is covered there where they were holding courts in alien locations Inconvenient or impossible to attend on the part of the parties that were charged. This is one of the many grievances and this is the thing. We're dealing with the same scum in the Admiralty Courts. We're dealing with the same invaders that we had to drive out at rifle and muzzle and bayonet point. At the end of a muzzle, they left. And we're to the point. That's why they're afraid of the soldiers and for all of you veterans out there listening, I want you to think about it. They know that if you've had to fight, you know how to deal with the problem. That's what they're scared of. And after World War II, you had millions of veterans available. That's right. In fact, friends that are listening out there, they're trying to use the psycho-babble nonsense of these high priests of incompetence. are is one of the agenda that was already promised by the socialist the soviet socialist did the same thing most everybody going into the cool on that was probably still there land how they stole their property how they can kill their families eventually tried or did kill them We're at the top of the hour.
