I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave, in this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught, according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and each God given right. Your mind is your first act. Let me give you a point here real quick and we can do a few things you want to touch on too today. But most important back when I was going in as an Intel analyst you could not qualify for the course for the the Intel analyst 94B course if you first did not pass a very specific and pretty much intense you know series of classes on map reading. If you couldn't read a map what good are you to the army? And again, doesn't require any batteries. So, and there are guys that really had a terrible time with, and we're talking about everything from conventional land, land navigation and orienteering, as some people are familiar with it in the competition areas, through to using all of the different scales of maps and being able to rescale from one map to the next, and doing this all in your mind. Instead of this whole nonsense with the computer doing all the work, guys, the computer as the batteries go off, the power goes off, EMP hits things, paper and your mind require only what's between your ears and the electrical current which is very very small amounts of milliamps running around through that circuit board you got and low and behold you can connect everything and you can go from one point to the other with your mind in charge without the computer okay that's what orienteering by the way is all about. You're good at it you can even do it underwater. Yes as a matter of fact you know Don you're a diver and that's one of the things you have to be able to do that don't you? That's how you get an advanced card. I have an advanced card. Because in fact people don't think about it, but they do see it when they, if they've played around in the library, remember you see those topo maps for underwater operations. There are mountains underwater, there are valleys underwater, nickel structures, oh that's right, shipwrecks, which is usually what you're looking for. All of those can be found if you know how to, that's right. But you know, you might not be looking for a shipwreck if you're on a mission. And again, it's good to be able to read a map. That's right. You know where to come in, sure. I was involved in a lot of, in fact, some really unique operations. One of them, we actually were on the lakes the night the Edmund Fitzgerald went down. And I mean, I was an RO, radio operator, a PRC-77 with an ENCODE pack, the whole nine yards. We were out there and in fact we had a team, an SF team that landed. Now think about that Don. Remember how the waves were in the upper lake? Oh yeah. We were right up there in the upper lake, upper part of the lake and I'm telling you I watched a Coast Guard cutter bob back and forth two and a half inches on the horizon. So I should tell you something and it was probably about a mile and a quarter mile and a half out. And of course I gotta admit this, and they finally figured it out later. We had to lie to them because you see if it was over three foot waves they couldn't land. The old sergeant and I, or the R.O., he goes, well, he goes, I'll play with it. Don't go back with one that's under three feet. And I had to repeat that four times. Are you sure? Are you, yeah, three foot or less, three foot or less. And it was funny, of course, they got in, they were so, they looked like a bunch of drowned rats. There were only 11 men out of, 36 that were supposed to land even half of the the cutter crew were soaked so seasick they couldn't operate It was a terrible storm the big ships are coming in one of the things I remember is the lightning storm was so constant and I'm running an FM transmitter But the the electrical storm was so constant there was more light than there was dark Dark was the intermittent, you know blackout and this was late at night Oh, yeah constant lightning and the first thing I'm doing I'm walking along and I'm not thinking I was on a shoreline with a sand dune, it was about four stories to my left. And I'm talking on the headset, I'm watching in front of me, because you're always watching the man in front of you, I was in the middle of the formation of six men, and I'm talking on the radio, I'm doing a quick contact with a mobile unit company, and the landing unit. And I look over, I'm thinking, skyscraper, what the heck is a skyscraper doing here? And I realized, it was in my peripheral vision, and I'm thinking, what the hell is a building doing on my left? That's the lake. And I looked over and what it was, was a lake freighter that had come in and hugged right into the shoals. I mean, and the storm, of course, was kicking up at this point. It was just, it was like something out of a dream is what it was like because the lightning was just so full. Oh yeah, but it was very real. And there were two of them. They were snuggled close together, one behind the other by about probably 300 yards. They were close enough I had to crane my neck back and up to look up at the bridge, which was to my left. And these guys, you know, they were all, if they were doing that, they were scared. That simple. But, uh... Pretty impressive. Again, basic rule with operations is be prepared for anything. And water operations or land operations, it's navigation that keeps you alive. I'm not bragging, but I used to be pretty famous for that. Especially in that operation, nobody knew who the point man was. But in most cases, your point man's job as a pathfinder is to get you from point A to point B, first of all, while infiltrating. and utilizing what perhaps is the least likely avenue of approach to say an objective. And sometimes that means you're going straight up. And several times it did. But it was a lot of fun because again, the result, when you get to the other end and everything clicks and everything works, aw, people, there's nothing like it. I'm gonna tell you that. Where you look on the map and you go, hey, I did do that right. You're right. It is possible. Again, I want to answer that question with our friends in the East, especially with the NBF Academy. because they're giving another class or a special class because of what's going on right now. Also, for our friends down in Texas, I want to say thank you. We had a lot of support down, a lot of calls yesterday. So I want to say hi to all of our friends around Texas too, because I know that our base of operations with We the People Radio Network is down there. They've been doing a good job. And again, I can't stress enough, support the networks, people. Right now, if it weren't for the networks, you wouldn't be hearing anything about what's happening in this country. We can operate and bring forth an issue. and it's talked about so much in this alternate communications world that the talking heads are forced to re- and they're not responding, they're reacting. We've determined the battlefield. That's part of this overall thing that I've said many times on the air. The enemy does not want you to realize your strength. You, by communicating and talking to each other, have determined that they've had to actually bring Ron Paul forward. Now they've tried to attack him, But it's not doing them any good and they look stupid because you see Ron Paul has already established himself deep with, you know, political circles. People know his reputation. You can't find somebody and go, well, what do you think about Ron Paul? Was he at that wild party yesterday with Ted Kennedy? No, you ain't gonna hear that, are you? Don laughed right away, didn't he? Yes. Okay, because we know the person. It sounds as in you... No, no. In the words of John McLean, it sounds absurd. Yeah, to paraphrase. No, I even paraphrase, directly quote him, but that was another subject. My point is that we have a lot of work ahead of us, and I said this yesterday, is I enjoy life. Don, you enjoy life. We have the best of my ability, but you know it. We're having a great time here while we're still breathing. Sometimes you're not breathing as well as we should other days, but we're doing a fine job of keeping at least one eye open, and like I said, one ear operational. Even when you're traveling. And you will see things that will curl your toes. You yourself can become an intelligence analyst. That's right. You can sit there and watch them. And then what's interesting people is like we've done so many times. When you ask them direct questions where you already have it on tape, then they try to lie. And then you say, well, wait a minute. Let me play this for you. And you play it. And they go, how did you get that? They don't deny anymore. They become rabid. when they realize you've caught them in their lie and they instead they it's like it's the thief you know getting caught with his arm in the cookie jar right and then go why did you turn the kitchen light on that's exactly what it's like so you know they're lying when you see these characters and their mouths are moving when you see the controlled press their mission is to lie even right now with the 9-11 movement I'm gonna remind everybody of something the only reason the liberals have gotten into the 9-11 movement is because now that everything that they wanted back in 1995, the Patriot Act of 1995 is the Patriot Act of 2002, okay? 2001, 2002, and 2003, they got everything in place they wanted.
