I want folks to remember, as I read a portion of his report, this man is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He's also a Roman Catholic, a major news reporter. So, think about what he's saying and why is he saying what he's saying. The first statement in it is, I behold that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing and as necessary in political world as storms in the physical. That's a quotation from Thomas Jefferson. Then he goes on to say, it would appear to be time again for a little rebellion in the grand old party, this time against King George II. This is coming from a reporter. Excuse me. Now, he goes on referring to George. His free trade zealotry has led to five straight record trade deficits, while America's economic now growing under 1%, and China's is booming at 10%. His refusal to defend or secure the borders is well nigh impeachable. His compromise with Ted Kennedy on the no child left behind doubled the size of the Department of Education without any appreciable gain and test scores of the students. His bungled war of choice on Iraq has left over 3,400 American soldiers dead, 25,000 wounded, and hundreds of billions of dollars deeper in debt and the army at a point of breaking. Relationships with Europe, Russia, the Arabs, and the Muslims would, world, are worse than they were when he took office. His clandestine drive to merge Mexico, America, Canada in the security of prosperity partnership of North America, a North American union modeled on the European Union, entails the loss of sovereignty and the end of the republic as we know it. The damage Bush has done to his party is beginning to rival that of Herbert Hoover. If the Clintons were doing this, would conservatives be mute? It's time to lock and load. You can't. Is this guy saying, and where is he trying to take us with this type of report? Is he banning ship of his good old comrades in arms, or is he trying to cite a rebellion? Or is he maybe proposing an alternative candidacy to be the spoiler and try to destroy Ron Paul? And Doc Price from Georgia pointed out that what they are doing in this bill is not banning cloning, but what they were trying to do is redefine what cloning is and what cloning ain't. And basically all the bill did is ban one type of cloning, other types of cloning. Taking it today, tomorrow it goes up for some legislation on cloning as well. and these congressmen that were debating this afternoon were mad because they said all these guys are trying to push this stuff through and they're redefining what stem cell is what it ain't the redefining calling uh... excuse me when you close the definition surgery only uh... you know banning certain types of stem cell or certain types of cloning and we have everything open door they while they're doing is playing the shell game. They're fooling the American public. So how would that that would totally destroy the intent, for instance? of the constitution bill of rights would net all no no cause will change the meaning that way so that we don't have to fight the resume of fight the resistance it would take place if we we had to do it out in the open and i'm like all will you kind of explain the argument about why i think i would stop you flat on that you see and it but that is exactly what how they think uh... first of all when you're dealing with government content all contract which is what the constitution is you have to use the dictionary uh... to determine the phrase the ology of the meaning of everything that we know that that is an element of the contract you can't take the like a newer dictionary when the remedy with re manipulation of the words are with multiple mobile meanings which is not an accident where is where again in the past there was a limited This didn't have anything to do with controlling the people. And that was one of the things that was being used to attack this cloning thing. It was not proper English grammar. It was not properly written. So they didn't, it doesn't comply there. It doesn't fit within the standard. Then, When all laws are passed by Congress, they do not use Webster to define the terms. All laws are based upon Bouvier's Law Dictionary, 1914 edition. And there's where they draw their definitions for the terms. If it's not contained in Bouvier's, then Congress is required to define the term that's not defined in Bouvier's 1914 edition. However, when you go into a Black-Rope Devils court, they're using blacks lost seventh edition and you don't even know what's going on and they're using that dictionary to interpret the congressional law that's based on another dictionary and the words in blacks lost seventh a good number of the words are actually exactly opposite either boobies or exactly the opposite of what in wepsters and therefore you have the nightmare of interpretation apples and oranges intentionally designed to create contention or to create conflict that is their issue that's what they're doing out of chaos they shall create explain to them now not all available over the couple this is not something where all they've given me it's not a secret per se it's that people don't understand that you're dealing with several different chambers several different mechanisms when this is where the term comes in.
