I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. Well, we're preparing just in case, but we're going to continue to do a better job of it. One of the reasons that we also have to bring that up is because there's a lot of new listeners, and those new listeners have to be brought up to speed just like a lot of our senior listeners or people that have been with the Patriot Movement for a long time. Now last week I covered, and in fact we mentioned this, if you go to Title 50, United States Code. Now what's fun about that is you won't find this in Title 50 United States Code, and there's a reason. When originally we pointed this out in the Patriot effort in the 90s, of course, 1996, the government first claimed it didn't exist. Now you gotta remember, their assumption is we don't know how to use books or libraries. Duh! Well guess what? If you went to the books, went to the libraries, and you went to the books, you would find what I'm gonna read you on the shelf. You won't find it on the shelf now. You will find it if you go to the index. for Title 50 United States Code, you will find the subject covered in the index, but when you go to the pages where it's supposed to be, you will find that this is now unpublished. Now, for all of you listening that have not been listening for too long but have some idea what's going on, listen carefully. I'm going to give you even the section where it should be, by the way. Title 50 United States Code, Section 1520. dated 01-1696. 1520 reads as follows. Use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents by Department of Defense. Accounting to congressional committees with respect to experiments and studies. Notification of local civilian officials. Section A. Not later than 30 days after final approval within the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be conducted by the Department of Defense, whether directly or under contract involving the use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents, the Secretary of Defense shall supply the committees on armed services of the Senate and the House of Representatives with a full accounting of such plans for such experiment or study. And such experiment or study may then be conducted only after the expiration of the 30-day period beginning on the date such accounting is received by such committees. B. 1, the Secretary of Defense, may not conduct any test or experiment involving the use of any chemical or biological agent on civilian populations unless local civilian officials in the area in which the test or experiment is to be conducted are notified in advance of such test or experiment. And such test or experiment may then be conducted only after the expiration of the 30-day period beginning on the date such notification. Section 2 of Section B 1 shall apply to test experiments conducted by the Department of Defense, Defense Personnel and Test and Experiments conducted on behalf of the Department of Defense by Contractors. Now, there actually was another section and I was going to pull that off the file, but most important is, you see this is a, oh, about half a page, people. It spells out the fact that for use in a local area, in other words, your town's gonna get sprayed. Now, you might recall Alex Jones had an excellent interview with one of the police chiefs who flat out said that the Department of Defense tried to bribe him. So let's work this out. Okay, they go through the technical authorization. Of course, they're not going to tell anybody they're going to spray your area or a large area with a chemical or biological agent, no matter how destructive it might be. But what they are going to do is to make sure they go through the motion. They contact a single local official per regulation. Pay him $10,000, $20,000 to give him a pat on the head, of course, as they said in the one, if you remember when he was talking about the bribe, they said that they could put money in the account of his choice, you know, in other words, in a place where he'd like to have it put, and everything would be fine. So think about, think this through. Remember that interview and then think about what they're saying here. Some local official will be, you know, will be notified. Yeah, and of course the family will be packed up. They're in the station wagon or the van or the SUV. And the week that all this happens, they're not in town. Plus, of course, they got a free vacation and they got money in the bank. See how that works. Now we, we pointed this out years ago and again, lo and behold, here we are with it exactly as we expected. Not a surprise. And again, what happened is, by the way, originally when we pointed this out, the first thing that we had people calling the Senate and the House, they said, oh no, oh no, there's nothing, that's just crazy. So of course we had everybody armed with the specific section of United States Code and everybody all of a sudden went, oh, how did you find out? Now that's usually a demonstration of incrimination on the part of these characters over and over again. Not a, oh no no, don't ignore that, that's crazy. As soon as they realize they're caught with facts, the whole demeanor of these creatures change. Now, we drew enough attention to it that all of a sudden, the Corporation of England, because remember, I've said this before, if you want to go to find out who is running these law books, go to the law library, go to the front of the books, Take a look at where the copyrights are people. Uh-oh. It's not here in the US. Supposedly this is US law but the copyrights are all in England. Ain't that surprising? Isn't that just amazing? So of course the puppet masters realized, uh-oh, the Stooges, the Peasants Us found out about this so they immediately extracted it from the next copy. The cool thing is, as you will see in American Peril 3, if you remember that video that I did, We walked you right through it. We had a copy of where it is, what book, what section, where it is on the page. I do this with everything that we can so there's no doubt. And again, this is Title 50 United States Code. It was Section 1520, dated 011696. everybody want to the library when usually when these are generated if you are familiar with the law books and how they work also federal register works this way to we also found this in the federal register all the senators saw this people and knew that this thing was being passed all the representatives that were in service at that time saw this and people did comment on it that were good people but a lot of other wicked people went right along with the program ain't that special Now, I'll tie this in real quick because then we're going to hit break here in a minute. One of the news channels years ago talked about an area that got hit with where the woman was outside She came out in the morning follow this stuff all over the cars the floor of the ground everything Scooped up a sample called the sheriff's apartment sheriff wasn't in town. Oh, I should raise a flag with what I just described Sheriff was out of town on vacation But everybody else was in town and after about six seven days Everybody ended up with an upper respiratory illness and ended up having to go into the hospital Everybody in the community, they all had this upper respiratory disease issue that was popping up. Well, lo and behold, the sheriff came back, he laughed at what they said, but next week after he got back, they got sprayed again and this time the sheriff wasn't told and it wasn't so funny. Ha ha. L A S E M E D I N C dot com call 702-953-0267. uh... busy weekend we did a lot of stuff live and also did a lot of stuff on the art and got a little wet to process for me but it isn't i just wanted to bring something up off interesting situation that that law that they've come up with uh... for the actually signed off on it and also i was missing for it through you said that first came out of the dog catcher you know when That's exactly what we said from the beginning on this is that there is no specification. In other words, does this go to the town council? Does this go to the... You know, so you know how these... Are you crazy? If council, there would be a revolution. What to do with this biological waste? That's what gets into this... I want to plant another seed here because you see, I've got a whole battery of pictures. Before PL, this came up in 50 United States Code. We had a series of springs at low and medium altitude and these were not on trails like your you know chemtrails like everybody's seen these were low flying multi-engine P3 Orion's and a mix of other aircraft that came in waves of 40 aircraft at a time we videotaped and photographed these at different points people who were already warned in it The interesting thing about this is at one point there's a gentleman who was up by Flint. He's on his tractor. He was using the Patriot effort, but he always carries a camera with him. Well, he stopped his tractor because he was plowing. And this guy also is a lawyer, by the way. it's not all things well by an oil half of the new farmers so that's a good good portion where but anyway he he doesn't do a lot of work but anyway any got out of it i've been on a lawyer he's an awkward i doesn't do it anymore but the thing is he was sitting on his tractor and he started taking pictures as from the east the first wave when forty of them came over and they were spreading this stuff before they go they went over They went all the way to the horizon to the west, and this is up by Flint, Michigan. If you look on the map, it'd be up like where your index finger and the crook of your thumb, below Bay City, south of Bay City. The planes come back in groups of 10 and are still spraying. Well, one of them, at a point, and this is what was bizarre, one of them broke away and actually came down to low altitude and circled his tractor, trying to intimidate him. And he was taking pictures. Now the pictures are so clear and the plane was so low that you can see the pilot in the cockpit. Well, you know, I think there's a 400-foot limit. should have just thrown a shovel up and taken him down. Well, see that's just it. The thing about it was, is it gave us, you know, the pilot was obviously circling to show you, oh we see you. Now here's the thing, they were that sensitive to what was going on that they actually were scoping things out while they were spraying and said, hey wait a minute, what's that guy doing? Because they actually came down, circled around, and circled around him about four or five times, and then of course joined back into the formation, had to catch up. But they sprayed a week later, the entire Flint area had a wave of upper respiratory disease problems that flooded all of the clinics. How are we doing a survey? That was back in 1994. What is an interesting situation? People are knowing about this, the spray lodge of the craft, stuffed directly out of the fuselage. Here's an interesting question Mark. Is this a water soluble liquid or is it slamming? Flaming it through one of them chemtrails. just happen to be a probable situation blind the gosh it might just want to vape right and that was a night when i got a copy of all the other stuff that i think it was about eleven thousand pounds well tied into that is the whole question when we did the uh... the uh... need to know the uh... right to know what documents which anybody can ask for when they're dealing with chemicals. Okay, this is through the HUD. This is through OSHA and through the EPA. It's a right to know program. So what we did is we got the aviation fuel handlers to ask for this. I've got to pull it out of the files. I'm doing this with all this stuff. I... You've got to look up ethylene dibromide. That was the first thing that... Yeah, diethyl bromide, which... ...ethylene dibromide. I call... First of all, I call... What's the air survey area in the air... well, at acceptable levels. What do you consider an acceptable level? They couldn't give me an answer. So I said, all right, I'll look into this on my own. Dr. Raymond Lerner, he said to him, I already got anything about it, what can I do? He says, well, what to do? I said, I'll just keep looking into it. Shout out my 1965 chemistry book, The Lean Dibromide. You know, that The Lean Dibromide, you have to be protected and have protective clothing. So you need to tell me when you aerate this and spray it on people, it's not carcinogenic anymore? You mean to tell me that gasoline di-bromide is a nasty substance? And diethyl bromide just... That includes a miscarriage. So go into an automatic abortive states. That was the other thing, Tom, with diethyl bromide, which was in there too, diethyl bromide. Okay, that's another one, yeah. Yeah, we asked again, what was the purpose behind it? There was no justification for using the material. It did nothing to enhance, it does nothing to increase, or to advance performance. In other words... It's like EDP in the gasoline. Right, it's just... It doesn't do anything to self-luate the metal act. Right, so the question is, what is the purpose then behind the material? And again, it's still a... The purpose behind the material is very, very simple. If you want to have a chemical strike that nobody's going to survive, it is to use a super B to B complex and D vitamins from this type of spray. It's trying to food too, Mark. Well, that's one of the things that we were pointing out because again there are different levels. Now a lot of people are, again, we've talked about the chemtrails. A lot of people have. There's people that that's what they specialize in. They've done excellent work following up on that. But this is a document that demonstrates, this is a foundation document that they use as the way to get the material moved. That's the most important thing about this. Once we had that information, it's like, well, wait a minute. How and why would you authorize this? And here's the problem. How could you abuse it? And that's exactly what they've done. There are file slits in the front of the binders. We knew the day the inserts were out. We knew the moment that they were printed from the GPO. And even as we asked certain scurrilous senators and House of Representative members, they absolutely lied even as the ink was being set to paper to try and deceive everybody. So all... It was Nate in 1995. I was Scheller coordinator in my county for FEMA. I've worked with FEMA for 15 years and I'm looking at a FEMA book right now here on the chemical. And it says for treating and disaster, it says keep unnecessary people away, isolate hazard area and deny entry, stay up when, keep out of low areas, ventilate closed space before entering them, wear positive pressure breathing apparatus and special protective clothing. That would... That's your ethylene bromide. Yeah, that's what I said. You have protective, colloquial attacks. It becomes the response. It can also be the spray. Exactly. Or the use of, in fact, that gets into a whole subject, we're not going to touch right now, but about use of the technologies either as, first of all, they make you sick, and then of course, oh look, now that you're sick, we need to help you. And again, they're puking their eyes out.
