I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked him through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. in home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. He's got to buy sometimes backup batteries. He's got to buy discs to play music or play whatever you want to hear. what you can do is drop a few dollars, see I'm not saying do a thousand dollars, drop a few dollars off every week or two to that person or buy them a flat of canned goods. Do something for that person that will lift the burden off them so that they can continue to function. If everybody did that across the board, imagine how much easier it would be to do that much more. You give that man more time, he's got more time to do more work for you. He's done a fantastic job. He's got a 90-foot tower and the signal is going 20 miles down the road to Payville. Excellent. Appreciate that. We don't need to know anymore. Otherwise, we'll make sure again for all you people who are listening, if you know how you can get hold of the managers doing that and every one of our other micro stations, I'm talking to all the people doing the same thing. If you know who that person is, you don't have to take all the time of the day. Here's how we want you to do it. I want you to take a few minutes, a few moments of your time. That way you can get on with other things, but give that person a few minutes of your time. And then go on to do all the other stuff you need to do. There's a thousand out there, or ten thousand out there, or twenty thousand, or a hundred thousand listening. Think about it. If only a few do something, or a percentage, one out of ten, that makes that man's job so much easier. Well, it's high time for us to stand up and all be counted, isn't it Mark? That's right. Well, this is it. This is what we were... This is the battle we told everybody to expect. We're in the war. Yeah, how deep... Absolutely. Yeah, how deep it is. Hey, they're openly talking about, I don't... So I can't see any greater threat than what they're talking about, which is dissolving the borders. Absolutely. That's it. And so we're going to make sure, you know what, and there's a lot of people in uniform. There's a lot of people in the military. There's a lot of people, even local law enforcement now realize this whole thing is going to mess them all up. Retirement, there ain't no retirement. They plan on gutting it and going to a global mechanism. They're going to do just like they outsourced everything else. Progressively, they're going to decide these people need to be outsourced too. There's nobody that's going to have a sound deal. Everything has been betrayed. They're already doing it, Mark. They're hiring. Mexican police along the border. Great. And Santa Fe. Yes, and they're trying to right now under the excuse they can't find Americans. Now that's a crock. That's an absolute crock. I don't care what anybody say. We got 250 million Americans this country that are born here. Instead of drama, we're going to use common sense and facts. Now, that doesn't mean we can't have fun, and we do. Even bad mojo. That's right. perfectly safe. You can sit on the table. We have an excellent little piece I'd like to do. We're probably going to do it as a radio skip. But it's the scientific survey of the gun. It's where they set it. They set the weapon. Logical is gun killed. So it's like, OK, let's do this. We're going to take the weapon and we're going to load it. And we're going to leave it on the table. We're going to watch it with a camera. And like for seven days we watched it, nothing happened. It never killed anybody? It didn't kill anybody. So then we loaded a magazine and we figured, aww, maybe it's because it didn't have one of those high capacity magazines. Maybe that would change its demeanor. And of course, so they stuck the high capacity magazine in, made sure the weapon was loaded, sat it on the table, and kept staring at it for another seven days. That didn't make it any meaner, did it? It didn't go off, it didn't run off the table, it didn't turn blood red, it didn't turn into an alien and walk on its own. It didn't even threaten anybody. It didn't even threaten anybody. Couldn't find anybody to threaten, there wasn't anybody near it. Didn't make any difference, even if they did, they walked by and it just sat there. So, you know, they've got it like it's this living entity thing and it's people, okay? And again, if you're training people to be boobies in the controlled school systems, which is what's happening, you're teaching them to do, you know, do the running gerbil back, hi, do the running gerbil, you know, where you go run to the desk and you put your hands over your head and you watch the boots come up and you hear the loud noise before you're gone. Well, instead, if you teach people A, to be good shepherds, to be good sovereigns, and to be intelligent individuals, you plan on A, first of all, trying to be well-rounded with regard to being able to protect yourself, which means you should be armed, or at the very least understand what to do if somebody else is. You are only, of course, fighting to get a better weapon so you can use it on the enemy, so to speak. So if something happens and there's a confrontation, the idea is to take the target out that plans on making you a target. That's simple. Everything and anything becomes a projectile slash weapon. Everybody, imagine 30, 40 people in the classroom. If everybody just picked up everything they had and just started wailing away at the guy. Rather than trying to do the running gerbil from two stories up and then trying to squeeze out through windows that they didn't fit through to land on solid objects down below, they should have been hitting. And in many cases, being shot, trying to do it in the back. Well, if you're gonna take it, if you're gonna get hit people, you might as well turn and just, you know, go after the bugger. I've said this for years. McDonald's shooting with a bunch of us around wouldn't last very long. That's right. Okay, and not only that, the guy wouldn't like it. We'd probably pick him up and throw him in the french fry vat. I got this here plastic fork and I know right where I'm gonna put it. That's right. I'm 200 plus pounds. First thing, I'm gonna turn if all else fails. Like I said, throw everything you got at him, but turn yourself into a lot of dead weight with your teeth sunk in his neck. Now you're gonna do first aid on me. We're not gonna do first aid on the crazy guy. That's right First we're gonna make sure all his ankles and knees and elbows are busted because we're gonna want him to get away and we don't want him to shoot anybody or hurt anybody else Even if all he's doing is playing with a knife. He ain't gonna play all that night for very long then God help him if all he's got is a box cutter We're gonna make sure the evidence is safe. We know he's a terror That's right the box cutter will be stuffed up somewhere where it can be squeezed together and with duct taping a wrap around his hind end make sure it's right there where it'll be found later for evidence You see the policy and the attitude and so this Oh, there's another one. Yep. Okay, that's deal with it That's right. Deal with it. That's how you get through life. That's right. In fact, I know the founding fathers, as we've always said, got to be turning over in their graves that we got a bunch of weenies like this that are managing or tweaking things the way that they are, only because there's a bunch of other weenies that have given them airtime on television or on the radio so that they can lament about just being a good victim. And Dave's going to give us a report of what's happening at that end. Hello, good afternoon. Yes, gentlemen, I want to do yesterday. We didn't get a chance to answer Andrew's question in regards to the court and I wanted to at least touched briefly so that people can have a little better understanding of what is actually happening in that procedure with regard now, go ahead, bring our people speed. Remember what he asked. Go ahead. You mentioned about the creation of the jurisdiction. Any case a court case brought in the court is created or jurisdiction and venue which he did mention are created by filing of a document the document is to contain basic parts apart or what's known as the title the venue the commencement the cause of action talent and a conclusion or a prayer the venue is usually established by where the residents of the plaintiff the defendant or where the event or issue that happened that brought about the action now before a court. However, there's a gross misconception on jurisdiction. There are actually six jurisdictions of every court. People a lot of times talk about common law. Well, the instrument which I just described and its various parts or segments is what determines the jurisdiction. If you want to go into common law, then you file what's called a declaration and it has certain procedures which follows. If you want to deal in a ecclesiastical or admiralty law, then you file a document which is entitled a liable. If you wish to go into equity, then you're filing a bill. If you wish to be in civil law or that which is Roman civil law, to be more particular, you file a petition. However, they always tell you you need to file a complaint. A complaint will get you into what's known as code and rule pleading. The sixth one is also entitled a count, and that will get you on what's entitled real action. Now, The Code and Rule pleading is basically non-law. It is by law or that which was created by the bar. Congress never passed laws. State legislatures have only wrote the code into the being for the most part, but normally it is that which is generated by the state bar or the national bar or actually the American bar and then handed out to the people. Those are how the determination and it's the plaintiff who's that's the beer venue and the jurisdiction and very few people realize that if you properly prepare a document you can hold these guys feet the fire when the judge says he don't want to hear you talking about constitution in his courtroom he's right because you filed in a complaint or you're there to answer a complaint and a complaint is called real plating law or any law cannot be heard in a code and rule pleading proceedings. Only the facts, nothing but the facts ma'am. That's the basics behind the operation procedures. But few there are that understand how this functions and how to proceed once you get to where you want to go and stay there because the atorners will always twist what you've done and try to get you back into code and rule pleading where it's in their ballpark and their control. I'm looking at a case right now where the clerk is tampering with evidence, has, and I just got papers today here showing where the court, the clerk actually has removed file documents from a case, purged the record. I mean, It's got the classic stuff that you and I have been for through numerous times, Mark. Right, and one of the most common problems that we have is, again, they're to the point where they're just virtually violating the whole body of the law. The destruction of evidence or the destruction of specific records and documents has become more overt than we have probably ever seen in the history of this nation. And here again, the biggest problem with that is this in an age of the information mechanism, the information highway, the recording, okay, they're absolutely ino-retentive about video taping and recording unless they get caught in something and all of a sudden they lose the tape or the tape is blank or as we have seen. This happened when I was pulling records from the pursuit tapes and also from the transcripts you know the electronic transcripts of the incident that happened with me uh... when we plugged in the actual paper that we ran three tapes side by side one that came from the county the other one came from the state police all three were supposed to be the same trends their transmissions well the original was the actual dot transfer of information back and forth conversations the one that came from the court or it was ordered by the court through the county and the one that was ordered by the court through the state police and again they risk the court received them first and handed them over to us the three tapes were all each one was different the original was of course the all the timeline it within the first two minutes of the second tape they were seventeen i'm sorry eleven minutes difference not seventeen eleven minutes difference just in the end of words where they had cut things out and tried to cut and paste The third tape was almost 17 and then all of a sudden jumped to being 23 minutes off. Just to give you an idea of court information provided by one of the agencies or mechanisms or policing agency and how much they had altered the information which was of course on standard 24 hour dispatch recording systems which are mandatory. Now on top of that you've got court videotape now, not just the audio tape and not just the stenographer clerk. You've got all three or two running at the same time. And we're still seeing manipulation on their part, aren't we? Yes. In this particular case, in the last seven years, I know of two other cases in which I have helped with in which the court actually ordered the sonographer to remove certain stuff from the transcript and it ended up resulting in about one to as much as three pages of transcript that just plain disappeared. And in this case, we're looking at now, they're tampering with the actual file and have left the defendant with nothing to defend because his answer has been removed from the record saying that it wasn't properly filed. Well, an interesting twist to this, now this is something that's a little seed to plant, both with you, Dave, and with everybody else, is in many cases, if you have a press pass, and think about what we're talking about here, because PBN has the, we can generate a press pass for you. Typically, the courts will not block you from being in the courtroom if they perceive that they're getting press coverage. Now, one of the things that can be done is you can create an entire second historical record of the activities in the court by having somebody cover it as a news crew. And this is something that will work quite effectively in your favor as a demonstration. Now you'll have to fight perhaps because you know the prostituteers will try to block the material from coming into the court. But we've had this several times in Michigan and also with our friends in Ohio where they were able to bring a news crew in I'll bet sometimes local public access television crews which were our people or individuals who have press passes from one of our networks and they were able to come in and videotape and Log all of the activity in the court as if of course they were they were they were recording for Re-broadcasting which is what they were doing But in the process, they also had a database that they could provide to the individual who was working pro se that could now be introduced as evidence in the event there was an attempt to make information disappear. And this particular issue, which he was trying to prevent, was the expansion in North Carolina, as well as who knows where else, of what is known as Agenda 21. Yes. dollars come back to the local people however in order for you to receive the tax dollar or the state to get it they must adopt the u-n twenty one plan and there must be a planning board and a code enforcement officer in each of the local communities to receive the tax dollars that's what people don't perceive or comprehend you know what the biggest problem got here is these are middlemen we have no need of That's the problem with this whole mess is that this is literally the socialists use bureaucracy just to create massive entanglement. Then you can be found guilty of things. What they do is they charge you with things that they pull out of their hind end that typically are not real. They use whatever codes are national and even local, but enforced through their bureaucracy, so that you now then have to defend yourself against scurrilous activity. And it can be any number. I say charges. You've got to remember a fence in your backyard. You've got to puddle and you decided to fill it, so they're going to call it a wetland. And I mean puddle like in your driveway. That's been that extreme. When you have these federal mechanisms all around you, they are absolutely, they're just, they're slime. These characters are scurrilous, they are deceitful, they lie, they're part of a fraud, and they plug this nonsense in. And of course then they do the UN tripe. If you think it was bad with the Fed, which has already been corrupted, imagine the corruption of the United Nations brought down locally. They don't do anything other than suck your money, stand there and stare at you, and then try to figure out how to ensnare you or how to attack you in some way if you ask any questions about what do you do? And that's consistent. That's all this nonsense. So he's got the right idea. Now, the representative from Utah was in the middle of a series of actions with regard to the parks. But Dave, we still got time here. Last night, They were working until at least midnight trying to push the immigration bills through, weren't they? Yes, sir, they were. What was the— When did they close the session? I didn't hear the results. I'm sorry. I didn't get the results, but they were debating. And what was amazing is the majority of the people, the congressmen that were debating, were mad as heck at what the U.S. Senate had done, several of them ridiculed Kennedy and a couple other senators on the bill. i was shocked to see the response from the u.s congress but saying this thing right these people are criminals and we're going to give them full amnesty and citizenship to bro what about all the people who are out there doing what's right who are baying the laws and trying to get past or to try to get immigration what about all those and all those who have already been in one congressman today my mother is an immigrant did it what was legal why why should she suffer or be penalized for doing it right and now all these other people who are the getting it put him back in the i'm sorry i just happened here with him on car i believe i think you know that you know the thing about is not it from eleven thirty on in fact about eleven thirty uh... we know they were still session what's interesting is anytime that and i think that's why you're hearing a lot of urgent voices whenever they try to run late they try to outpace most of the people who are willing and I'm talking about people monitoring like us and outpace the people that are in the Senate or in the House depending on which session it is in this case it was the House what they'll do is they'll try to run it out as late as they possibly can and then do a ghost vote basically with a handful of people there. So it's the Federal Reserve Syndrome. There wasn't probably more than 20 people in the assembly because the camera spanned across the house and there wasn't more than 20 people there so they were trying to do a voice vote and just slam it through again. Yes, and this is one of the things we warned the people about is what you need to do, every one of you people listening and across the nation we need to do this in a way. First of all, we don't need a voice vote. My problem again, they love this anal retentive control nonsense with regard to everybody else. With every one of them, every House of Representatives member and every senator, any one of those scurrilous swine, and that's what they are, if they propose that it not be accounted, that it not be accredited to their vote as far as their action, those characters are the problem. There is no excuse for it not being a counted vote every time. And these are not, these are not sessions that are gonna, oh, this is gonna change the color of the wallpaper. No, they plan on tearing the wall down, people. So, you're talking significant actions, and of course the people who are the scurrilous swine, they're the ones who are going to go, oh, we don't need to keep track of this. Those are the traitors. We absolutely need to keep track of it. We have a secretary we pay for there. We have video cameras we pay for there. We have a record system we pay for there that your tax dollars are paid for with a gun to somebody's head. So why is it we wouldn't want to keep track of it? The only people who don't want to keep a record of what's going on are the swine who plan and are betraying this nation. The people are up there saying, you know, first of all, they're like commenting on Kennedy, Dave, Don, remember? We had, Kennedy is the one who proposed this legislation and here's the thing, people. He proposed it and other senators did not stand up and beat this down. Kennedy proposed that there be a mandatory housing system put in place where you would, if your house is just over so many feet, that he, this is Mr. Kennedy, and this is not fiction, this is real. He proposed that the federal government come out with the guns and forcibly put people in your home. I am not exaggerating. I am telling you what is in the legislation that went to the house. It's in the Senate. So, think about that. You've got these scurrilous monsters, and this Kennedy knows what this is tied right into. All of you out there, go and read the Third Amendment to the Bill of Rights. That's right. When I heard that, and Dave, you've seen it too, because this blew me... To do this in such a public fashion is to take your private parts and rub them in somebody's face. And then try to do it after the midnight hour on top of it. Yes, because that's what they would be pushing through. So all of you are listening, especially if you're doubters. Here's the thing. I want you to do an investigation of the immigration bill that passed and went to the House. This is what they're debating right now, and that's why they were commenting on what Kennedy did. This legislation has the amendment that I'm talking about right now, which states that they will, what they will do is they are going to turn right around and shove this down the American people's throat at bayonet point. because that's what they did before the American Revolution. When they talk about bringing the occupation force in, once they had the occupation force here, they forcibly housed them in American homes. And I think, number one, as much as anything, this is all symbolism. They're taking and using our documents, laughing in their cuff. While they shove this stuff down our throats and this is an insult and you know what it's probably not my house is big enough They probably could find an excuse and you know if you got these socialist scum out there that are tied into this BS What they're gonna do is they're gonna gerrymander the number numbers anyway, they'll lie about the numbers to shove somebody in your house So don't think you're not gonna be affected. This is exactly what the communists did I mean and I mean issues that the congressman were really upset was because most of these so-called illegal aliens are are, as you have discussed previously, I have illegal drivers licenses. They're running on somebody else's ID, somebody else's social security account, and yet they want to give them full amnesty for all the frauds and the theft that they've been committing for who knows how many years. And God knows how much damage they've done to the account of somebody else's social security, with somebody else's social security number. That's what people don't realize. And they haven't realized it yet, but this is the wave. This is the next wave of economic insult that's going to happen here when they start tallying the real numbers that these people have done with regard to a damage to a system that was already a Ponzi scam. It's just breaking whole parts of it internally and right in everybody's face. When it hits, everybody, well, what do you mean my account doesn't have fill in the blank? Well, we're sorry. We have to adjust the law so that you're going to have to be like 92 before you get anything out of Social Security. Because Juan and Chico already got it out of your account.
