You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, keep the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the midst for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. That's the purpose behind money, not behind these digits in this computer, you know, the computer nonsense where you're seeing these anal retentive control freaks that want to actually just know everything. with currency with money it is legitimate it's not the law of the jungle it is the law of a civil society where we're able to interact and mutually support each other in the process without violence and without the fear of violence except if you try to of course uh... now counterfeit something where then that's a breaking of the trust that's called a fraud okay hopefully i qualified that a bit well anyway Alternate technologies. Mentioned bicycles before we went to the break and we're going to be on a break here in a second but think about this. All else fails are going to end up on your feet people. We've got great trucks, beautiful cars, all kinds of technology but at a given point you may end up on your feet. Bicycles move, horses move three times as fast as a person on foot at least. Now, you've got to remember reasonable speed. Yes, you can have bursts of speed. You can do 60-volts. People go, I can go so fast on my bicycle. Yes, you can. But what is your constant speed in travel? In other words, you've got hills, you've got flats. You can only pedal so fast. You can only pedal so far. Pedaling burns calories. There's a whole formula to this. You also have to move together. If you have a family unit, yep, you're 35 years old or 25 years old, you can pedal your little hind end off and outrun everybody. So you're down the road 15 miles farther ahead while what? Your wife, sis, the munchkins are all hanging back way behind you. So you have to look at average ground speed. When working with bicycles, bicycles are going to have to be cargowed up. Do you have a cargo system that you've worked out? Have you looked at the problems with that? Remember, you've got to move your legs. You need to look at where you can stow equipment, and you need to look at bicycles as a tool, just like everything else. Look at them as cavalry, but ain't no second brain there. You're the one involved with the pedaling that may create the motive process. Any of you who are into horse packing or into llama packing know that there's a similar formula that's involved. Do the investigative work on this and start to research it. There are many areas to go. I don't need to reinvent the wheel, but I can give you some ideas. But bicycles, I see one laying along the road. If it's something someone wants to get rid of, you just gotta grab it, pick it up. Or it might rust even at my end here for a period of time. Well, let's take junk and make junk work for us Before we had the inflatable tires on bicycles. We used solid rubber tires. Remember those you might remember when you're a munchkin We had little tires and they were always like that little rough on our around because they don't bounce a whole lot. Well your suspension system on your piece of equipment used to be like on your seat, used to be designed so that it compensate for the fact that there was less shock absorption with the tires. Little trick, let's say I want to make a nice little infantry cart or a garden cart for use with in the yard, you know like to just do work around the yard or do get in the back fields or to make a for instance a cart to go behind my little tractor that's doing a lot of my Garden work right now. Let's say I'm going to expand on my victory garden because I need more food because I can't afford to go to the grocery store because the economy has gotten really, really bad. Let's say I need an infantry cart because I need to move equipment down the road. Well, the tires are bad. The tires you can't find in the tubes or they are a problem. Why not just eliminate the inner tubes and the basic bike tire altogether? go down to your local tire store where they're throwing tires out right now that are already even blown out. See down the road tires that hold air are going to be kept longer. But tires that have holes in them are blown out you're going to get those for free still because they charge people to carry tires away. What a racket that is now. Now they're charging you for the tires that are absolute junk so that somebody else can charge them to take the tires. So basically here's an idea. Take Mr. Jigsaw First of all, measure the width of the tire frame for the bike that you're going to use to make your cart out of. Measure the width of the frame. Then take Mr. Jigsaw, electric, and cut your old blown out tires into bands the same width, the same width as that frame. Now, you got to remember they've got a track pattern on them. Also the cool thing is that you've now created a strip of rubber that can be used. Now I would recommend using the poly glass tires because of steel, steel tires, steel reinforced tires, a little tough on you and your saw when the time comes. But anyway, the poly glass tires will work just fine. You cut the strip, you drill holes in it, you drill a hole every so many inches between so many spokes. and you bolt that rubber tread to the really modern spoke bicycle rim. What did you just do? You created a rubber resilient track that's replaceable on a metal rim and that of course those two wheels are on your little garden cart or on your little infantry cart that you make up from conduit that you got from the hardware store for little or nothing so you can keep it lightweight. Your cargo basket can be made out of a number of different things nylon strapping mesh whatever you can come up with but remember make it user-friendly the lighter is the carrying devices the more stuff you can carry in the in the device in other words carry on the cart simple little solution and as far as the pattern the design goes you can make it all out of junk not just planting seeds again because the tires are free the bicycle I got from along the road or from the dump down the road here because there are a whole handful of bikes somebody got rid of front tires work best and they always have their little spoke you know their little little uh... bracket their front uh... front yoke so that they're all set to go there to hold the tire in place think about all the cool things you can do we have uh... andrew who's our first call andrew jump in their place which you got okay i want to ask a question about i think it's probably in dave are talking about the back bag it's been during the Bahamas as a matter of the yes their marriage they registered outside the united states that what what was the proper way to did it go about unravelling that? Well, actually, the information. In fact, I'm going to let Dave answer because he's listening to you right now. As far as the proper way to find it is just simply taking the time in the law library. To be quite honest, it's all in everybody's face. Lawyers know this. Everybody knows this. It's in the legal racket. What happened is basically these people were brought in with the War Powers Act of 1933 as privateers pointed against the American people. This is why a lot of these characters who are talking about how they'd like to help us don't want to get rid of the whole system because they understand how the piracy and privateering operation worked. It's not, you know, let's all come together. I like that one. Because they don't want to get rid of the racket that's been plugged in. They simply want to be the next power brokers or the next power manipulators moving these illegitimate mechanisms. FBI. Whenever you want to explain this to people, Andrew, have you ever watched the FBI story with Jimmy Stewart? Remember that movie? Okay, remember the years ago, the movie? And there's a book, the FBI story. It's about the FBI, the history of the FBI. Well, good old Jimmy Stewart, real nice guy, everybody loves him. He goes, yeah! And for so many years, things like 11 years, we couldn't even carry guns in the United States. Oh, the FBI couldn't carry guns. Well, the reason they couldn't carry guns is because they're as federal as Federal Express. That's why they couldn't carry guns in the United States, because they weren't supposed to be carrying guns. They were the American equivalent to the bobbies that they threw in overseas in England. And the reason the bobbies don't carry guns and weren't allowed to is because everybody was afraid of a national police force being implemented in England, violating the common law and the safety of the people. Well, in the United States, it took about 11 or 12 years before they created enough of a crisis that the national police needed to be plugged in, which is where the FBI came from. Well, the FBI is on that same little string of people. When you go to the mapped out, you know, three branches of government, there's a fourth branch. It comes off the executive. It goes over to the side, and it's the Corporation of the Incorporated United States. That's where these people come from. And I find that United States code about the Corporation of the United States... Yes. United States, actually if you go to any of the law books, United States Commercial Code or United States Code, both have this mapped out in them. Actually, I think it's title, I'm thinking title one or two, and I know Dave's chomping a bit because he can jump up on this, but it's reinforced in title 10 where you can find more information, and there's elements of it also in more recent title 50. So it's all through. You've got to remember what they did. They intentionally made this confusing. But it's not confusing if you sit down, especially like when you're in prison where you got lots of time. Now, we were forced to do this before I went to the monastery. We were doing this already, and a lot of people were too. This is what Dave was doing. This is what a lot of other men and women have been doing for years. So this information is not new. This is simply that they don't want everybody to get this out on the public side because what is the authority that they use? Well, what happens is when they declared war against the American people and declared us the enemy, They then gave out letters of mark to these private corporations to then come in and attack as pirates and raid the United States, which is what they do. The only difference is they're given very limited. A letter of mark gives an instruction on what you're allowed to do and not do. So when I say that the feds work within a three ring binder, under the traditional rules, they only had a certain number of things that they could do within a very narrow band. which was supposed to make them palatable. But in reality, as we argued, what would happen is once you let the camel in, the nose through the tent, we know what happens, the rest of the camel follows. And that's what transpired with what he took place here in the United States. So it's all public information. So you said, one, two, ten and fifty? Right. Title 10 has to do with, remember, mostly military activity, but tied into that and you'll find that just like in Title 50, and in title, all through the United States Code, there's whole elements that have been unpublished. It's not that they don't exist. It's just that you will find a title block. Now here's the trick. Now, a lot of what we're talking about here is published, but I'm saying a lot of it is being unpublished so that the peasants, you and me, can't see it. But if you look in the appendices and in the indexes, you will find titles for things that you can't find in United States Code in the printed and published text. Isn't that fascinating? You go to the index, it goes, yeah, go right here, go right here, here's where you, here's the page, here's the section. You go to the page in section, you'll find the title block, and then you'll find down below it says, Unpublished. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist, that just means you're trying to hide it from us, because they don't want us to realize what they're doing to us. and all bar members know this by the way they know this beyond a shadow of a doubt. Statute at large, page 419, February 21st, 1871. February 21st? February 21st, 1871. 16 statute at large, page 419. This is the creation of the corporate United States that is presently in existence now. What happened was that in 1860 November, Congress of the United States of America adjourned Sino-Dai without setting a time to convene. Abraham Springsteen took and ripped up the Constitution for the United States in March of 1861 and threw it in the basket and created what he called the Libra Codes. And from March of 1861 until February of 1871, for 10 years, this country solely ran under martial law and the Libra Code. And then they created this fictional corporation known as the district of columbia or we call it the district of criminals and it's ten sub regions Now, everybody talks about the subregions as being UN and modern, and they're going to divide this nation into ten regions. Hey folks, it's been here since 1871, it's when it was created. And a real subnote to that, remember, if you go to the United States Code, you will find where they show when they talk about the ten regional governments. Each of the agencies, the postal service, the HUD, EPA have 10 regional elements and it will show you their offices, their specific contact numbers or addresses by regional government, not by state. And the Internal Revenue Service is incorporated in Virgin Islands. I believe it's Thomas Island, but you'd have to do a search. You probably could actually do a Google search on that. I don't have the fingers at my hand, at my tips. It's Title 27 of the United States Code is the BATF. That's Bureau of Alcohol and Tobacco and Firearms, the Batfaggots. Title 26 is the Infernal Revenue Service. They're incorporated in San Juan, old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Not the new one, but the old San Juan Puerto Rico is where they are incorporated. Both Title 26 and 27 have never been codified. They are not positive law. They're only rules for the District of Criminals, and it does no force or effect outside of the District of Columbia or any of its enclaves. I want you to physically look and be a witness when you look at the front of these books, which have to do with what is supposedly, and I say supposedly, American jurisprudence. I will ask you to look at who holds the copyright to your laws if these are supposedly your laws. The copyrights of the front of those books are all in the British mile of England. not American, they're not Washington DC, it's not New York, it's not even on this continent. So when we talk about things being unpublished, this is perp- people don't believe us sometimes and I understand because it's like, oh that's crazy. We did this with Title 50 when they proposed testing biological and chemical weapons on the American people and they authorized it. under Title 50 United States Code you can still go right into the appendices and you will find a long subtitled section on testing of biological authorization for the testing of biological and chemical weapons on the American people. We caught this when it first happened and the Senate and the House approved it. Now you know what's funny? As soon as we brought it up as a subject and we reinforced it, I have copies of this in American Peril 3. All of a sudden, first they amended it and then they realized, oh my god, well people will still figure out they plan on bio-ing and chem-ing the population. So then what did they do? In the latest issues of United States Code, Title 50, delete it. It's in the appendices, it's unpublished. You can't see what they wrote. This is an example of how scurrilous these creatures are behind the scenes and it's not from inside the country. There are other elements of public law and of course which are the PLs. Let me give you an example, PL 100-690. P.O. 100-690 is the core authorizing, that's the public law that created the detention camps. Our own Senator Carl Levin was the only sponsor of the legislation to establish the civilian detention camp network in the United States. When we tried to get the information from him, his office did everything they could to block and deny access to the bill that he proposed but that nobody else would co-sponsor. Public Law, PL 100-690, is the actual instrument that created the Civilian Detention Camp network system. Okay, so the public laws are yet another, they're part of the public record and are the element, they're the instrument that is supposed to determine whether or not, or if you are going to do something, how you are going to do it, these other instruments or devices are subtext, which are inferior. to the public law itself. And again, there's contradictions all through these things because when you're passing 25 to 27,000 laws a year, these buffoons don't have a clue. There's so much contradiction in the body of the law of the United States that the only people who are profiting and benefiting from it at all are the Bar Association. And the Bar Association is the British Accredited Registry. That's what it stands for. It doesn't mean the bar isn't all that nice little thing between the people and where the court is. That's not it at all. Throw that out the window, although that's part of the symbolism. Bar, British accredited registry, the reoccupation invaders of the United States. That's what their mission is. They all know it. They aren't supposed to tell you about it. That's the only difference. That's what this is all about. During the break I went out and I got the Title 22 off the library shelf and it is 282 and 286 in their entirety. There's several subsections of it that you want to look at and those and that will begin to open your eyes in regards to the fraud that is going on. The actual IRS and the Batfaggots, they're actually sub-corporations of the Federal Reserve Bank and they work for the Federal Reserve Bank. Every dime of income tax, not a dime of it, goes to the operation of the government of the United States. Every dime of it goes to paying the national debt. Nothing of it ever comes to our treasury. Is that good enough, Andrew? Yes, so are the statutes at large still in like a university library, a law library, for example, a university? Oh, absolutely. They are there. They have to be. And the public law is what Mark was telling you, has replaced the statute of large. They no longer call it statute of large. They now call it PL or public law. Another good public law to look up is is 94-2, or no, 94-381, and then looking at Senate Report 94-240. That tells you how to sue public officials and make them sweat and federal court. Now remember about suing, first of all, remember, this gets into this whole bond concept we talked about in earlier programs. Remember, the bond was to hold their feet to the fire with regard to performance. If they fail to perform, there must be a path or instrument to bring that bond forward and into question against their actions. That's what Dave's talking about with the mission, how you bring that instrument forward, how you bring the device into question and hold it against them, hold it over their head.
