California has agreed to pay nearly $1 million to settle a lawsuit by the Hells Angels Motorcycle. 1998 police raid that resulted in three dead dogs and little meaningful evidence. The $990,000 served by the U.C. Remember this, write this down, record this. The $990,000 that the U.S. Supreme Court's read in December of the county's argument deputies were immune from liability. You know what, you guys? That's a good feeling. I'm going to read that again. $190,000 settlement rejection and his argument deputies were immune from liability said that the actions of the deputies and all the unnecessary the truck pulled for 18 months ever used in court said the officers did thing to avoid killing by 90 officers on the club San Jose headquarters nine homes on January 20 1998 1997 killing of a man at a strip who had who was a member argued the killing was himself the jury acquitted him and in 1999 In building their case, prosecutors, I mean prosecutors, show that the suspect was an old street gang, unquote. They had three years to any. Is there any evidence that damage to membership in the Hells Angels, including anything that had been targeted, had been charged in the case? In executing the search warrants, a motorcycle, a mailbox, a piece of side run, which members' names had been written, and even a refrigerator door that had a Hells Angels decal. They needed to rinse the door. Although they had a week to plan the raid, they knew of the existence of the guard. San Jose police officers to do anything to find a non-lethal way of incapacitating the animals, the court. No, you hope they don't show up at your door. This is the same. Now, by the way, where they get this mindset from is this is the same thing that the Bat-Faggots did, remember, at Waco. It was a vendetta run. Yeah, but victory here is, Mark. Supreme Court says that an individual officer can be held liable for his action. That's right. Yee-haw! Who right? Again, one of the most important points of this particular case we just brought up before the break is that it demonstrated that these public officials are not immune from prosecution. They are not immune from being set with specific civil charges for compensation. They settled out of court. What does that tell you? With one of them. The other case went through to the Supreme Court and they just ruled in their favor. so there is no immunity. Now here's one of the things I want to bring up about that subject. See, originally we had a protection from scurrilous or, you know, unscrupulous individuals gravitating to government. It was called a personal bond. Now that bonding system is still in place all over the country. All of you listening right now understand this. In fact, even if you're in certain businesses, let's put it this way. If you're a courier, if you're a security guard, if you're an individual who will be handling bonds and instruments within certain banks or banking type institutions that deal in higher banking, you have to have a bond that is presented in a personal bond. Now traditionally, The bond wasn't even set by necessarily a bonding company, although what they were was an enforcing agency, if they were. And it was levied against all of your personal property that you owned in this life. Now, the protection was this. Do something wrong, and the first thing that's forfeit is that bond against whatever, which puts an automatic mechanics lien on everything and anything that you own. Against your name, your person. Now, once the commercial bureaucrats started really pumping the system to Sovietize the American mechanism, the brilliant idea here to steal from the people twice is to make it a public bond. Oh, if you're going into service, you just need a public bond instead that's guaranteed by the people. Now, ladies and gentlemen, use some common sense here. What protection do you have if the very people that are that are going to be stolen from let's say you've got a bat faggot in the ATF or you've got a Prostitutor in a government post or you've got a Mayor or a councilman at the local level and they steal or they violate the body of the law against the American people What protection even they're laughing in their cuff when you're the one the very people who were stolen from the first time are also the ones ensuring the people from the people, so to speak. You see how goofy that is? It makes no sense, except when you have criminals gravitating into government posts. When you have people who are of criminal mind gravitating into government posts. then you can see the sense in them wanting this kind of racket a they steal from you in the first place they destroy the public trust by being involved in whatever so i know spits wapen uh... you know scurrilous ring knocker activity behind the scenes are involved in and after the steel problem and after they and take what they're taking or do the damage you're doing, you and me and the people, the taxpayers, are the ones paying the bonds, so we're the ones going to be penalized, it's going to require the state or the county or the Fed to come up with monies someplace else from the bankers again to cover the cost of these intentional oopsies, in other words, these criminal activities. So originally the personal bond concept made a great deal of sense. It was part of an honor system that involved credible people, not commercial bureaucratic criminals. One of the things that Franklin discussed was a republic, remember, as he said when they came out, of course when the Constitutional Convention was done, what form of government have you given us? Well a republic, if you can keep it. Well part of that has to do with this whole process of what they're talking about is the concept of honorable, real men. being in office instead of the scurrilous dogs that we see operating today. And this is happening across the board. This is part of the problem. Now that doesn't mean every person out there, but it is interesting that as you go farther up the chain, you look in their eyes and you can see who the scurrilous bottom feeders are that are in these positions of authority. Take a look at them. Pay attention. You know, that's one of the things I've said before many times down here. Having dealt with so many people and again having spoken before many, many millions of people, I'm like a single audience. I get to see the responses. I pay attention. When I'm talking, I'm paying attention to the people I'm talking to. and you watch the responses and you see individuals and you see this over and over again and then you watch all the, you know, the characters that they throw at you, not the people who are in the Patriot movement, but the characters they throw at you to create problems or that are of a certain type, they're easy to pick out. Well, this is true of what you see in the bureaucracy. After a while, it's like, wait a minute, I've seen this pattern of person before. I recognize the type. They're easy to pick out. And that's where the problem is with regard to the whole thing about them thinking that they have immunity. Now, my first question, would be this. Why would anybody in government need immunity in the first place? Who in Congress, who in the Senate, what are they involved in that all of a sudden they felt that they needed? And this is true all the way down to local government. What illegal and ill-begotten activity are they involved in that they actually figured out beforehand they were going to be brought into court or they'd be brought up on charges for? They are not immune, but what we have to understand is this bond mechanism is where you have to go to charge them. If the bond is not in service, the public official cannot proceed to function in service, just as if he does not have his oath of office, his oath of allegiance in place. but the bond is far more important because remember that part of the money market part of the money racket part of the stuff that they move so when you're filing ignore the wires because lawyers there they're going to try and they've been part of a kiss that ring other part of that uh... program is making sure that businesses take care of it there and then that you get the business instead There are a series of successful pro se processes or processes using some individuals who have infiltrated into the bar. And there's a few people there that are working on that. The idea behind it is to work for as long as you can until the other side realizes you've infiltrated their lines. And what you do is you go after them, but you go after the specific straw man bond element that they've created. That bond is what allows them to stay in office. If the bond is not there, they cannot function in the post that they're holding or any post for that matter because they do not have the capability to present the financial trust that they need. You see my point? That's one of the things that actually has been attacked many times in the court and successfully. But you'll find that many of the cases when you go through the investigation, I did this over the last seven years behind the wire, you'll find that a successful case typically by the Bar Association flash the courts is unpublished. Now why would they not publish a case where, well let's see, the system loses, the person won, and it was so monumental, it was so successful, and the argument was so rock solid that they didn't want anybody, and they don't want anybody else to see it. They do this also when they settle out of court, because they realize that whatever the argument is that was being presented and filed, Not only was it legitimate, it was rock solid and absolutely legitimate. That's right. They don't want to see it in the courts. They don't want a precedent set. They don't want anybody to realize that this is how you deal with them. You see my point? And a lot of times, how many have heard this? Well, not only do you agree to settle out of court, but you also have to agree just not to say anything about the case. There again, why? Because they're trying to create for the general population the impression that things go one way. When in reality, if everybody put their foot down, everybody dug their heels in, not only would you stop the machine, but you just virtually just knock it right down on its ear. You'd stop it, push it sideways, and it'd plop over. Because it is, again, an illegitimate process that they're involved in. Piracy, and harassment upon the land as if they were privateers and pirates upon the water. The reason? Because they have brought an alien court called the Admiralty Court onto the land along with Admiralty Law where it should not be. Our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our Declaration are the true laws of this land. All of you need to do this, not as a group, a group cases, but thousand cuts people. Every one of you can file, can file pro se work against these people. Now here's one of the things to consider about that. They're involved with a violation of the trust of the American people. They're involved now in fraud. They're involved now in treason. They're involved now in a breach of contract. They are in violation of their bonds. They are in violation of their oaths. Now, I just painted a picture of a whole lot of faces that jumped into your mind when I went down that list. If they are an American company, then they are involved in sedition and treason against the borders and the properties of the United States of America, we the people. Any company that is participant in dropping the borders of the United States is now directly involved in an act of treason and sedition against we the people of the United States and can be brought forward by any party with a charge. Any of these individuals, and here's the thing, we're talking about grand theft. We're talking, for instance, when they're discussing taking and converting all of the state highways in Texas, That's grand theft people. There is no legitimate action that can allow them to do it. They're involved in criminal treason and they're involved in criminal theft. Charge them accordingly. Anybody who supports the action, charge them accordingly. And I don't mean one person and everybody filed together. I'm talking about you all working together. The Teamsters Union is suing because the Bush administration violated federal law by failing to publish proper advance notice of the pilot project. Oh, so now they're even following their own rules. And I've seen this before and so have you if you've been listening to the intel report for the last decade. And by not allowing an opportunity for public comment before the program takes effect, quote, the Bush administration is ignoring the American people in its zeal to open our borders to unsafe Mexican trust, unquote, said Teamsters General President Jim Hoffa. Quote, this reckless pilot program must be stopped and the driving public protected. Unquote. Joining the teams who's in the suit are public citizen, the Sierra Club, the Environmental Law Foundation, and the Oak Policy Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association. Congress is moving to shut down the pilot program, but legislation may not be enacted quickly enough with the unsafe long-haul Mexican trucks prepared to start crossing into the United States within days. Under a 2001 NAFTA order, the Bush administration is authorizing up to 100 Mexican-based trucking companies to operate beyond the narrow border zone. Congress is considering a provision in an emergency spending bill that would block funding for the program until Mexican trucking companies meet congressionally mandated safety and security standards. which they have been unable to do for years. It also would require that US trucks have equal access to Mexican roads, which by the way right now we do not. and mandate that the project comply with federal law governing pilot programs. A bill by Representative Nancy Boyda, Democrat of Kansas, would enact similar requirements. The Bush administration is trying to circumvent safety requirements by repackaging this plan as an illegal pilot program, Hoppe said. The inspectors can enforce truck safety in the United States, let alone south of the border. Well, let's touch on a few things here real quick. Pilot programs. First of all, you're supposed to set up and establish a pilot program in a respective state, not across the whole of the nation. And these pilot programs are to demonstrate the feasibility of an action and allow for both a demonstration of the proposed action and allow for any individual or organization to comment on the correctness or ineffectiveness or failures or successes of a particular program let me give an example here in michigan we were the ritalin pilot program for the nation all they did try to shut it up and be quiet about it the seven hundred club even made a comment about it for a bit until i'm sure the president or somebody in the senate who was sucking up to the uh... the dope co companies gave him a call and told him, hey, back off, we're making bucks. So there was a period, but here's the problem. Nobody was informed. If you didn't know where to look, if you didn't know where the public posting was, how would you know to call in? So here again, everybody thought they were safe. It was somebody else who was going to get bit in the butt with regard to this type of legislation as it was passed. And lo and behold, well, you know, south of the border, All those old international cab over engines that we got off the road because if you were an American driver they'd take you to court, they'd stop your truck at the scales and you wouldn't move it until you fixed this, that and the other. Well all those trucks are south of the border just waiting to come across in waves. And all those American drivers who were penalized, put in jail, given tickets, fined thousands and thousands of dollars, You can't do that with these Mexican drivers driving that exact same rig on the road competing against the Americans with the hand-me-downs that have been tossed away. Ain't that special? Wow, we're gay Bush. Best president Mexico ever had. And by the way, when that Mexican semi runs over somebody's family and you're driving down the road watching it, you can turn your eyes towards Washington and thank Jor- Thank George Bush. Just thank him for what it is that's going to transpire there, people. Every time you see one of those Mexican trucks roll over one of those little SUVs or crush a whole bus, and you watch the driver jump out and start hightailing it back to Mexico because he knows he'll be safe there, well, you can thank Quirge Bush of Washington. You can thank all of those neocons and those ultra-liberal scumbags on the other side who push this stuff through so that more people will be dying on American highways because of Mexican trucks. And that's what's coming. In fact, it's already happened before with these border 21 projects. And by the way, when they said this narrow band or area, well, why don't you talk to a few of these people who work in operations where they pulled these Mexican trucks over, the driver jumps from the truck and basically just walks away. Oh yeah, why? He doesn't care. The truck didn't cost anything anyway and the company doesn't care because he's already been told, toss it and walk. They're going to get another one for little or nothing and they're going to turn right around and bring it right back up on American highways. And if it rolls over your family, hey, it wasn't me. See how that logic works? And this is how the degradation of the quality of this country has progressed. And that's what we have to worry about. Tell you what, we got John. He's being so patient.
