Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? And for that reason there are certain things everybody has to remember about what's been plugged in across the country, especially with regard to control in the schools. Control in the schools is everything to the socialist. So once we go through this, always keep that in mind every step of the way as we're going through the process here of what happened. So go right ahead, please. home of Catherine Johnson, age 92. An informant had described buying drugs from a dealer there, police. When the officers burst in without warning, Johnson fired at them and they fired Boulton County prosecutor Peter Johnson said that the officers involved in John in Johnstone's death fired 39 shots, striking her five or six times, including a fatal bullet. Johnson fired only once through the door and didn't hit any of the officers. That meant the officers who were wounded likely were hit by their own colleagues, he said. Junior and Smith, who on administrative leave had been charged in an indictment unsealed earlier too. The felony murder, violation of oath by criminal solicitation burglary, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and making false state. Arthur Petl on administrative leave was making false statements and Paul's attorney, William McKinney, said he released not to nice murder charges, McKinney said. But we're very concerned about the three of both men could have faced prison had they been adjourned or will 12 years and seven more were contingent on the men informant had claimed there was cocaine in the home. Now, I would say... Now, on the one hand, of course, you see, here's the thing. Biff, Baff, and Boof. Okay, the three who were obviously on their little rampage, once they found that No-Knock search warrants are now a pat on the head from the Fed. Because that's where this came from. This did not come, first of all. Do not think that the local police thought anything up at all about no knock search warrant. This is not an aberration. No, this came from the Fed. In fact, I have an article. I just had my hand here and I'm gonna pull, I'm gonna have to, I just, I just moved a bunch of files. So I got to pull this thing back out. But I have the three different articles that are damning because it shows these little, you know, characters when they're nice little, you know, butch cut, butch haircuts, Bethy uniforms. a little biffy, a little buff, a couple other characters, all these departments. And who are they being briefed by? They're being briefed by the Fed on how to get away with no knock or with no warrant searches. Now, you don't see this very often because we've explained first of all, whenever you see local cops, county cops, or state cops that are stupid enough to buy into these programs, it's because the state in their prostitute or ways, looking for ways to make money, have sucked up to some federal program. It usually comes from the Injustice Department. Notice I didn't say Justice Department, there is no such thing. From the Injustice Department and the SCUM there, they propagate specific lies and deceit. They then go out, sending their little minions, okay, their commissars out to the state level, where they then indoctrinate them to the latest money bag program. Now this will be a specific step in process. What's cute about these articles is again, there's several that I have, even little photographs showing how they're all looking kind of questioning about no warrant searches, not just no knock searches, but no warrant searches. Now in East Germany they did this all the time. In Soviet Socialist Russia they did this all the time. Now it's in America and here again. What was the purpose? profit that commercial informant the rat the spy the snitch which you have in remember in East Germany up to 60% of the population were rats spies and snitches on each other. The rats were ratting on the rats. There weren't enough, I mean you got to think about it, it could not be any other way. When you have anywhere from 40 to 60% of the population sitting here, you know, chewing on the same piece of cheese block, guys eventually they're just going to look over the piece of cheese they're chewing on and give out the name of the guy across on the other side nibbling on the other side of the block. More cheese for me. That's right. More cheese for you. And they get a piece of bread too. Oh boy. These are really good. These mousse, these squirrel. Well, the thing is that step two is obviously the no-knock search warrant issue. Now, the other problem I have is what they don't bring in here is the profit issue for the individuals kicking in the door. Just like the bat faggots and the IRS who get their 10% cut, You've got the same situation with all of these agencies now where they get to ransack a home and keep what they want Now at first it's we've got to look real where they're going after criminals, but here's the problem that formula we just brought up commercial informants slash professional witnesses that are designed to, they've got to give something to make something and they've got to pull it out of their hind end even if they're not out there amongst the people. Southern Perversion Law, the ADL, even the ACLU comes into these cop shops and teaches them certain things, if it's in line with the bar association and it's the bar association at the basic threat to our liberty right now across the board they're creating more of this business nonsense as far as the the courts go we're gonna get to that subject after the bomb they are break here along with this whole thing with a little time to this with these children that were terrorized in uh... ten to see by the school but there's a whole, it's not a single strand. They want you to believe that your problem is only your problem. Don't think about what Fred's got a problem with, or Frank, or Jim, or Bob, or Marsha. They're supposed to all be isolated mushrooms, kept in the dark and we know what you're fed, okay? Instead, one of the complaints I've heard is, well, oh Mark, Mark, you, we think it's all connected. Trial by juries are quote, a verge of extinction are being replaced by settlements and plea deals, by mediations and arbitrations and by decisions from judges. Only 1.3% of federal civil case ended in trials last year down from a let out in particular that in criminal cases, the bat. majority of prosecutions end in plea bargains and the judges complaining that defendants who have the word here who request the jury trial guaranteed them under the US Constitution face savage sentences that can be five times as long as those made it out to pled guilty and cooperate with the group or our ears exertion. The trends in criminal cases and in the state court striking but it's beyond dispute that even as the number of lawyers has population, and even as the number of lawsuits has exploded, actual trials have become quite rare. Instead of hearing testimony, ruling on objections, and instructing jurors on the law, judges spend most of their time supervising the exchange of information, deciding pretrial motions, and dealing with settlements and plea bargains. The movement away from jury trials is not just a social allocation of resources or policy choice. It represents a disavowal of those stunning and successful experiment in the direct popularity in all history. Indeed, juries were central to the framers of the Constitution, guaranteed the right to a jury trial in criminal cases and to the drafters of the bill. Desperged to juries in the 5th and 7th amendments, jury trials may be expensive and time-consuming, but the jury, local and popular counterweight to see and is important an element in the constitutional balance. Three branches of government right off the bat the very last point there you know or trials may be expensive the only reason trials have become expensive is because of bar members the trial and for that matter let me ask everybody a basic question here about government is not supposed to be in the business of making any especially the courts are supposed to be minimalist in nature They are not supposed to be a money-making profit mechanism for the Black Robe Demon, who presently makes about 8-9% towards his retirement account. The Prostitutor, who gets anywhere from 8-9% of whatever the settlement is. We're not just talking court settlement is in litigation. We're talking fees and charges. Out of fees and charges from criminal courts, a percentage goes into these bar members' retirement funds. And even- It is of every $40 you are fined here in Michigan, whether it's from an ethics citation or on every $40, $18 and some odd sense of that goes toward the aforementioned retirement. Yes, and here's the problem with that is, again, what happens when you have scurrilous and greedy people who need to create more and more business for themselves instead of being worried about justice. The cost of a trial is irrelevant and it is not to be put upon as a burden to the person who is forced to defend themselves from a bureaucracy or a massive government mechanism that is spending virtually millions tens of millions, hundreds of millions, and billions of dollars to create its own business. Well, you know, the Michigan Constitution has laws against this, and the Michigan nation has what is known as a B&R, working inside the judicial system. You guys, the judicial canon in Michigan says that they'll have any financial involvement in any case before him, and that's almost at mark verbatim. We've got one word or two words wrong in that, but you guys get the general idea, the statement, don't you? No judge shall have any financial involvement in any case before him. Now that means that like he can't see the brother-in-law's case that's gonna, you know, put you out of your house, so you're in an amusement park, on and on. You know, we've talked, we've addressed the... Also means that, well, if the judge is gonna get that $18 and some odd sense out of your $40 fine, right there he has a financial involvement in your guilty conviction. In fact, he would prefer, obviously, to see that for... And again, that's why you will be called the creative revenueing process of the ticket mechanism. In Michigan and in many other states, the seat belt law was passed. Remember how they boiled that frog? Oh yeah, first you... there'll be a seat belt law, but it'll only be enforced if you're pulled over. You were in the front seat. If you were in the back, you didn't get it. They see that you like the Michigan helmet law. The first year they said, well, you have to have a helmet on the motorcycle. The next year they said, well, you have to have it on your head. whose job it is to indenture the population through their scurrilous acts. And you brought up, like, you know, in that article down, they were saying, well, you know, they've grown to monumental levels. Well, about a year and a half, actually, it's now two years ago, you might recall, the United States, in the United States, the number of lawyers in the United States exceeded one million lawyers. One million blood suckers. I know there's people out there listening who are lawyers, but they know that the bottom line to this is that there's a gross inefficiency right now. In fact, it's an intentional gross inefficiency. First, they've of course, bloated the bureaucracy. They've made everything exceptionally difficult and complicated. Now, this isn't an accident. This again is planning. You'll hear the next term, of course, down sizing and making things more efficient to include dropping the whole elements of the court process. proposal here in Michigan was to get rid of the district courts. Now people, the district courts here in Michigan are what replaced the citizens grand juries at the county level. So the district courts were supposed to be the check and balance to make sure that you didn't get dragged into court constantly for nonsense. They have become rubber stamp profit making, revenueing courts. They simply rubber stamp that you need to be brought in for a charge, throw you at the circuit court, and they expect the circuit court to do the work. Well, the circuit courts are overburdened, so they start throwing it up the, up the chain, the feeding chain farther. They just try to rubber stamp as much as they can. You're automatically guilty no matter what. Make kind of some kind of plea nonsense, as they've heard, by throwing all kinds of BS action, seeing what will, what will desperately stick. uh... if you play it out and as long as you are as you guys you're not intimidated by the court this was common mistake made the uh... there are many cases i helped bring back into the courts pro se where they had the intimidated the person because they were totally ignorant along the law and the witnesses had come forward everybody had said no nothing like what they claim happened happened but the state picked up the case in place of an individual which again is part of their proceed with the process to profit because once they've started a case they've spent money and so they want to profit from their racket and that's why they continue. Well another example of the run to your local district on Monday mornings you guys I'll try to make this quick try to be there first thing Monday morning and and you know watch all the drunk the drivers get lined up like machine guns and all done at one time by the single judge? Yeah, sometimes 10, 20 at a time. Yeah, who please guilty? Everybody that raises their hand? Okay, maybe one guy to poor unfortunate soul, but we're running right up to the break. Ron Paul's done his part. He's done what he's supposed to. He knows what's wrong with the situation of the country right now. and has been focusing on this for as long as he's been in politics. The cool thing about this is I can pull any paper I want with Ron Paul's name on it out of my files or even files in the room, files upstairs, stuff outside, and guess what? No matter what year it is, Ron Paul is consistent. You've all seen Al Gore do that. We imagine, and as you have pointed out many times Mark, we have to point things out as we go down and, oh there's another mile marker, balls into our opponent. Now can you imagine what would happen if we know that we round Paul in as president and they tell us, you know, take your pick. Just so you know the communism. Oops, well, Soviet socialism anyway. Some parents said they were upset by the staff's poor judgment in light of the April 16th shooting at Virginia Tech that left 33 students and professors dead, including the gunman. It should be the last night of the trip there we are. Staff members convinced the 69 students that there was a gunman on the loose. They were told to lie on the floor or hide under each table and stay quiet. A teacher, disguised in a hooded sweatshirt, even pulled on locked doors. After the lights went out, about 20 kids started to cry. 11-year-old Shae Naylor said, I was like, oh my god, she said, at first I thought I was going to die, like we flipped out, like for sure. I'm sorry, I'm simulating California there, I think. But anyway, the principal, Catherine Steffen, declined to say whether the staff members involved would face disciplinary action, but said the situation involved poor judgment. I don't know if I have the hookup here, but I wanted, we already did some research on this real quick. And lo and behold, there was already a contradictory statement to this for this particular report. And of course, there have been other reportings on what transpired. But the thing about it is, when you were in the, for instance, in elementary school, you had fire drills, didn't you? We had fire drills, yeah. And when you had a tornado drill, what did they do? Oh, didn't they line us up in the, make us, you know, our legs and cover it. But they told you, didn't they? Yeah. This is a drill. In fact, they did this intentionally. There was a whole process common sense. This is not a drill. Everybody do what you were told. Okay, if it was a real one, get in the hallway, sit down, do what you're supposed to do. Or of course, if it was a fire drill out the back door, everybody had in our schools, we had a door in the classroom, everybody lined up, went right out the back door, lined right out into the school yard where everybody could be counted immediately. So they knew that nobody was hiding in the building while it was possibly burning down. But you were told if it was a drill or if it was the real thing. Now my problem with this, and I'm going to run out of time here, but my problem with this is this is psychological conditioning for the Get the Guns crew. Because of course as we know the terrible thing was that, oh my god, this could be you planting this in the seed of elementary school kids, so of course they've got them ready to be the next batch of victims. and that's not an accident especially where again if it was going to be a drill it's a drill now for some reason while they were just having fun they went to this whole thing is this to this official release for all know it was a prank thing by the teachers this is not a small school system everybody out there knows the schools are absolutely run by political correctness freaks tell me whether or not they know what that being the case the ultimate right the cycle babble crew tells me exactly what they're going to do and not going to do so here's what i'm arguing i when i read this it was like uh... this is part of the anti-gun crews like they had little cycle babble agenda thing that they probably shot out here some cool stuff you can do this'll help to impress on the kids uh... you know oh my god we need to get the guns go to terrorize them and they pull them out of it you know they bring them out of the dark water and show them see back in the light if you just join with us to get the bill in the blank you do some guns you can do this in cars and this is a want but i'm done and cars are next after they get the weapons because what do you argue with aha you know one of what you do want to be surprised property you can go on for the next but i don't know why that's right so the interesting thing about this is that what jumped out of me is i guarantee what we need everybody to do is start looking around through the system to see if we can find any kind of announcements or activities or proposed class plans or from the anti-gun people and again a lot of you women out there can help with this because they figured that all women are anti-gun get in there and start shopping around look around through the system or talk to some of your friends who might be involved with this anti-gun nonsense and check to see what it is that might have been out there that was burst around say over the last week or say just after the uh... the uh... west of the uh... virginia tech shootings There's something in the wind and this is just the taste of it.
