Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors. So they're children, all people. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? So this is a warning order the 11th and 12th Colonial Marine units in Southern Illinois Colonial Marine militia will be participating in a joint exercise and again, this is a confirmation There was a question about the train facility that's no longer an issue So everybody out down in that neck of the woods, it's go also there'll be some filming this weekend down there and For our friends in Connecticut right now Apparently we have another filming event cool. This is good, but Historical sites most important if you've seen the video that we did sacred ground actually we didn't just do it This was a number of people have participated dick from down in Florida did the filming if you've ever seen this video You don't understand everything just snapped into place. It's one of those things you go Wow when you're done with it well up in Connecticut they're gonna do another battery of filming for Actually, one of the next poker face pieces that we're going to do and a lot of dynamic stuff, a lot of stuff on the mountains and also of course from the east coast. I hope to be able to let you know and I will on this program let you know how it is we're going to build that up and how it will develop. I mentioned everybody before and we've had guests up giving a little bit of historical perspective with regard to different elements of the militia. and in the Patriot Movement in general. Back during what was called the Freeman Standoff, we had at a meeting at Nob Creek what became known as the Nob Creek Resolution or the Nob Creek Declaration by some. Now again, this was put together by 700 specific command representatives. There were 300 at least from the southern districts. And then of course we had many, many representatives from around the country. Overall, we had others that were attached or I should say they were people went back from the meeting that took place. They took the documents in original form back with them to their home states. It was presented to all the people there. They voted on it immediately. They signed it themselves. And they walked this into the Fed. Well, I'm sitting here looking at a penned original copy, one of the penned signed copies. I have a number of different ones. Originally when we left the meeting there were others. I wanted to make sure they were historically preserved. Some of you have seen up on pbn.4mg.com. If you go there you'll see a black and white copy of the original document as it was printed on site. Now once you read it you're going to understand why it is that the other side didn't want this to go anywhere. They didn't want anybody to know that this existed. ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN all had a copy of this people. The Freeman standoff, of course, was looking just like the Waco situation with the Davidians. They were playing the same kind of nonsense. They were getting ready to go to war. And the logic was, in 1996, that after the Oklahoma City bombing, the powers that be, especially the ring knockers and the global cops, wanted to try to see if they could get away with murder again. Well, what happened is, of course, tensions were high. Over the weekend of the 12th of the 13th of April of 1996, there was a great deal of debate. People were put into a situation where they endowed a Knob Creek meeting that was supposed to be just for communications. It didn't really have anything to do with getting together because of a specific problem. This was the thing that was on the forefront of everybody's mind. I'm going to have a couple other people that are as guests, other perspectives from other parts of the country, also discussing this subject again because this is how things have developed on our side with our history. And a lot of you, especially if you're new listeners or if you're people who have come into the Patriot Movement, say, in the late 90s, don't necessarily know all of what has transpired and how successful our effort has been this is one of the things people are still there all the control press said that this was the control press said that the control press each you the control the press hates free americans it's the control press that lied about everything that had to do with napkin get when the patriot boob was telling you the truth it has everything to do with the fact the control press lied about the foreign troops in the united states when we told you it was going on When we talk about the Patriot Act, in 1995 they tried to pass it. One year before this bill took place, they tried to push that tripe down America's throat. And basically everybody said, you know, you go with this, chances are it just ain't going to be a good world for you. So a year after the Oklahoma City bombing, up in Montana, this situation develops. The stand-off, of course, is in this, I think about 30-some days at least at this point in time. And the feds are moving heavy equipment in, they're moving a lot of the technology they had that they utilized down at Waco. And everybody can see the writing on the wall. So what happens? Here's how it works. After everybody came out of the meeting, they decided to read this document. I think I got enough time I can get it in before our break here. But I want it to be nonstop. This was the declaration as it was read to the many representatives and of course eventually signed. Our respect for the opinions of the citizens of the several states demand that we state the reasons for our actions. Our governments have deprived the citizens of the several states of their God-given rights by ignoring the letter and spirit of our constitutions, as written by our forefathers, and given to us in trust. We have warned the people from time to time of the attempts by legislators to unlawful control of our lives. Some have listened, some have not. Our grievances have fallen on the deaf ears of legislators and the voice of justice is silent in our courts. Bureaucrats, representatives, senators, judges, and other executive officers have no respect for the constitutions which define the role and limits of government. The Declaration of Independence of 1776 clearly states to the terms and reasons why we the people have the right and duty to restore our lawful cons. Therefore, the people acting in accordance with the second article of the amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America hereby declare and affirm the following. While endorsing no position concerning their beliefs, we demand that the sovereign citizens of Justice Township Montana stand before a constitutional grand jury convened and conducted in strict accordance articles of amendment commonly known as the Bill of Rights number five, number six, and number seven to the Constitution of the United States to answer the complaints against them. We demand that all the facts of their case be examined without prejudice due process in an open and public manner. The citizens of Justice Township have given their pledge to abide by the decisions of this grand jury. During the current unlawful activity of federal officers in Justice Township and in numerous previous atrocities we have witnessed, We have restrained our brethren who would halt this string of abuses by force of arms. With each abuse by unlawful authority, we have found this more difficult. This has also been more troubling to our own consciences. How to work this in is through the United States Code would have to be breach of contract. We have a limiting contract on the federal government. It is called the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. And the corporation of the United States, which is lower than snail turds, is below all of that, ladies and gentlemen. for all of you that are listening with those corporations all these agencies whose contractual mercenaries that are in place well they're dirt under your feet so what we need to do is start acting accordingly with regard to their betrayal and of the kind of the constitution bill of rights which are a binding contract that they hold into series of litigation actions based upon that breach of contract need to be filed against the companies participating any of the companies sponsoring the activity and also against any political individuals who are in post or office at this time to include senators who are not exempt from these types of actions neither are representatives anybody who is cooperating with the collapsing of the border of the united states is in direct violation of their contract obligations time to take charge them to take all their properties possessions and bonds this is one of the reasons these public officers have so that it's one of the checks and balance mechanisms their whole of their property is supposed to be holding against their oath of office now it's time that all of you especially those who have the wherewithal In fact, even if you don't, it's not that hard to file, but the whole of the people need to be doing this as individuals against these parties breaching the contract. Now that ties into another thing. These corporations that are sponsoring this violation of destruction of the border, ladies and gentlemen, why are you doing business with them? You'll notice that even when they show them on television, they run by this list of who's sponsoring this NAFTA superhighway. They do it like really fast. I've noticed that like even on Lou Dobbs when they showed it there's like 20 some different multi conglomerate corporations with Campbell Soup flashed out at me there. Now tell me if I'm wrong. I'd like to know more about this. If Campbell Soup is sponsoring the destruction of the border of the United States and is trying to make us one big warm and fuzzy socialist planet, maybe it's time Campbell Soup tried selling their soup to the Chinese and that we run their high net on down the road. But as far as that goes, until I know any more, nothing that I can see that Campbell's is going to be passing my door here. And I'm going to find out more about that. But there's a bunch of other company names and corporate logos that are up there that we just simply need to say enough is enough. Now, if you don't think you have an effect as far as being able to put a dent in their business, Guys, the economy is in such bad shape that every mother's uncle's company, if your bill for whatever it is you have is late by two or three days, they're desperately scrambling to harass you for about every third day with some caller from Bangladesh, India, or some other, you know, third-rate country that's now being used as a bill collector against the United States. On this end of M14, towards Ann Arbor, the highway was uh... you know chugging along going across the countryside flatten their plan straight well at the other end uh... they want to cut through a bunch of private property through one municipality and this is basically cost superhighway by the way expressway two-lane both sides early wide medium uh... of course it was a compress a little when it got into the built-up areas towards two seventy five well what happened to this a bunch of people individually filed and fought against the concept of grabbing the property under the supposed eminent domain clause. Well, not only did they fight, but they fought and won. Oh yeah, that's right, you don't hear about this stuff for a reason. Well, it's interesting, this took years. In fact, M14 from Ann Arbor, where Ford Road is, was blocked off with physical burns. The highway was brand new, I don't know if you've ever imagined this, a brand new highway, solid concrete, very well constructed. but uh... because of the other and they wanted to uh... specifically run over somebody's homes uh... they were stopped so they had to of course eventually negotiate another with direction uh... took a lot of time the people are able to keep their houses their property with and i we went down into addiction kind of moved around a little bit of wiggle to get to where it needed to go but the people want By the way, a little sub note, some of the smoke band that was filmed on M14, if you notice some of the highway shots there where the highway looks, Brian knew, in fact, it looks pristine, the grass looks really clean, the highway looks bleached, it actually looks like it, oh, like it's never been used for anything, well that's because it hadn't been, the highway was virtually, even though it was a few years old and it was used for the filming because it was absolutely restricted. There were no access, no on-ramps, no off-ramps, etc. A little bit of Michigan history. But anyway, here we are looking at this NAFTA superhighway, the Screw America, you know, right through the heart of the country expressway. designed to steal as much as they can out. Obviously they've targeted the soft center of the country that they bankrupted where the farmers were, keep that in mind, and where they've destroyed many of the small communities across the United States. Long-term planning? Heck yes. You think it's an accident? Take a look at the farm crisis and farm aid and all the activities that took place back in the 70s. Oh, forgot about that, didn't you? Take a look at the systematic planning. and the corridor that was attacked. Now, there are a lot of good people on these stretches. There are still a lot of you out there who are being flat out betrayed. These government agents and these government personnel and these government, these public officials have bonds and oaths of office that they have now failed. That is their weak spot. So you need to start investigating and looking in that direction. I'll give you more information as we go, but I wanted to plant that seed because there's a lot of you out there going, what can I do? What can I do? Well, here's what you can do. A lot of different law offices are, well, actually private mechanisms that are out there where we have pro se and pro per individuals who are capable of assisting to help get the ball rolling. but we need to smack them from every direction we can people not just one person and not a class action suit please okay you know all big lump of people somebody collect a bunch of money and then the lawyers so you know there are a number of different individual actions with mutual support or in batteries or groups of people working together that can get the job done. But not one big massive lump so they can walk in, drop the gavel, and everybody's case is dead all at once. Wrong. Don't want to do that. Just keep taking them back in. We've got just as many. In fact, we've got a lot more of our people than there are of them. Virtually hundreds of thousands and millions of people who could participate in this. Eat their time. Consume them more of us than there are of the bad guys. They only have so many hours in the day. Here's an opportunity to go after every minute they have and you get to tag team them. See, there are solutions. They just don't want anybody to hear about them. Now that's again the whole issue with the border. Well, I want to say hi, 8th Regimental Combat Team, Colonial Marine Militias, all home now, both in Iowa and the units that were from Nebraska. I guess we had guys down there from Arkansas and also from over the river on the other side, Illinois. which is why they're having this exercise that's coming up this next weekend down there in southern Illinois. There will be an extensive debriefing and like an overview, an overall what worked, what didn't work planning session so they can get ready for the next exercise down there, which is coming up very soon for both the 8th and other Colonial Marine units. I hope to have, crossing my fingers here, to have a first-hand report from one of our friends down there on the border, coming up on the afternoon intel report here. And what they're going to do is give you a chance from their eyes to see how things worked out. What did we see that was unique? What transpired? Especially during the evening hours. Battle for the Republic hopefully will be 12 books total. I am having to slow down on the writing a little bit obviously. In the last couple of years, actually a year and a half, I was able to focus on finishing all three of the first books, the first three books, completely. They're on paper, they're done. Battle for the Republic Book One is the dance of swords. It's how things start. Book Two is the Winter War. It's the first cold season of what is going to become a long campaign. Book Three is a dark anniversary. It's the anniversary, obviously, the first year of hostilities. And that's true. And remember when you watch it, none of it's special effects, none of it's dubbing, none of it's, you know, anything that's been fabricated by a computer, you know, other than just, well, I guess the title blocks and the credits, those are done by a computer. But everything else is our people. And when you see what you're gonna see, like I said, it's like nothing else. And hopefully it'll make you wake up and understand just exactly how big we are, how far we've gone, and how far we can still go. how much we can still get done. So that's the agenda here. Everybody's done the weezer thing. The press doesn't like me. The government does. People in government mostly have betrayed this country and are flat out traitors, people. They plan on leaving the borders wide open, expecting everything from you, and in the process stealing everything from you. So wake up. That's coffee I smell. Would that be the case? We got answers. Don't just have to complain about the problems. By the way, also I hope this thing keeps you entertained because it's supposed to. The idea is you can give this to a person, let them read it, and they're going to get something out of it, but it's going to force a read upon them. I will say this. This is the best thing I've heard so far. All my proofreaders were supposed to, a page at a time, meticulously break down this book. Almost every one of them, not almost, correction, every one of them, started reading. and forgot what they were doing and read the book straight through. They start out reading it one block, put it down, come back to it the next day, and they don't stop until they finish it. Now, that's a compliment because that tells me that it did what I wanted it to do. It caught their mind and their attention. If you're out there and you're wondering right now, you want to get your spirits lifted, that's the whole idea. There's some low points to this book. There's some reality to these books. but it's designed to motivate it. It's designed to make you think. It's real life. Just like when I look out here and I watch that hawk take that little bunny just a little bit earlier today right out this window. That's life.
