Mark Koernke discussed the transfer of prisoners between states (Arizona to Indiana, California to Illinois) as part of an illegal and fraudulent system of penal bonds that monetize incarcerated individuals as collateral. He explained how states generate bonds against prisoner numbers and trade these instruments on global markets, creating fictional duplicate bonds when prisoners are transferred across state lines. Koernke argued this system represents modern slavery and indentured servitude, with connections to investment firms like Merrill Lynch, and warned that the expansion of the prison industry (from 1 million to 3 million prisoners in recent years) mirrors Soviet gulags. He urged listeners to investigate their investment portfolios for involvement in penal bonds and cautioned that border collapse under NAFTA could lead to prisoner trafficking to foreign countries.
I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave, in this, the land of the free.
and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent.
Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled.
You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn.
and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave?
Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning as I awoke he'd vanished in the midst for once he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame.
For even now his tyrants trampled each God-given right. We only watched him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, to steal the land of the free? Gentlemen, this is the Intelligence Report. I'm Mark Quirky. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines and occupied territories.
south, southwest, north, and east. Well ladies and gentlemen, it's a beautiful Tuesday afternoon, I believe, and looking pretty good up in here, up here in the great state of Michigan. A number of different subjects you're going to be covering this afternoon, and hopefully everything goes well. We'll be taking calls. We've got a couple other things to take care of here though before we go there, and specific subjects to cover. A lot of you may have seen over the last couple of weeks
more than one state back over the last month more than one state that are now proposing to transfer prisoners trade large lots of contraband open i say that i mean prisoners uh... from one part of the country to the other now just saw a situation with california where they propose to uh... transfer prisoners to illinois uh... the latest which of course uh... was just kind of uh... came to the american press uh... from another direction
And in fact, Associated Press on the 13th covered the Arizona prisoners will be going to Indiana. Now, doesn't it make you wonder why two of these very populous states are shipping prisoners virtually halfway across the country? Doesn't it make you scratch your head and think for a minute? Now, here's the most important thing that people are not discussing when they're talking about transferring individuals who have become
legitimate contraband, I'm sorry, slave property, like we see now with the expanded prison system across the United States. Number one is the basic rule of American jurisprudence. You are charged in a specific area and by the states or the federal constitution, the only form of indentured servitude still authorized through our form of government is imprisonment or incarceration.
What's interesting is this. There are certain rules, they're very specific. They have to do with jurisdiction and they have to do with how your corpus, your person is manipulated. Now this slaver project or this slaver factory operation that's been set up across the nation only three years ago, just a little less than three years ago, broke one million. However, here's the sad state of affairs. One year later, they broke two million.
all within the last couple of months, they broke 3 million prisoners. In other words, we're seeing a quantum leap here in the number of corpus that are actually under the control of either the state or under the federal government. Landed property, it is a piece of meat as... Now this is something we warned everybody about, and again, I'll go back to the American Peril Series, which by the way, we jokingly call the We Told You So series. All of you listening.
well indentured servitude uh... even with indentured servitude there's limitations there are things that you can't do now there's a reason for this once you have been taken as a piece of property by the prison system be at the state or be at the federal agencies although the feds of course there are a different multi uh... state mechanism so they can move you around as a piece of meat their way but either way there are specific restrictions with regard to where you can be stored as a piece of meat as a piece of property it with the states the problem is this
We have, well, the federal government does this too. There's an instrument that the greedy creatures who run the banks are now using and have been using called a penal bond. Now, when you were charged, you were charged in a specific district, in a specific state, and that's the jurisdiction that you are that authorizes, that's the sphere of law that authorizes you being held. When that is instituted,
You have a general number that's created by the state. Each one of your states are different. It can be California, it can be Indiana, it can be Illinois, it can be West Virginia, it can be Virginia, Florida, Michigan, doesn't mean you're in, there's a number that's generated. This number, of course, is used within the area of jurisdiction that creates your slavery, your indentured servitude. Some states have fixed rates. In other words, you know that you're going to be from a specific day to another specific day,
a piece of property, one of the indentured servitutal mechanism models for a limited and very short and specific time. Other states, like the state of Michigan, for instance, have variable maturity dates for your incarceration. You have a minimal date and you have a maximum date. Now, what does this do? This creates a variable instrument or a variable contract mechanism. Why is this important? Well, first of all, you're under your original American justice system.
you can't be traded or bartered or sold or exchanged. Now the reason I bring it up is because years ago during the governor's conferences 1993 1994 1995 and I'm sure that the the lots also have made the comment a couple times in the last decade or so again but the governor's conferences they made the specific statement that the people of the states respectively are the property of the states bartered sold traded
or exchanged at the discretion of the profound comment to make. Well, here's the thing. Well, these prisoners, they literally can trade you and they trade you through these penal bonds that I mentioned just a few minutes earlier. When you become a prisoner, these penal bonds generated against your number are instruments that are created through the federal government bonds, these paper bonds, just like you have a bond for bridge construction or the way you have a bond for
any kind of instrument that there's collateral for that's out there in the public realm, these bonds, these slaver bonds are traded. All of the major bond companies. You want to experiment with this? Anybody you know have a prisoner number? Somebody you know that's been in, say, the state prison in your respective state? You go to the Secretary of State, or the, forgive me, the Secretary of the Treasury's Office of the United States,
and do a survey, request a survey based upon that prisoner's number. The Secretary of the Treasury is obligated to identify any and all instruments based upon that number for that corpus. Typically what will happen is this. They will identify where the bond is at this particular moment. It can be traded in Michigan, it can be traded in New York, it can be traded in Florida, it can be traded in Germany, it can be traded in China.
These instruments are being exchanged like all of the other straw man instruments that many of you are familiar with with regard to the straw man system. Another instrument that's created through the straw man at the state level and at the federal level in regard to prisoners, but they're much, much more devious. Now here's the thing. Why is it important that we look at transferring prisoners from one state to another? Well, why do we know it's a business? It's an industry.
Well, that's what we told you so back years ago with American Peril 1, American Peril 2, and American Peril 3 is beware, people. Initially, we had less than a million prisoners in the United States. It was not an industry originally to a degree, although it has been an industry for quite some time since about 1933. We've all been property for the corporation. But what's interesting is in the more recent years, or up until recently, the old justice system to a degree was being at least kowtowed to.
in that we had under a million prisoners in the United States. The problem is this, in the 90s they started talking about treating prisons like a business. That business, well what does it make? What does it produce? Well the first thing is, remember, if you are a business you have to be a healthy business, you have to have growth. What is normal growth for a healthy business? Any out there, anybody out there in private business knows about 2% beyond all cost expenditures is considered a reasonable profit.
Typically it's five percent or seven now because of the other costs and expenditures, but two percent used to be considered healthy normal annual growth. Well, wait a minute. The only thing these prisons are in is two percent more need to be added to. Oh, nay, they could do better than that. We went from one million to two million. They doubled production. Now, here's the problem with that. Well, their product is people.
So somewhere out there there's this fickle finger that keeps spinning back and forth. I kind of pointed at you once in a while, but wait a minute, no, they changed direction. I'll point at you again. Well, wait a minute, they changed direction. Well, the problem is that they, uh, with their business have to keep adding. And that means more and more of you are likely to be the next victim of their great business venture that they've set. Now, with regard to the transfer of prisoners, this is completely illegitimate. Why? Well, it creates a bit of a problem, but it's an example of the scurrilous business activity.
of all of these shysters that we have that have come into our government. When you're in Arizona and you're a prisoner, you receive a prisoner number. The penal bond, which they don't want anybody to think about or talk about, is generated when you're transferred from your county lockup into the state. These slaver bonds are, of course, generated and preauthorized by the Secretary of the Treasury combined with the Secretary of State of your respective state.
And when they come in and take charge of the person, the bond is created and it goes into the trade market. Usually about 27 cents on the dollar is what they sell these slaver bonds at. 27 to 31 percent. Or in other words, 27 to 31 cents on the dollar. These are kind of like the, when you remember the movie Heat, you heard about those barrel bonds. You know, the latest thing is this is the latest kind of currency.
Nobody knew what the hell a bond is, let alone what a bearer bond is. But ooh, if you watch the movie Heat, all of a sudden, if you're a criminal, you need to be going after the bearer bonds, not after those FRNs, Federal Reserve notes, the cash slash currency. Isn't that interesting how Hollywood conditions people, but people don't ask questions? Well anyway, here's the problem. You're in Arizona. They created a number.
Now, that number is basically, under the old system, is designated to identify that you have been indentured or held as a slave, as a temporary slave, in theory. If you're the person, you hope anyway. You can be there for life, you can be there for multiple life sentences, but let's just say that you're being charged for five years. They make you a slave in the state of Arizona, and they give you a number. The number becomes the bond. These bonds are now floating around the planet.
Well, all of a sudden they decide that the state needs to make a compact. In other words, their business is going so well. Boy, they're chocking up the numbers. They're stacking bodies like cordwood behind the bars. Intense, behind the razor wire out in the middle of fields with more razor wire concentration camps everywhere. Oh, boy. And they decided their business is going so good that they need to expand and they need to interact with other people involved in the same business.
Well guess what? Here's the problem. In order for you to leave the state of Arizona as a prisoner and go to another state, let's say like Indiana, which is what's being proposed out of Phoenix, the scum that are in government don't want you to know that they have to create a second straw man in another state. A ghost of you is created another bond, another prison number is created in the state of Indiana.
and a total fictional second investment instrument has to be in place that matches your bond value. In other words, the time of your incarceration, your estimated incarceration. For all those poor prisoners who don't know what's really going to happen, here's what takes place. This second bond is a fraud. It is a business fraud. It is a government fraud. It is a criminal fraud action.
and plugging it in what they do is they then throw these other bonds out into the market. So this is part of the enticement for these boobies that are at the other end of whatever state that they don't want to tell anybody about. The greedy buggers know that they're involved in illegitimate and illegal and unlawful action. But they're going to do this because they want to increase the level of business with the prison system.
Well, I look at that. Now these bonds, in fact, if you're curious about this, think about this, the variable maturity bonds, now I'd have to look at Arizona to see if they have a variable term of incarceration, which is basically considered a minimum, like first out date and a maximum date. If you're the state of Arizona or the state of Michigan, it doesn't make any difference if the prisoner has performed well. In fact, ideally, if the prisoner performs really well, he has a high probability of parole.
If he's not causing any problems, he becomes a very valuable and inexpensive asset to maintain. So doing well in the prison system isn't necessarily a good thing for the slave slash the product. Now, they're going to have a big problem here. They've created a second fraudulent instrument in Indiana. Now, they also did this, the state of Michigan did this with prisoners going to Virginia and West Virginia, mostly to Virginia.
those prisoners when they were transferred, eventually they were pulled back because people start to ask the right questions. When the prisoner, if ever, is transferred back to, let's say, Arizona, what happens to the prisoner number and the prison bond that they created with the slave being in the other state temporarily or for whatever set period? How can they legitimately create the instrument in the first place? They can't.
What do we have as a problem here? Well, it kind of mentioned that there's a difficulty here with the state of Arizona because they had some other mercenary whore operation. Oh, I'm sorry, private prison. Read that again. Business operation. It canceled out its contracts or mechanisms in Texas and apparently also in Oklahoma. Well, the private prison in Watonga, Oklahoma isn't going to be able to where they lost so many beds with the facilities there and the facilities located in Texas.
so they're going to have to or they're trying to shift yet to another state now bouncing these prisoners around a little fast because under what aegis or auspices can a state hold another another state's prisoners there is no legitimate mechanism there is no interstate compact that is going to legitimize it because under the present corporate mechanism they're having to doctor the books and this
fictional process of profit behind the scenes is the real agenda for the states to to help juggle their numbers now let me ask you do you realize what these bonds are for the we're talking about let me give you an example of the state of michigan with these creatures in the state of michigan right now michigan has the lowest economy in this in the united states has the lowest credit rating second only to their two states time for the bottom of the barrel
One of them is the state of North Dakota, which is not a big state, doesn't have a whole lot of people, so I can understand why there are colonies low on the totem pole. And right next to the state of North Dakota is the state of Michigan. The only reason that Michigan isn't absolutely in the toilet in the bottom with these Soviet socialists that are running this state is because they have maintained a high prison population, which maintains a large number of penal bonds.
These penal bonds are the mechanism that is propping up the credit rating for the state of Michigan and just barely. Some of you may know that the S&P, if you were paying attention to financial circles, recently said that the state of Michigan needs to A, increase its taxes a bit and B, cut back its overall operational costs or its credit rating will be A negative. It will be given the lowest possible credit rating a state can be given.
So even with this vast prison mechanism in place, which is a slave trader device costing $1.8 billion in open capital through the taxation process, even with all of the slaves stacked up and their bonds being sold all over the market, and by the way, those other bonds for the prisoners sent to Virginia being circulated still, they have completely gutted the state of Michigan's economy.
49, okay let's put it this way, we're 48, we're 49, 50 depending on how you look at it. Take your pick, we can interchange because we're tied for last. But here's the kicker of this and this is where the rest of you are going if you don't slow this down now with these slaver bonds and with the prison system being treated as a big, the state of Michigan is a gemstone of the United States people. We have all the fresh water around us.
We have five Great Lakes and we touch four of the five. We have coal, we have copper, we have hard resources, we have an incredible manpower pool. Well, we did. Upskilled labor, the likes of which the rest of the world slavers over. And these boobies, these socialist tripe, the scum, the swine that we have, the socialist that we have in this state, which are a reflection of what would like to take over your state.
have completely fumbled the ball with this gemstone. They're the last economy second only to a state that produces grass and cows and that will tell you something about the trash that's coming your way. The state of Arizona used to be a pretty decent state in general. They've been stacking and rapping like cordwood because again, since they pushed out a lot of regular businesses, since they did it, they failed to embrace their traditional policy of a being, basically a libertarian.
They have gone the way of the Californicators, you know, to the left on the left coast. And because of that, they are now, and this is sad, Arizona is not the most populous state. They're exporting slaves. They're California wanted to export slaves too, but people started to catch on to what was happening here. Now here's the other problem. Let me ask you something. You get picked up in whatever state. You may not like prisoners, but you know what? One of these days they're going to try and make you want if they can. Everybody always thinks it's okay until they're Ox's gourd.
Now remember, the business is going to need more fodder for the machine. In step one, they're hauling the prisoners around the U.S. now from state to state. Back in 1995, you might recall, we pointed out that the two senators from Oklahoma tried to propose another piece of legislation that was a gross violation of the jurisprudence of these United States. What did they propose?
they proposed the sale and transfer of prisoners from the prison systems of the states and of the federal system, exchanged them in a two-phase agreement as labor. In phase one, they would be selling American prison labor to the state of Mexico or to other countries that were close or contiguous, such as Canada. In phase two, the idea was to market American prisoners. Now, you got to remember, this is a decade ago when this was proposed, people.
But they were proposing to market prisoners to other parts of the United States for business purposes and then of course outside the states and then of course to extreme points of the compass around the globe. This was a writer bill. It was going through the American Senate of the United States. And only because the Patriot effort, people in the militia found out about this and made it a public issue. We put it up on the air on the intelligence report.
Did anybody realize what was going on in the Senate? People had seen these riders attached, people knew that it was taking place, and everybody had intentionally turned a blind eye to let the ball start to roll. Now here's the problem. If you're a prisoner in the state of Arizona and something happens to you, it's bad enough because anything and everything could happen to you with, of course, industrial accidents or whatever. As a prisoner in Indiana from Arizona,
How is anybody at home going to know what happens to you at all? Now let's go the next step once they get this ball started. If you're a bunch of prisoners and you get shipped over to a factory in Indonesia and their standards don't exist as far as safety practices or whatever, and besides, you're put into a hazardous job because, well, you're expendable. Well, you're what kind of prisoner though? Let's see. Oh, you might have been a, for instance, a tool and die man from the Detroit area. You didn't pay your child support.
You were picked up for not paying $1,200 in child support, even though you've been making payments, you're behind for one month or for a month and a half. You get picked up, you get put on the railroad system for weeks on end, transferred to one state, they then realize that, for instance, in Arizona, they're over populous at the moment, and they've decided that you might be some kind of risk. Well, not only that, they need to make some money here. So they transfer you to Indiana.
Or let's say they follow the next step and they need you because you are a tool and die man. Why? Instead of paying you $22 an hour or $18 an hour, now all of a sudden they can have you for $1.22 a day. Or better still, maybe $0.75 a day. Hey, the slave program is really making bucks off you now. Skilled labor and they got you for nothing.
Ain't that fascinating? Isn't that just a wonderful thing? Oh, wait a minute. Might not be wonderful if your skilled trade is what they need for the moment and they start cross-referencing data with who it is they want to pick up and charge with something. You don't think that isn't coming, people? With a database in place? And with arbitrary enforcement dependent purely upon the whim of some scurrilous piece of trash?
Some socialist scum who wants to try and destroy your life because he wants to make a profit. And here's the sick part about it. These members of the Bar Association. They invest money. They invest in things in the market. And lo and behold, these corporations, including these prison corporations, have become invested bodies. Well, doesn't it behoove the bar to pay attention to who they need to incarcerate, to stack up more slaves, to make their business run better?
You haven't thought about that one, did you? You hadn't plugged the rest of the pieces in. Running that keyboard today while you're busy looking at the screen, remember that there are technical positions that need to be filled in the prison system. Or what about expanded prison industries? One million three years ago, two million two years ago, three million this year, five million next year. Do you wonder how the Soviet system built? How the Gulag archipelago came about?
You know why Hollyweird and the socialists scum there? Why they don't do movies about the gulags and about the operations of the soviets? It's because they're doing it here in America. This is how this nonsense came about. You better put an end to it real quick.
And everybody goes, oh, this is an interesting piece of news. Oh, it's those prisoners anyway. It was always that way. Remember, initially it's, well, they're a criminal for fill in the blank. But what crimes do we have right now that they're putting people in prison for? How about three drunk driving tickets, but with no injuries? How about the child support? In other words, indentured servitude for basically, oh, well, that's right, being a little behind in your debt. See, debtors' prison, that's what that is.
Oh, that's right! The old English system is back in town and the Bar Association is supporting it. Deaders prison. And a lot of these people, hey, you get these guys for these three drunk driving tickets. In fact, usually it's not even like, they're not that they're south or anything, it's not that they're slobbering drunk. It's just at the arbitrary scale that they've set up to decide on how they're going to enforce the law.
They use on the person because then we'll think about this, you've got brick layers, you've got tool and die men, you've got cad experts, people who work in machine technology. I'll tell you what, we're at the bottom of the hour ladies and gentlemen. I hope it made you think a little bit. When we come back we're going to talk a little more about some of the other things going on in the prison system. This is the Intel Report in the afternoon.

This is the Intel Report for the afternoon. I'm Mark Wernke. And again, subject recovering this afternoon, one of the first Arizona prisoners will be transferred to Indiana. Now I laid the groundwork for this in regard to what's going on with the states and why it is. Have you noticed something? And this always happens is there's a subject that gets covered in the controlled press.
California has started with this, with a little bit of a blurb in the news, then we saw a thing with Arizona. Now, it's not that other states haven't been doing this, and that what happens though is that prisoners, and also prisoners' families and people who are asking the right questions who are being honest, ask the very questions or bring up the very subjects that I've been talking about on the air, but the control press has been told not to talk about it. Here's why.
These are fraudulent instruments that they're creating. And what do they do? Well, for all of you who have retirement packages, for all of you who have businesses and have insurance that you have based upon investment packages, ladies and gentlemen, this puts your documents, this puts your instruments, this puts your contracts at risk. Think about this. You have all of these, this is kind of like what happened in 1929 with the Great Depression. You have all these fictional instruments based upon fraud.
Overlapping against the same piece of property. How can you do this? Well, you can't legitimately. But what they're doing is they're pocketing these junk bonds and running with the cash at the expense of the rest of the bond market. These are the literally illegitimate and unlawful junk bonds that are put into the system. They're supposed to be helping to hold up the whirlwind that's out there.
But there's no way to properly retire them. There's no way to properly withdraw them and they had no legitimacy in the first place. They had no legitimacy to exist. Now why am I bringing this up? This is kind of like advanced like, like this is like 401 grade, 601 grade with regard to classroom rating. But the point is it's affecting the economy in a negative way that will help to tear the economy down.
The globalists don't mind because they've already been trading in the straw man bonds for years. The slaver bonds that have been created against the American people as collateral are traded all across the world. Your birth certificate bond from whenever you were born has been generated and is traded because you are treated as property already.
These are an expanded or an excess bond with these penal bonds and they in and of themselves are something that they don't want to talk about for obvious reasons. So you need to start looking this up and don't just do a Google and say penal bond. You have to get into the law. So in fact you have to get into commerce and business. So here's where you need to go. You need to go to the Secretary of the Treasury's office and you need to start asking about penal bonds and where they go and how they're used.
The federal government, when you come into the prison system, in fact it's interesting, we've tracked these down over a period of years, and I was behind the wire. We did all of the groundwork, and we actually had the Secretary of the Treasury survey, individuals who had, you know, individuals' numbers, where they had recovered their straw men and taken and embraced their sovereignty as Americans. In the process of doing this, when you embrace your sovereignty, when you actually take the straw men under your control, you didn't know it existed. Everyone out there that's listening right now don't understand this.
There's a fictional person that's been created in the corporate realm that has your name out there. Your birth certificate, when you were born, the doctor put your little patty paw on the piece of paper which is a manufacturer certificate, actually which is a registration slip like what you have with your automobile with the states when they become the interested third party in your car that they're not supposed to be because they have no legitimate excuse for being the third party owner of your car.
Well, the same thing happens with children. The parents, of course, allow the manufacturing certificate to be made. And it's not just a certificate of live birth. It is registered with the Commerce Department of the federal government. They trade in these bonds. These bonds go around the planet. We've seen them released from Germany. They've been stamped and traded in Japan, in Russia, in Nigeria. These bonds are constantly moving.
Well, this is an extension of that. This is another number that was created that they've, what they've done is they've monetized it. They've given, they've created a piece of paper, a bond, which they have then given a set value to, and there's a whole formula, a whole maturity formula for these instruments, by the way. When you go into prison, the state creates it, and then they move it out. Well, the problem is that these scurrilous dogs, whereas originally this had a very limited and slow process,
Once you start to move these bonds around and then spin all this money around that's fictional, which is why there's like for every 10 cents in Federal Reserve notes that are generated, there are 90 fictional, like say, 90 fictional cents floating around that have nothing to do with anything. Well, it's not that they didn't create an instrument. It's just you didn't realize that the instruments are higher banking tools.
that are floating around at this incredible speed as they're maturing and devaluing and rematuring and then devaluing. Whether or not they're accurately retiring everything, it's very unlikely that they are. In fact, it's part of this whole fractional banking system and scurrilous fraud, in fact excessive fraud, on the part of the government. And not our government, in fact the corporation. Let me correct myself here. First of all, remember this, do not confuse the corporation of the United States.
with the constitutional government of these United States. The corporation of the United States is as federal as Federal Express. That's one of the problems. Well, when you see these little blurps coming up in the news, and the reason I attach all this is because when you see these coming up, this is where they're trying to undermine the respective states and bring them into the fraud on a much larger scale. Scurrilous people, members of the Bar Association, really scurrilous people.
have been directly involved in this process and in fact have helped to create and engineer this racket of indentured servitude slash slavery. These are the slaveholders people, the real slaveholders. When you look at them, look at them properly. You can take and pull the mask away without having to do anything other than just having knowledge. And then you look at them totally differently. You understand what it is that you're seeing and how it is that they work.
Kind of like that old movie, I saw what you did and I know who you are. Well, it works the same way here. What's important is we're seeing a cascading action of this type from the western states. What does this mean? Obviously, their indentureship level is exceptionally high, but these states also have a problem with excessive taxation, an influx of foreign nationals who have no business being here in the first place.
and a whole system that is now pressed and is desperate for currency of any kind or financing of any kind to try and keep their Soviet socialist system running. On the left coast, California, well we already know what's going on there, and we've been going on there for years. The problem is you can't spend, spend, spend, spend, spend, and not have a debt that shows up, and not have a problem that eventually, you know, again with musical chairs and the debt system, eventually you run out of chairs and somebody's stuck with a bill. Well they're trying to buy a little more time.
So these western states, which have gotten into this system, are now in a situation where they've gotten into the scurrilous range. They've gotten now into the quasi-darkness. This is going to drag everybody else down, people. So you need to investigate this a little. You need to talk about it. There's a lot more involved as far as the intricacies go. We've personally seen that, for instance, EF Hutton,
Merle Lynch, all of these companies have these penal bonds in hand as part of their investment portfolios. You want to have some fun? Now I tell you what we experienced is if you ask them, say for a specific number, Merle Lynch is my favorite. We tracked one penal bond for a specific prisoner to Merle Lynch. We had a contact person from outside as an agent.
contact Merlynch and ask, is the penal bond for under such and such a number presently being held by Merlynch? We'd like to know what the value of the bond is, et cetera, et cetera. Merlynch came back with an answer, a whole sheet, got a copy of it. Basically what they said was, yes, we have this penal bond under this number as part of our investment portfolio. But
we will not we do not have to disclose information about this penal bomb to aid to you because you were not a stockholder of merlin the solution to find out what was going on was to as i were as i explained to the person who was the agent outside i said okay here's what you do you go by one share or three shares up to you of merlin and you become a stockholder and then they have to divulge the information
Lo and behold, that's exactly what happened and we got to see the entire instrument to find out more about exactly what these people are. They're slave program. Now for you out there listening, how many of you have money in Merle Lynch? How many of you have money in other companies like that or investment portfolios with God knows how many different industries out there? Well, if you're listening right now, you're involved, if you have one of those portfolios, in slaver activities in the United States. You're a co-slave owner.
Do you feel comfortable with that? Are you happy with that? Did you even know it? Well, of course you didn't know it. So you can't say you're ignorant now. Here's the thing. It's basic rule. Before you might have been ignorant. Now you can only be in denial. So Mark's going to give you an opportunity to do some research and do some experimenting. If you have an investment portfolio, ask the people who are running it whether or not they're involved with these penal bonds, whether or not they actually invest in or the companies that you're a part of invest in these penal bonds.
Be very curious to see what kind of action actually transpires. In some cases, they probably will do exactly what Merlensch did. They're not going to deny, they're just going to say, well, you know, we don't really have to disclose the information. If you're already a stockholder of Merlensch, you have all the authority necessary to ask for this information. If you're part of an investment company, you have all the authority necessary to ask for this information.
And I'm going to challenge you out there if you're listening to me right now to do this. I want you to, hey, take the time and do a little investigating. Start asking people the right questions. So then when you see this on the national news, when you see all of this that's going on, when you watch these actions transpire, you're going to ask the right questions about why they're doing this and how this is going to affect your portfolio, how it's going to affect your future, how it's going to affect your retirement, because it's affecting the whole of the economy.
Now, you know, during the break, a little comment was brought up about, for instance, Jim traffic can't how he's treated. Well, prisoners in general, and this is why I bring this up too, is the prison transport system has already privatized people. You've got this really trashy company that rolls vans left and right. In fact, they've got a whole fleet point located in the mid-plane states where they have wrecked vehicles piled like cordwood stacked in yards that take up acres.
this company or these companies that are transferring prisoners and they're not just transferring one or two prisoners, they're not just transferring a few hundred prisoners a day. Thousands upon thousands of prisoners are being tortured by this system where they keep people shackled, they keep them handcuffed, they keep them belly chained and locked in these vehicles for days and days and days and days on end. So as a penal bond holder, you're helping to perpetrate torture of prisoners.
Now, Mr. Trafficant was moved around and actually, if you might recall, when he was done, the ankles were swollen. This happens with many prisoners, by the way. This is the nature of these creatures. Part of the gulag system, the Soviet system that these Americans have embraced and shame on them for doing it, we should be not only embarrassed, we actually must be ashamed of this. For instance, you know, they shackle you, they handcuff you, and then they belly chain you so that you virtually can't move. Now,
What happens is, it'd be one thing if that was just for a few hours, but there are designated and required periods of time when you're supposed to be off restraint. These transport companies fail in this process, and what they do, they actually have an ongoing, you have so many court cases right now, ladies and gentlemen, in the United States courts, that they automatically settle out of court if you file paperwork as a prisoner who's been tortured like this.
They have so many cases that have been brought into the federal system that they cannot be counted. That's pretty sad and pretty sick. So all this nonsense, well, we're treating them humane? No, they're not. We're actually involved in a whole business, slavery process that is pretty blasted, disgusting. And here's the thing, and I'm going to warn you about something, you'd better stand up and look at other people who are being abused like this.
Because that growth industry needs to grow by 2% next year or more. In fact, we can't say it's growing by 2%. Can't we say 100%? We went from 1 million to 2 million to 3 million. That's pretty sick. And of those million, God knows how many of those people have lost limbs, they have lost the use of their hands, they have lost the use of their legs. Now people would go,
You better be terrified! Yeah, I will tell you what. You better cough and find your body parts and you better be more than just terrified. You better be agitated and you better understand that if you do not stand up for other people that are being abused, eventually that ghost, that specter, that creature comes to your door. He knocks on your door and he grabs you. And then you're screaming, Oh, you need to do something! You need to do something! No, people. You should have done something before they got to your door.
Well, here's the chance. I'm putting the warning order out, so to speak, and that's why I wanted to do this hour, is to let these people know, you know, if you were an Arizona prisoner and you end up getting stuck in Indiana, well, how often do you think you're going to get a visit from family? Now, you are the federal prisoner. You're a state prisoner. So, let's see, five states, and these aren't small states. Remember, we're not talking the eastern part of the country. We're talking about five big, long states away. Pull out the map. Break out the protractor.
Now, do you think that in any way, shape, or form, when the person was incarcerated, that there was any kind of deal made that they thought they were going to leave the state of Arizona? Is that part of the program? Is that part of the bargain? Well, there again, that's part of this issue of civil and humane treatment. And it's something that you've all better get involved in, and you all better address right now. So I'm asking for your help on that subject. Anyway, prisoner bonds, we call them penal bonds.
You get a chance, you need to start investigating. If you're a person who has money that's listening right now, I'd be worried. I'd be very worried because, well, you see, this is part of the fraud and criminal fraud that the industry is getting involved in. And they plan on milking your accounts white. They plan on destroying your economic value. And they're going to laugh all the way to the bank on it because they're going to collect in the process. You're not going to have a clue.
It was too late. And then you're gonna wonder, where's my Fannie Mae? Well, Fannie, your Fannie's gone. He got chewed off by the shark. Well, what about my investment package? I had a retirement... Well, yeah, but there's been a little devaluation issue. Worse still is. But wait a minute, I was only behind by my two weeks on my payments. It makes no difference, comrade. You are now part of the indenture system. It is time to take you to the prison.
Don't worry, you'll be making happy meal choice for a Chinese company operating in Indonesia, financed by New York. Ho, ho, ho, ho. Congratulations to Vardish Robotny. You now have a job for life. Yeah, tell you what, kind of sick, isn't it? When I look at a bar member and you look at these characters who all are involved in this industry, keep in mind they all know what we're talking about right now.
Every one of those scurrilous dogs, one of those swine, old-bellied snake, knows what I'm talking about and knows much more. And the one thing that the swine are worried about is that you as Americans will find out about this and realize the through your liberty to your sovereignty and what it is they plan on doing to the rest of the country with their growth industry. Yes, the specter, wait a minute, do I hear something? Wait a minute, oh, I hear something knocking maybe at your door right now.
Now hopefully it's intelligence and hopefully it's common sense but it could be something else. It might be wearing a big black robe and be a member of the bar and might need you for everywhere people and there's now a million of them in the country but that's an industry that they fabricated unto itself to go right along with the rest of this. Over a million bar members. British accredited registry. The bar doesn't mean that funny bar thing in the courtroom.
British accredited registry. Occupiers of the United States and the vanguard. Oh, we meant the socialist vanguard, the avant-garde element, the invader. And they're the ones who are selling out the country and destroying our freedom. Obviously the 13th amendment, the original 13th amendment, needs to be implemented and needs to be utilized across the country as quickly as we can.
Ah, forgive me. Anyway, I really wanted to touch on this today. I could get into more depth in certain directions, but watch for more announcements like this and ask yourself why it is that's been thrown up in everybody's face. They're testing the water to see how many people are stupid enough to go along with this program. And I'm going to cover this or touch on this over the next few weeks on the afternoon Intel report, just to make sure that everybody knows that we're paying attention. Actually, do have some concept of what's going on.
Now the Texas mechanism, well we know what's happened there, they've pretty well sold out. Texas is in trouble across the board because A, the best president Mexico ever had, Querge Bush, obviously plans on turning Texas into a little fiefdom or an earldom or a barony of some kind once he collapses the borders.
Have you ever thought about that, people? What do you think these shysters that are helping to do this, what do they get out of the deal when the time comes? Not going to be in Washington, per se. So obviously, Imperitus Maximus is going to leave the throne, probably, possibly, who knows, when he comes back to Texas, what do you think his position is going to be with the borders down on the Texas border, ceasing to exist because when the United States border goes down, the Texas border goes down with it. Now, with that being the case,
Take a look at his property holdings and what the Earl the Baron the Duke what he's gonna do with his duchy There we go the duke in his duchy Duke where gay bush ain't that fascinating? So all you down in that direction better start worrying about hmm if they can transfer from Arizona To Indiana and they're pressing this as an issue right now people what happens when the NAFTA gat thing takes place and since they've already marketed prisoners from say
Arizona to Indiana, why can't they market prisoners from Texas to how about the Baja Peninsula? What about Michigan going down there on the far western side of Texas, of Mexico away from Texas? Because once you drop the border and we have this North American trade agreement and you're trading prisoners.
Who says they have to stay inside the United States? Oh, wait a minute, that's right. You all thought it was a wonderful thing dropping the border, because after all, it would be that big, warm, global, fuzzy thing. Well, that big, warm, fuzzy, global thing means that when they need meat for the machine somewhere else, where people lose fingers, arms are pulled out of their sockets, people lose legs, men and women are electrocuted in the businesses because there's no protections, there's no industrial safety.
Well, how do you think that's going to feel? How do you think, what do you think that's going to do to the prisoners? They mark it outside the country. And what they do, well, they've established the premise here by moving them state to state. The border goes down. Isn't Mexico just another state? C-E. I think it is in your Aachingawa. That might be a little painful down there. And as we know, everybody south of the border loves Americans so much. As an American prisoner, you'll be treated right up there with
dog meat. Oh yeah, oh that's not good. But he's thinking this through because one step leads to the next step, leads to the next step. In some cases it leads to a lack. And all you're going to hear is the thunk to the back of the head or the sound of the shovels out in front of you in that dark field that has the new trench duct. Because once the workers get expensive and you're in another country, it would be cheaper to have a convenient shovel to the back of the head industrial accident.
than to let you go as a prisoner to tell other people what's happening in the Gulag system, North America. Oh yeah. So when you wonder what happened in Soviet Russia, in the Soviet system with the Soviet socialist people and people say, oh, don't fall into the trap. No, no, let's put it this way. They don't want you to think about history. The bottom line is this is exactly what's being plugged in. And I'll challenge you that if you look at it, try and find a book that explains the economic infrastructure of Russia
of the Soviet system as it destroyed tens upon tens upon tens of millions of people. You better start speaking out loud right now. You better start passing the information on. You better start putting the brakes to this. You better not just whine about the problem. You had better become motivated and have a solution. And you better say as an American, we will not accept this slavery or your children are going to spit on your grave when the time comes.
Mark my word on this. Everybody, the writing is on the wall. What we saw in the Soviet system over there is what we are seeing in the Soviet system here. It's why Hollywood, made up mostly of Soviets, doesn't do movies about the glories of the occupation of the Soviet to all of 79 on 80 years. They'll do movies about World War II until you're blue in the face with the Germans. Oi, the Germans!
But when it comes to talking about OI, the ones who were running Russia, and what happened there, you'll notice there aren't any movies. Oh, whoa, wait a minute, Warren Beatty does red. Ooh, right, okay. What happened in the 20s? What happened in the 30s? Oh, wait a minute, and in the 40s. Oh, wait a minute, and in the 50s. Oh, and the 60s, in the 70s. That meat grinding machine was established by commerce.
and by business traders trading in flesh because in their eyes there is no God and people are nothing but cattle to be run. That's what's going to happen here if you don't put the brakes to it now people and everybody can see it and everybody's getting a chance and they're wagging their weenie right in your face. The NAFTA free trade districts bring the borders down and it trades both ways. They bring stuff in and they can be taking people out.
As always ladies and gentlemen, God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. The second hour of the intel report is up. God bless and good afternoon.
